We recently experienced a blowout on our camper tire near the beginning of a long-awaited vacation trip to Yellowstone National Park. The situation was incredibly stressful, as we were just starting our journey. Fortunately, we found Roger at Wolf Chevy in Kimball, Nebraska.

Roger was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He quickly understood our predicament and went above and beyond to help us get a new tire for our camper. His prompt and efficient service allowed us to get back on the road with minimal delay.

Roger's assistance turned a potentially trip-ruining event into just a minor hiccup. Thanks to him, we were able to continue our vacation as planned. We are incredibly grateful for his professionalism and kindness. If you ever find yourself in need of assistance in the Kimball area, Roger at Wolf Chevy is the person to see!

Driving home (Scottsbluff, NE) from the Denver airport. Pulled over at the gas station just south of Kimball. Went to start my pickup and leave… turned over… died. Several times. Got a hold of AAA and they connected me to Little Tornado towing, explained the situation and he told me to call Roger at Wolf Auto. I did and Roger was there to pull my truck to his shop within the hour. They immediately got on top of it, solved the problem within a few hours and I was on my way. Never had a shop willing to take me in right then and there and get my issue resolved. Might just take my truck back to Kimball when it’s due for service just to give Wolf Auto the business they deserve. Cannot thank them enough.

Update that is long overdue: wolf came through like a champ. I would definitely purchase through them again.

The new vehicle purchase was easy, staff considerate and efficient. Unfortunately the center row weather proof floor mat was documented to be missing and supposed to be shipped asap. 13 days later and I’ve spoken to a lot of voice mails and, even Dave Wolf and I’ve can’t seem to get a shipping number or a call back. If I get a call back and the missing item this will of course change but until then…

Worst. Company. Ever!! Said my car was a total loss and tried to sell me a new one. Got a second opinion and car is still running fantastic and just needed a few adjustments. They take advantage of those traveling out of town. If you can, head to Cheyenne, WY and avoid these people at all costs!

Nona and her guys are an incredible team of people! They took my broken car and gave it back to me in excellent condition. The kindness I have been shown is why I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body work! Thanks Wolf Auto Body you have a customer for life.

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced the customer service like I have experienced here.
My son hit a deer traveling to another state and since his car has been here they have bent over backwards in every way. Nona is hands down the greatest!!!! Words can not say how grateful I am for this repair shop and the way they have taken care of us in this stressful time. So glad i could trust them with this and highly recommend.

Best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. We had some problems with a dishonest mechanic that landed us here, and man were they great. Very informative and showed us what went wrong. Price point was very fair, would highly recommend to anyone with car troubles in Nebraska

My husband and I were traveling back home to Colorado this evening and picked up a nail in the loaded trailer. We limped the trailer to their shop, pulled up just a touch after 4 ,and asked if they’d be able to throw a quick patch on our tire. We had a spare, but the sidewall was severely cracked and we had concerns about driving on it to Denver, especially after dark.

Pulling off a tire and throwing a patch on shouldn’t have taken more than 15-20 minutes max, but they insisted they didn’t have time to do it tonight and referred us to a different tire shop. This was with almost two entire hours prior to their closing time. They were pretty dismissive and unconcerned with our situation, and very unwilling to go the extra mile to help us out.

We ended up changing out the tire on our own in the dirt lot across the street from the second tire shop, and are praying the spare will hold until we make it into Denver tonight.

Awesome! My son was on his way from Michigan to Warren Air Force Base, when the transmission went out on his truck just outside Kimball. Wolf Automotive took good care of him - made sure his truck was secure overnight, found him a hotel and even fed him lunch (and donuts!) the next day. Also, gave us a good deal on a suburban that our son could drive while his truck was being fixed. Thank you so much to Steve and Roger and the rest of Wolf Automotive for your hospitality and respect shown to our military family!

Great body shop. They did a fantastic job on the truck. They also have a certified paintless dent repair person.

Just talked with Denise and Geno to set up their software. Great people, easy to work with. We talked a bit about cars and they are very knowledgeable so I say visit Wolf Automotive. :-)

They fixed my truck. The day before I broke down in Kimball I had broken down in Iowa and took my truck to a Ford dealership there. They fixed my truck enough to get me down the road. Near Kimball the same problems came back. At first the mechanic at wolf thought it was my fuel pump and after I told him fix it he realized it was one of my inline filters and just swapped those out. Saved me 400 bucks after I already gave him the go ahead. If that's not an honest mechanic I don't know what is. They even called me the next day to make sure everything was going good. I highly recommend them if you're in the area.
