MK contractors replaced my gutters. I am very happy with my new gutters and gutters guards. Marlon, Katya and Alfredo are hard working, honest people. They did a great job!

Kevin and his team are amazing in every way. They did an amazing job on my house and fixed problems that they found would cause future issues. They go above and beyond to help the customer. They have even come to my house to fix problems that were not caused by them. They have excellent communications and respond time. I experienced a roof issue after the storm. I saw the MK signage on a home as I drove to work. I called and had an appointment within less than 72 hours. My issue was thoroughly inspected which made me feel better about the work. The pictures also validated what I was being told. Katya was fantastic in seeing that everything went smoothly. Katya Varela from MK contractors came out on 10/1 for an estimate to replace a roof, gutters and some siding repair. It’s currently 10/10 and even after trying to contact her we have not heard anything back. Looked like they had great reviews which is why we called them but leaving 2 stars for at least showing up but wasting our time.

Just gotta say that this company is outstanding with Customer service all the way from the receptionist to our technician Junior Varela. This young man was exceptional going over and beyond, he was exceptional in explaining every detail or anything that he noticed that needs to be addressed. I highly recommended MKContractors for any service they offer you will not be disappointed.

I had been trying to find someone to replace a damaged plumbing roof vent boot for a couple months. I understand people are busy, we are too. But I was ghosted by two roofers. One had even given me a quote already. The whole team was amazing and fast removed and installed a beautiful metal roof in less then 2 days with a spotless clean up didn't find not one nail would highly recommend thx guys for all ur hard work

MK Contractors LLC just installed a beautiful new roof! We worked with Katya Varela who is personable and knowledgeable. She handled the insurance company’s questions and it was a stress-free experience for us. An army of roofers came one morning and in no time the old roof was off and the beautiful new roof was in its place. They did such a great job clearing everything out and left the yard around the house immaculate. Junior from MK Contractors LLC worked with me right after the wind storm to cover the damaged roof. He was with the adjuster inspecting my roof and very knowledgeable. They did very good job on my roof installation with high quality products. Highly recommended!!

Had a large roof needing complete tear off. Kevin was far and away the most professional and fairly priced of them all. Very responsive. Prompt to communicate. The roof fascia ,soffits and gutters look amazing. The also replaced siding and windows in back and replaced corbels. Very happy, would highly recommend.!

Everyone I worked with at MK was helpful. Katya kept me informed throughout the whole process from scheduling the inspection to our final walkthrough. The new roof looks great. The crew did the replacement and cleanup all in one day. And they did clean up; they left no mess at all. They even put my tacky lawn flamingos back in place before they left. I found the company on a yard signage and contacted them. I was amazed with their quick response and efficiency for getting the gutter replacement job done. The quality of work was excellent. The team was a very hardworking group and the owner/co-owner (KJ) was very professional and friendly. They would come back to fix small things to make sure everything functioned properly. Recently, I had an unrelated issue with some roof trims. I called KJ and he responded quickly despite their very busy schedule. The trim problem is now fixed and peace is reinstalled. In all, I like the quality of the work performed by MK and their friendliness. Very easy to work with and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend MK to others who need to replace old roofs or gutters, or run into other roof/gutter issues.

Incredible. They went above and beyond! After a wind storm damaged my roof, he offered to tarp it for free. Then, without me asking, he offered to meet the insurance adjustor to assess the damage. He’s very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and took the time to walk me through everything. He was instrumental in getting the insurance company to cover fully replacing the roof. Amazing company! I wish everyone was this easy to work with.

Changing roof is not a task a homeowner manages frequently; as a matter of fact some homeowners may never get such a job done. So when it comes to my roof, I need someone I can trust. I know that we had sporadical hails and strong wind in my area recently, as I could see discoloration and spots on the shingles by looking from the ground level. Junior came to my home to do evaluation right away after my call. The fact he got on roof so fast amazed me! He took pictures of the rood, explained the details, helped me navigate the insurance claim process, and provided me with a quote that mirrored the insurance estimate.
From there, the scheduling was done very quickly and the crew showed up right after the shingles were delivered. I have to say that it was one of the most handworking, efficient and disciplined teams I had ever seen/encountered! They got everything done within 2 days, cleaned up the job site, and picked up every possible loose nail on the driveway, walkway and the lawn. It looked like nothing had happened – except the roof was brand new!

Kevin was awesome!!! We are in the process of selling our house and wouldn’t you know during the home inspection roof damage was found. I called MK Contractors late on Wednesday, Kevin showed up before Noon on Thursday to inspect the damage and provide estimate , and repairs were completed before 11:00 AM on Friday..not sure if you could better customer service. Very thankful for Kevin and MK Contractors!!

Had a small job that needed repair and I cant say enough great things about the professionalism along with the kindness of this company. First time out, we got a sham of a contractor. He sold a good story, but got started later than he said he would. He was spotty in responding to our emails and many times only worked 3-4 hours at a time. He disputed materials and concrete concerns. He finally walked off the job with not a word, leaving a garage without the roof finished and us with an out of square building etc. MK Contractors is a firm we had used before. We did a walk through and they pointed out what was wrong and what could be better. Then gave us a price which was very agreeable. We had been dealing with the first so called contractor from July to early November. MK Contractors corrected and completed the work in 3 days. We had another party install the overhead door. MK Contractors will be our first call

I highly recommend MK Contractors. They did my roof in a day and a half and would have finished in a day had the old roof not been frost-covered on day one. The foreman on my job was pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone was on time and did a great clean up job when finished.
