Absolutely love my new windows. Three men came out replaced all 17 windows in less than 8 hours, they cleaned up after themselves inside and out also. I was able to keep my old windows for a future project, and the team neatly stacked them where I asked. If you are considering new windows I highly recommend Window World. They were professional and knowledgeable from day one with the quote all the way till the job was done, not to mention the warranty. My new garden window makes me smile every time I see it.

Very professional. Timely. Cleaned up the area after job completion. The siding is beautiful and the windows have added so much to the house.

From the salesman to the installers everyone was professional and did everything they said that they would. They arrived when promised, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.

I would recommend window World because they are very reasonable. I had thirteen windows and a door installed. The crew removed there shoes before entering my home. I respected them for that. The installation was done perfectly. After they were done, they cleaned up everything. My hat's off to the crew and window World.

I had 6 old window replaced, and a barely functional French door replaced with a sliding glass door. The sales person was great! The install team worked quickly and efficiently, and were pleasant and helpful. The windows look great. I didn't realize how bad the former door was, the new one is fabulous. And also thrilled with window world because we had a quote from another company first, and their price was outrageous, especially for the door. Will always recommend Window World.

Steve was great from the beginning. The crew was amazing. They worked hard. I had 15 windows replaced. They did an amazing job on my installation. They also cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad I choose Window World over the other quotes I received. Window World actually wasn't the cheapest quote. I had another company cheaper, but with Window Worlds warranty and the windows having all the features at no extra cost, it was a no brainer. The other company was cheaper, but the windows I was included only came with a lock and the bottom panel opened. Window Worlds top and bottom open. Top and bottom both come out. Top and bottom both have the security stop, and they come standard with a sliding screen. They also come standard with the energy efficient film that I was going to have to pay for with the other company. If I had to do it again, I would once again go with Window World. I have zero regrets. My house built in 1996 looks new again! 5 stars to the Crews, Steve and the company for everything.

Gorgeous product! The crew was very polite and restored all trim work back nicely after replacing the windows. I would recommend them!

From start to finish in this process all questions were answered. Everything that was told was completed exactly as promised. From times set, to delivery of product, to workers showing up and installing through clean up, this was the easiest, honest, well done job I expected and was 100% satisfied at completion.

I desperately needed new windows in my house and called a few companies before ultimately deciding to go with Window World. I am so glad that I did because both the windows and service were exceptional. Yesterday our double-hung insulated windows were put to the test when my neighbor’s house burned down. The smoke was so thick I couldn’t see my house from across the street. My cats were all trapped in the house until the wind shifted and I could run in. After all that smoke enveloped my house from the outside, there was only the faintest scent inside. That would never have happened with my old windows. All cats were perfectly calm and unaffected. I thought my pets were suffering. I thought my house surely would need remediation inside. All it took was running an air purifier for an hour.

Thank you, window world, for stopping a bad situation from being worse.

Also, we’re saving money and the windows look beautiful. The salesman was friendly and responsive without being pushy. The installers were wizards.

I would just like to say my experience with Window World was awesome. They set up a meeting with us at our house and came in and talked to us about the process and gave us a estimate on when they would come and they were actually able to come a couple of days early. This really helps our house look so much better. We were so over due for this facelift that Window World provided for us.

The crew did an amazing job. They were efficient and worked diligently through the day to get our windows and door installed. They look awesome .

We chose Window World of Carrollton for our project because they had a 4.8 rating on Google. I placed an order for shutters in August 2024, and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the items and installation would be scheduled. I did not receive any updates or communication from Window World of Carrollton after the initial consultation and had to start reaching out via phone myself beginning in October to get any sort of update on the status of my project. Each time I called, they would tell me that the items were on back-order but that they would be receiving them on the "next truck".

Shutter manufacturing takes 6 weeks to make a brand new shutter at the factory. After calling weekly throughout October trying to understand what was happening, they finally said they would be having to pick them up from a different store sometime in November.

The installation finally occurred in November 2024. I will say that the shutters look great, but the time it took (14 weeks) for such a simple project was extremely disappointing and the lack of communication from the merchant was beyond frustrating. Window World of Carrollton also told me that I would receive the Warranty documents as soon as I paid the balance on the account, which I did the day after the installation. Well, here we are 3-4 weeks after, and no such documents have been provided. I had to reach out to them again to try and track down the documentation and have it sent to me. Maybe the documents will arrive, but there's no telling at this point.

I would honestly be very wary of using this company for any larger projects, given my experience on a simple shutter install. Legitimately, the shutters could have been manufactured from scratch twice in the time it took for me to receive my product.

My new windows look fantastic and is a major improvement to the overall look of my home. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I definitely recommend Window World of Carrollton if you are looking for window installation of your home.

Had them replace or windows, gutters and old wood siding with vinyl siding. Excellent work for reasonable prices. Their follow up and follow through is very refreshing in today’s customer service climate.

Window World redid our siding, windows, shutters, doors, soffits and gutters and our home turned out beautiful! They were very easy to work with and even made friends with our 3 dogs, which isn't an easy thing to do! With everything we had done, my only complaint is our front door handle. The door was very expensive but the handle that comes with it is terrible! I've already locked myself out of the house at least 5 times so it looks like we're going to have to spend a little more money and buy a better handle at Home Depot.

Would definitely recommend Window World. From the salesman who initially came out, all the way to the contractors who installed windows. Professional & informative. We were quoted 5-6 weeks for windows to be installed, I was very surprised at 3 weeks to get call saying windows were ready! The crew that did my installation were fast, efficient and very detailed. They knew exactly what needed to be done and accomplished the job quickly but correctly. They were also respectful of my property, which was a huge bonus.

This crew was on time, polite,and worked constantly! The old windows were removed and replaced in such a way that there were no major drafts thru the house.
They cleaned up both inside and outside, leaving no trace that they had been here. The windows themselves are great. Easy to open and close and look very nice. Thank you for the terrific service and great product.

What can I say? Only these guys are absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time. Were very professional. Did an amazing instal and I am overjoyed at the look of my home after they finished. I left the house halfway through the installation to take a friend to the hospital. I had seen enough of this team to know that my home was in very good hands. I have an old house that was built in 1927. Needed siding, gutters and new windows. I was pleased with the price of all the work. They knocked the job out quick now my house is no longer an embarrassment on the street. Quality work at an affordable price.
