T. Smith Siding just finished replacing the siding on our 32-year-old house. From our initial meeting with Tim through the final day of installation, the entire team (Tim, Lisa, Chad, Bobby) were the utmost in professionalism and knowledge on installing the new siding. Our house had the original white siding, and we chose a beautiful gray for the replacement. Chad and Bobby were the installation team and they were great to work with, even adding little extras to make it just perfect. Tim went above and beyond to make sure our house was in the best condition it could be, and it shows in the finished work. All our neighbors have commented on the beautiful job. We are pleased beyond pleased with the job and highly recommend Tim and his company. Wish we could give them 10 stars instead of just 5!

9 years ago we used T Smith Siding and Window to side the soffits and trim on our brick home for a maintenance free exterior. A few weeks ago we lost some soffit and trim vinyl due to storm damage, and of course it was from the highest, most visible and most inconvenient part of the house to repair. I could vaguely remember who I used, but remembered I was very pleased, so I searched my records and found T. Smith Siding. Through their website I sent a message with my name, address and what I needed. Lisa called me immediately the next morning, had pulled her 9 year old job records, told me what color it was (desert sand) and they would get on it but they were scheduled up for 6-8 weeks, which I was okay with because I wanted them to do the job and no one else. Much to my surprise, less than 10 days later, I get a nice note from Lisa, along with an extremely reasonable invoice, letting me know the job had been completed (I was out of town) asking me to inspect the work and let her know if I was satisfied, which I am.......completely! Thanks Lisa and Tim for the excellent service. I appreciate how easy you made it for me. I'm 100% satisfied.

We are delighted with our new windows. The windows work great and we love the exterior color. The installers arrived on time with a professional and courteous attitude. We had 23 windows replaced in our house by T. Smith and company, and we have been very happy with the windows and the installation. The weather turned significantly colder right after the installation was completed, and we have noticed an immediate improvement in comfort in the house, and the heat seems to be kicking on less often than it was in previous winters. Installation was challenged by severe rain, but T. Smith and his installers worked closely with us to keep the installation on track. Everyone was very skilled, professional and dependable. We are very pleased with the process and the results.

I’ve had windows replaced by them two different times, they replaced my roof and they wrapped the trim on my house with vinyl and aluminum. The quality of all this work was Top Notch and was done on time at the contracted price. There was no overages on time or money. And as I stated, the work quality was excellent!

Chad and Mike worked in sweltering heat to install new soffits and gutters. They did a most excellent job! They represent a local business which provides friendly, professional help.

(Updated for a better picture!) We had a great experience with T Smith! We have a lot of windows to replace in house (19 total) that were builder grade, original to the house (2004), and struggled in the winter. We had 3-4 estimates and they presented the best value. Tim was great and was very responsive through the whole process as was Candice in the office. We ordered energy star windows in late-January, and they were being installed by mid-April. Chad (Tim's brother) and Mike led the installation and did a great job. They arrived early morning and on time every day, and were very respectful of me working from home. You could tell they do quality work and vacuumed up well afterwards. They even managed to work their ladders around a new pergola we built so we didn't have to take some of it apart. The only minor thing is we had to clean the windows afterwards to remove fingerprints, dirt and sticker residue off the windows. Aside from that, we are very happy overall and the windows look great! I included a few pictures as well. I highly recommend T Smith Windows!

Chad Smith & Mike arrived on time & did an awesome job replacing windows & dealing with issues left behind by old, drafty windows. Chad was careful inside - no mess at all! T. Smith replaced our windows (20) this spring and their work was done quickly and exactly as the contract stated. Left the work area clean and neat. Installers were courteous and top professionals. T. Smith also replaced our shingles and were neat and did a beautiful job. Didn't find one nail on the ground. Would definitely use T. Smith again .

We used T. Smith Siding & Windows to replace all the windows in our new (to us) house and also to redo the siding on our addition. At a time when the supply chain issues and employment crunch were throwing off everyone's schedules, they still showed up when they said they would and did great work. The installers were friendly and professional and worked around our needs. We were both working from home at the time, and they were more than willing to knock out the windows in the rooms we were using as offices at times that didn't screw up our schedules. The price was reasonable, the customer service was great and we plan on using them again when we get ready to redo our doors. Highly recommend.

Delightfully pleased with the replacement of 22 windows, 1 door and installation of a new window. One of the reasons I picked T Smith is because they were one of the only options that would both cut the hole for the new window and install it. Additionally, the partnership with Alside and their product I found to be most appealing when compared to the competition on the window market when looking at price, functionality, features, warranty, and aesthetic. Additionally, Tim was amazingly responsive and patient with my 50 question via email and more in person.

I have known Tim Smith for over 20 years. He has helped me with projects on my house. I can tell you that he is honest, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with windows, doors and siding.

I set an appointment which was weeks out. They sent a text to confirm my appointment a day before. I didn't respond until the next day. Then they send a text saying I did t respond in time and my appointment was cancelled..I'm guessing they have more business and they don't need mine.

This company was wonderful, no hassle salesman. I knew what I wanted and the owner came out, measured and we wrote up a contract all in about 15 minutes. Paid small deposit and the deal was done. About 5 weeks later they called and were out here the next morning, 6 windows installed in 2 1/2 hours. They were professional, kind and cleaned up the mess. Highly recommend this company.

From Beginning (The appointment for the estimate for his work.) to End (The followup after the work had been completed.). Tim and his crew made us feel as though the work on our home was the most important thing they had to do.

During his initial visit, Tim went over how the work (Window and Door replacement, Siding and Soffet repair) would be completed, along with any possible pitfalls that may be found while doing the work.

His entire crew always arrived on time and were incredibly polite. Whenever they encountered any difficulty (additional water damage around our garage door frame or the ant infestation at our patio door) they offered prompt permanent solutions and repairs.

The crew (including Chad, William and Mike) all worked as quickly as possible and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. All repairs and installations were of the highest craftsmanship. Once the work was completed they went over our entire property with magnets looking for any loose nails or debris they may have dropped during demolition or installation.

I would recommend T Smith Window and Siding to anyone needing repairs or upgrades to their home with the strongest affirmation.

Smith and save a lot of money and grief. I guess the best thing is that they are low key, no high pressure sales pitch or loud boasting, just arrive on time and quietly do wonderful work. Tim was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a small snafu where the manufacturer sent the wrong color window but a new window was expedited and replaced promptly. Angus was our installer and we couldn't have asked for a better install crew. He always called to tell us he was on his way and kept us in the loop during the entire install process. They also did a great job of keeping our yard and our house clean during the install process which is often an overlooked aspect. Dealing with Tim and Angus was a delight and I would highly recommend you give T. Smith a look if you are looking for replacement windows and siding.

If you want professional and meticulous this is who you should go with. Once they start they'll stay on the job until it's complete. We did a total vinyl re-siding job. We are very happy with the results. Not the most inexpensive, but we were after a good and timely job. We got just that. May thanks to Tim, Chad and all.

My wife and I have been very pleased with all of our experiences with T. Smith. About three years ago we had our windows replaced by them, and we love them to death. Landon was the definition of professionalism: he was very patient with us and even recommended a giant window in place of two double hungs above our front door. It cost less, and saved us money to boot. Two years ago, we replaced our backdoor, also through T. Smith. When it was sticking, they came right back out and adjusted it, and it hasn’t caused problems since. Just this past summer we replaced our front door with T. Smith’s help. Wow! We had heard good things from friends, but these guys are really great to work with. Landon was so awesome and was great with our kids wanting to play with his sample window. I can tell they are up front and honest, and even though we discovered after signing our contract that we couldn't do the windows right away they worked with us to figure things out. We will definitely be using them in the future for any window or siding needs, and we are telling our friends about them.

I had my windows replaced by T. Smith in late 2013 and am to this day very pleased with my purchase. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was very straightforward and accommodating. We discussed several different options and were able to reach a window and price that matched my needs and budget. The installers did a terrific job and were able to install all 12 of my windows in one day. The only complaint that I had was a piece of trim that was damaged but when I mentioned it to them in my feedback email they offered to replace it for me. I had quoted several replacement window vendors and am very glad that I went with T. Smith. I would definitely consider using them again in the future and have recommended them to friends, family, and acquaintances who have asked.
