I highly recommend this company. Everything from start to finish was spot on. I had the pleasure of working with Travis, and he sold me without selling me. He bypassed the bs selling strategies the other guys used, understood what we needed straightaway, maintained his word and was just all in all a great guy. Other companies could learn a lot from his approach. The crew was spot on as well, did an awesome job and the finished product looks amazing! Again, I highly recommend this company!

We are so happy about our experience with Advanced Roofing. Our insurance only wanted to pay for half of our hail damaged roof. After talking with a few other companies about our project it was super clear to choose Advanced. Travis at Advanced communicated with insurance on our behalf to show that an entire roof was necessary. We appreciate Advanced's timely communication and high quality roof. Advanced roofing and siding did a great job siding our new home. The pricing was fair and the quality was great. I worked with Travis and was extremely happy with him, great guy! I was truly shocked at how quick their response time is. The owner, Stacy, picked up my call on the first ring and then pulled to the side of the road to pull up the address I needed a roof inspected on. He told me his project manager, Travis, would call as soon as he was available, which was less than an hour later. Keep in mind, this is a house my clients are purchasing so there is no guarantee of a job for them on this one if we can't negotiate it with the seller, but they did their estimate quick and free anyway. They understand that relationships matter more than anything, which is always been my approach to business, and because of this I will send every client I ever have to Advanced Roofing. A1 service all the way around!

They came out within a couple hours of contacting them to take a look at an urgent matter which was very much appreciated. Responsive and professional.

PLEASE LOOK FOR A COMPANY CONFIDENT IN THEIR ABILITIES-

We had hail damage to our house several weeks ago. I needed to find a decent, reliable, local contractor to get the job done. So I turned to google and read reviews of many local companies. Advanced Roofing and Siding had 5 stars and I have seen their work trucks around so I called them based off reviews.

I was impressed, Stacy came out the day I called and was up on the roof inspecting and walked the perimeter of my house. He was kind and courteous, so I had good hopes that everything would turn out great as dealing with insurance and contractors can be an absolute nightmare.

Turns out, hopes were only hopes. Stacy stated there was hail damage to the roof, gutters and garage doors. I was instructed to call insurance and get a claim number and adjusters name. When I had done so, I called Stacy with the insurance info. He did answer and stated he would call me back to get that information. He did not call me back nor did he text me. Therefore, I wrote him an email. I never heard back via email either!! So, I sent him another email stating if I didn’t hear back, I will find another contractor. Well guess what, I actually heard back.

Stacy’s Response- “Bethany, I sent all the pictures I took to an Adjuster friend of mine, and he said that there wasn’t enough damage to get the roof paid for so we should probably cancel the claim and wait for a bigger storm. I’m sorry for the confusion. I was waiting to hear back from him.”

First off, I hired Stacy from Advanced Roofing and Siding, not his “friend”. Secondly, if Stacy was truly in the business as long as he says he was, he should’ve known what his “friend” told him and been upfront with me, not have to consult with a “friend.” Having to consult with someone means you’re not confident in your abilities. Who tells a client there is damage then says there isn’t? And third, I will let the insurance adjuster decide if there is enough damage to the roof, gutters and garage doors for the claim to proceed.

And who is “we”, as in “We should cancel the claim?” It’s my claim and up to me if I want to cancel my claim. It won’t hurt me to have another company out that will be honest and upfront, and if I decide to cancel my claim, my insurance will not go up. And ultimately it’s up to me to cancel not “we.”

Word of mouth and reviews weigh heavily on a business. I had given three other people references to Advanced Roofing and Siding. I have now contacted all three and showed him screenshots of this email and suggested if they want to avoid a situation such as mine to find another company.

The insurance adjuster is supposed to be out here tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM and Stacy now has the audacity to get back to me. If I hadn’t been adamant with trying to contact Stacy, he would have stood me up!

To sum it up, it’s horrible customer service.

Update- Stacy did apologize, I give him that. Then proceeded to tell me he should have explained more upfront. Never should any company or contractor omit being upfront especially being in the business as long as he claims. If insurance did not pay, it’s called a cash pay in which was/is our other option that I am moving forward with.

I thanked him for his time and said I had to go multiple times. Then proceeded to bring his “heart” into the conversation after I mentioned “cash pay.” I appreciate that and all, but “heart” and “business” don’t jive. I was more than tapped out at this point and he kept on driving the narrative. I finally had to hang up as there was no light at the end of this already lost tunnel. Then…. I get a text!!! It’s ironic I get a text because he couldn’t communicate earlier, now all of a sudden, he’s trying to majorly communicate because I want to cash pay. I have not even open the text message nor do I want to. This ship is beyond sailed!

I was done at this point and I was getting nowhere nor did I need or want to get anywhere and he had no services to offer me. I again, said I had to go, then proceeded to text!

I had the opportunity to train and meet with the Advanced Roofing and Siding crew. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any exterior project on my house. They were very knowledgeable and most of all were willing to listen and learn.

After a large hail storm, I contacted Advanced through Project Manager Sean Sherk for a new roof and siding. Anyone who knows of Sean, who is a UFC World Champion and pioneer of the sport, knows his work ethic is without question. He and the staff at Advanced worked with me and my insurance adjuster to get everything that needed to be repaired done, without me having to do all the leg work. Sean was thorough and helped us pick a great new color and style for both the siding and the roof. The Production Manager Eric kept me updated on where we were in the process. Everything was done on the days promised and the crews for both the roof and siding did a great job. Not only did they clean up before leaving, but someone returned a second time to make sure no nails or small scraps were missed. After the job was complete, both Sean and Eric walked the whole job with me to make sure it was up to mine and their standards. The house looks great. You can buy siding anywhere, but great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thanks for the hard work and great looking exterior guys!

It was excellent working with this contractor. They had open communication and answered all my questions about the claim process. They helped me when insurance was denying the damage, they fought until it was approved for the roof and siding for a full replacement. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to work with them for their future projects.

They handled the insurance claim, so I did not have to. The workmanship is better than the previous roofers have been, at least from the ground viewpoint. (At 81 my family is very reluctant to see me on a roof)
Edges are straight and corners are crisp. Neither of us can control how long it takes an insurance co to cut a check.

Excellent experience with Advanced Roofing all the way around. Sean, who took the insurance company to task to make sure we got what we have been paying premiums for all these years. Erick and his guys who were on our steel pole barn roof on the hottest days were so kind and efficient. The guys who came out and in one day got our house,garage and chicken coop roofs shingled without damaging any of my plants and left everything spotless. And everyone in the office who were kind and so professional and guided us through the process.

The owner Stacy and his crew come highly recommended by both Craig and I. The work was completed in less than a day and a half. We had the entire house, garage and the shop roofs replaced. The workmanship,and cleanup was great I can't believe how quickly they completed this job. A sales representative stopped by my house today to introduce himself and offer a free inspection of my roof in Faribault today.

He showed me not only photos but also a video of my roof’s damage I didn’t even know I had from last August hail storms.

Our association had Advanced Roofing & Siding do our roofs. The roofers were amazing: they showed up early, worked late and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. After A Hail storm, the summer of 2022, we had a number of contractors come and inspect our roof. We decided to go with Advanced Roofing and Siding Inc. because Travis, had the most professional presentation of the contractors who visited with us. First they replaced the shingles on the roof with a quality product. Then Travis worked with the insurance company replace damaged siding. This did take awhile because of the hoops we had to go through. Our siding was discontinued Travis replaced a couple of pieces of the replacement siding. It was obvious that the colors didn't match. Because of our patience and Travis's guidance we were able to get new siding for the entire house. The entire process took awhile with the siding issue but because of our patience and Travis's professionalism we were able to complete a new roof and new siding beyond our expectations.

We contacted local companies for potential storm damage from last summer on our home. After meeting with a few local companies, we decided to go with advanced roofing and siding. We were very impressed with the team that advanced has on staff. We even met with the owner Stacy, as he met with us after completing the tear off and installation of the new roof.
