Very friendly atmosphere and professional service. They took my vehicle in right away and finished the oil change very quickly. Their waiting room is peaceful and quiet. Thank You.
Not only After watching my father do business with them almost the entirety of my childhood, but also growing up knowing the folks at Wolf by name as people in my community, the parents of friends, and “good people” it’s sad to see them treat my father and family so poorly for a few bucks. My father bought a 2011 GMC Acadia from Kevin Spicer at Wolf and before it even left town already had problems. The first being it not starting after putting a full tank of gas in it. We went to the dealership to see if maybe they would have an answer and that man looked my father dead in the eyes and said “maybe don’t fill the tank all the way full from now on”. This was the first of many problems and they’ve been no help and barely even “nice” about it all. This being after selling the car to my parents claiming it was well taken care of and in great condition. The saddest and most pathetic part, is that the men of Wolf are people I grew up knowing and understood them to have integrity and moral standing. It’s unfortunate and pathetic to see what people will do for a few bucks. I’d recommend you go literally anywhere else
Sold my retired parents a 2011 Acadia with a little over a 100k miles. The salesman ranted and raved about its reliability, low miles, typical salesman pitch, power steering pump immediately went out, as well as instant electrical problems. Wouldn’t fix it for free despite state law, and when it took their halfassed technician several days to complete the repair, they called and upped the price even more just for the vehicles alternator, and starter solenoid to go out not even another week later, Kevin the salesman is not trustworthy even in the slightest and just wanted pocket cash, and if you want a vehicle that works only till you reach the edge of the lot, this is your place. Panhandle would have been better
