The windows installed at the Zeidler house in Rockwell are wonderful. This house is historical and the windows go well with the house. The crew was able to use the two leaded glass windows in the picture windows. The crew was easy to work with and very efficient. I would recommend Window World.

My Bay window is beautiful! I love it! The guys were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with their work and the price was right also! The warranty is great also .

Every step of the process was provided by competent and professional people from purchasing through installation and clean up. I am extremely pleased with the windows. I am amazed how much the new windows block out traffic noise.

The prices were by far the best of anyone in the area and I like the windows better than the overpriced ones I got from a well-known company in the area. The outside wrap on the windows looks flawless. The crew was outstanding, professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. We love our new windows and front door from Window World! Already noticed a major improvement in our heat bill after just one month. They did great work during the installation. We also appreciated Tiffany who came out for the initial measuring and helped us with what colors, styles, and finishes would look best before putting in the order. We would definitely work with them again for any future projects. (sorry photos were taken before WW stickers were removed :D)

Our experience was great with window world. The windows we got were a great price and very good quality. They got the job done in a very short amount of time which was mind boggling to know 12 windows could get done that fast. Just in the short amount of time we can tell already how much money we are saving on heat not escaping anymore. Very pleased with the workers and the services.

The crew removed and installed 10 windows and 1 sliding glass door in about 4 hours. When they were done all the the cleanup was complete and that moved on. Windows work great and we can feel the difference. Would definitely suggest these windows (6000 series) to anyone.

John and his crew did a fabulous job installing our windows. They were efficient , professional and respectful to our home and family. I had all the windows in my house replaced and then 2 stormdoors replaced. I am very happy with the results! Besides looking wonderful my house is so much quieter and cleaner! They came and replaced 17 windows in pretty much one day. 1 window was a huge pane of glass and now its a beautiful window with side sliders to open. The price was very reasonable too. The installers did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, all in all Great Job!

The final cost was what I was quoted. The installation was done several weeks before projected. The installation team confirmed their arrived on time and arrived at that time. They were friendly and they asked for my opinion and gave good advice about some of the final details. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They did quality work in a surprisingly short time. I'm very impressed with the quality and features of the product.

Quality windows. We’re slowly replacing as budget allows and they are great to work with. Installers clean up after the install. We had a rotten board on the exterior that they replaced.

We purchased new windows for our entire house. The windows are amazing! Installation was a breeze. No more dealing with condensation on the interior of the glass. The windows slide easily and are easy to clean inside and out without ever leaving the house. The thing I am most impressed with, though, is the sound reduction. Before, I could hear the live bands and hooting an hollering from the bars half a block away from our home. No more. My husband is a professional driver and when he is backing up the semi next to our house I can't hear the beeping or the air brakes. It's amazing and we couldn't be more pleased! Window world Mason is amazing! I would recommend them time and time again. Tiffany our rep was amazing, friendly and very personable all the way to the crew who were super phenomenal. The 2 we got to know alittle were Truman and Jamie, they were the most down to earth guys we have ever met. They were amazing with us and our kids. They were super productive, respectful. Walked me thru everything and I have an older house so had one room that was difficult, they let me choose what I liked versus just applying something they thought would work. Window world was best priced. We were to get install in July and they got us in a month early. Our home looks brand new! I can't wait to see a difference this winter. I already feel a difference with air flow. They installed and framed 27 windows in 2.5 days. They had about 3 guys on the crew

Our windows were in dire need of replacement. After looking around at various different companies I decided to give Window World a call and it was the best decision I could have made. From the initial visit from the Window World rep to the installation was all a great experience. I had 15 windows that needed replacing. It did take about 19 weeks to get them but I knew that up front. When the time came to install them they got them all installed in one day and finished all the trim and outside wrapping on the second day and they did a great job. We did have a couple of windows that had minor cracks in the vinyl due to shipping but they will be replacing those when they come to put in our patio door. They pointed out the cracks to me and said they would be replaced. The windows look great and work great. Looking forward to cheaper energy bills!! Can already tell a difference. I would recommend Window World to anyone

Had a crew of 3 installed 12 windows in 8.5 hrs they were clean and courteous explained what they were doing by doing one window at a time never really lost any house heat cleaned up after themselves as they went.
Had a couple window issues right away from cleaning them called and talked to one of the representatives and he sent a repairman out the next day .
Took about 15 minutes to fix the 3 minor things
