We used Ken Young to inspect our new house before purchase and I am more than pleased with our choice. We bought a fixer upper, so knew it was going to take a lot of work He was so thorough and listed more items than I can count that he recommended we either address soon, have a specialist come fix, look into in the next few years, and areas that looked good. This gave me a place to start on my renovating and I am so thankful for it.

Working with Ken was great! We built a home and wanted to get it looked over after living in it for a few years. Just to be sure we weren’t missing anything. Ken came out and inspected everything! From the roof, to the crawl space. He was very thorough in his report that he provided at the end and gave us some insights to the things that needed to be fixed and even tips/tricks. He even caught areas the original inspectors didn’t. I will be using Ken again in the future!
