Kentucky Home Services is great!! They have replaced our roof and will be installing new gutters in a few days. They said the job would be done in one day, and they did it! They were still there cleaning up at 9:00 pm, and Keith even came back early the next morning to make SURE everything had been cleaned up properly. A friend recommended Keith. He came and gave an fair estimate and a timeline of 6 weeks. They were able to move us up and replaced our roof two weeks later and completed our roof in 5 hours and had everything cleaned up. They were very conscientious and did a great job. Could not be more pleased!

Kentucky Home Services was a blessing to find for the repairs on 3 buildings. Keith (owner) is professional, reliable and keeps his word. The crew worked 14 hours to replace a roof on a building with 3 townhouses and the front of 2 other buildings with 3 townhouses. I will recommend him over and over.

After the awful windstorm in Lexington, I reached out to Keith by referral to replace my roof and gutters. Expecting a delayed response time due to how many people experienced the same damage in the area I was beyond surprised how quick Keith was able to come out to inspect and get the ball rolling for the repair. With an insurance claim added in the mix Keith went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was quick to respond, was very clear and detailed with how everything would work and even went out of his way while on a family vacation to communicate with me to make sure I was happy. Would 100 percent recommended to anyone needing a new roof who wants honesty, punctuality, and a job well done.

My new roof was installed two days before the big wind storm in March 2023. The roof held up perfectly! I did not lose a single shingle, unlike some of my neighbors. I am extremely happy with it. Keith was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in making my my decisions.

We had heard about Keith's company Kentucky Home Services through a neighbor when we recently moved into our house who let us know that he did great work and was a great communicator. After hiring Keith, we can verify that he is both those things and more. He is also detail oriented and honest. Our Victorian house's roof is complicated: it is three stories up, has a turret, and is at a steep pitch. The porch has a separate metal roof that required resealing. We also had a chimney removed by a separate person and Keith was also able to reframe that section of our roof. Keith was upfront with the cost and the possible things that they might discover that could make the estimate go up. We were lucky that we didn't have any of those problems, but greatly appreciated his transparency about pricing. Keith put up the roof within the estimate and within the time frame he said he would. If Keith ever has a wait time for his services, he is worth the wait.

In early September 2020, I had my gutters screened over and had a new roof put on my garage. The job was done on time and within budget. The work was professional, clean-up was exemplary. My confidence in KY Home Services is such that I'm having them look at another portion of roofing that needs some work.

Keith came out to give me an estimate on my siding that had come loose on the chimney. He was able to fix the siding and trim the tree limbs that were rubbing the chimney and roof. He was very nice and professional and I thought he was very fair on the price! He was awesome!

He took careful photos to show me what kind of repair would be needed and did not recommend unnecessary or costly repairs. They did an amazing job on our roof. Keith provided an excellent quote and stuck to it. They even trimmed a few tree branches overlying the roof and repaired one of our downspouts for free, without us even asking. He came out to fix some siding that had fallen off the chimney, but also consulted on an issue with the subfloor in the master bath. We had previously hired another company to install the new flooring. Keith offered to meet with the installer and proposed a solution to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend him!
