DOES NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK. In 2017 I purchased gutters and siding from this company. The owner and I had done business for a couple years and he seemed like an honest guy. Well in May of 2020 the gutters fell off the house. Eric stated that the gutters fell off due to rotted wood. I told him that the previous gutters lasted 35 years until he installed new gutters. I had another company come out and look at the gutters and found out that Eric had installed the gutters with low quality screws that were the wrong size. When I approached the Eric about the issue he denied it and stated he out sourced the installation and he had uses quality screws. Eric refused come on site, refused to come repair the damage, gutters fell off the house totally. No wood rotted, just poor craftsmanship and terrible business ethics.

The owner continues to lie. He states a "Hidden hanger system was used" This is another lie. He continues to state that another company hung the gutters, I paid your company. I never met the other company, Your name is on the invoice you received payment, you paid the sub. The work was sub par. Had another gutter company come out and fix the problem. You violated the terms of our agreement. This is why I didn't replace three additional houses worth of windows and gutters with you after this installation. The gutters your company installed fell off the house. As you posted in your reply you didn't come out to inspect, you didn't come out to repair. We tried to work with you, this is why have to use different business names.

Eric came out, advised me on my vinyl siding and window project and gave me an estimate. Quickly afterwards we settled on a date and he was here on time with a great attitude and did the job for me. Very professional, very considerate of my time, budget and needs. Couldn't have been more happy with the entire process. I recommend anyone and everyone I know that needs vinyl siding and or windows to Eric at Window Pro Lexington.
