Wolf Contracting, Inc.

We hired Wolf Contracting to complete a full roof replacement due to hail damage. We started the process in July 2024 and experienced repeated delays before the company finally began work on May 22, 2025, after multiple follow-ups.

The main contractor, Chad, stated that their subcontractor Tony would call to schedule the project ahead of time, but that call never came. Tony was not present while the job was being done and only showed up at the very end. He told me he would return later that same evening to conduct a final walk-through. That never happened.

The site was also left in poor condition, with materials left behind and shingles stuck in the trees. I followed up with Chad several times via text and received no reply until he began asking about final payment. At that point, he claimed he had accidentally blocked my number — but communication has remained inconsistent and minimal ever since.

As of now, the work is still not finished. A key part of the job — a garage roof vent — was never installed. I have held off on making the final payment because the job remains incomplete and my attempts to resolve the issue have been ignored or delayed.

Chad was great. This was a insurance claim not once did I even need to contact my insurance. He took care of it all. Work was completed. and everything is great. Chad kept me up to date on when certain things would be completed and they got done

Very good experience with Wolf ,helped with ins who denied my claim the first time sent lots of pictures to insurance and completed roof rt on time, looks great!!!
