Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Fair pricing and great work. I called Jaun to fix my flashing and install a cricket next to my chimney and he sent his team out asap! Got it all taken care of in less than a week from my initial call. Will definitely be using them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

We had damage from a storm that blew through on a Saturday night. My husband called and left Juan a message expecting a response on Monday. However, Juan called him within a few minutes on Sunday afternoon. He came out on Monday morning and covered our damage areas that needed immediate attention to prevent leaking. He and his team replaced our roof and one on our rental house next door with professionalism like I’ve never seen from roofers before. They took extra caution with our pool covering it with a large tarp to protect it. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Deep South Roofing Company (DSR) worked closely with us to provide a competitively priced reroof for our home. DSR insured the latest relevant building codes and installation techniques were applied. DSR also aided in the selection of upgraded materials/systems that provided comforting 50-year material and 10-year workmanship warranties. During roof tear down and rebuild (which was completed in a single day), significant felt, shingles, roofing materials… accumulated on our yard, prompting clean up concerns. However, our concerns were quickly dispelled by the thorough cleanup by the DSR crew. Summarizing, DSR provided a timely, very competitively priced, and professional reroof of our home. Something we can be proud of, and be confident DSR will stand behind should there be future issues. We would use them again, and recommend them to others.

He was able to get me on his schedule within a few days. He responds quickly and keeps you informed and is there when he says he will be. Very responsible and dependable. I contacted Deep South looking to have my roof replaced. The tech came out to look at my house and informed me that I only needed a few shingles replaced and my roof would last another 6-8 years. Far and away the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Juan and crew were punctual and efficient. They did spectacular work. The job site was constantly being cleaned throughout the day. Any questions I had were addressed within minutes. We had some surprises when the old roof was removed. Even with that extra work and materials, the price was still much lower than the other quotes we received. There’s no need to call anyone else.

Juan and his well trained crew did an excellent job. After an accurate measurement and same day quote, a day was chosen to begin and work started 7:30 AM on that day. There were many previous layers of roofing to remove and some rotting wood. In one day, tarps were laid around house, many layers of old roofing removed, rotted wood replaced, rooftop vent installed, architectural GAF shingles installed and all signs of roofing debris/nails cleaned up. Truly professional service!

The project manager explained to me in great detail, in precise non-roofer language I could easily understand, exactly what the issues were with my roof. No double talk! There were no pressure tactics, I was treated with respect, I did not feel rushed to sign a contract. The facts were explained to me….SIMPLE. Their drone footage of my roof confirmed what I had already identified with my own eyes as well other damage I did not see. We had a leak near the fireplace. Called Deep South and Juan came out the next day. He was punctual and very professional. I showed him where it was leaking and he was quickly up on the house taking pictures of the issue. He came back down, showed me the pictures and explained that it is an easy fix and would be cheaper to do it ourselves. He explained where to go and what to buy and that this should be done every 3 to 5 years. After explaining my fear of heights and us having the required materials, he did the job within 10 minutes, extremely satisfied. Juan is awesome and very honest. Highly recommend Deep South!!

Juan, the project manager that came out to inspect my roof was very professional. Within 20 minutes, it was his opinion the damage was caused by the storm, and pointed out things that I didn't even see. He also came out and met with the adjuster from American modern insurance so they were on the same page. The whole process went smooth once all the paperwork was done, it was delayed a little bit because of rain but two days later my roof was completely done siding that was damaged was replaced. I can't say enough they went far and beyond what they had to do. And just to let anyone know when they get there they're ready to roll, it was amazing watching them they've definitely have a system down. Juan stayed on the job the whole time to make sure everything was complete. I would highly recommend Deep South Roofing to anyone. I got a full roof replacement with new gutters, Deep South did a great job! They were fast and got the work done in a day! I was very hesitant to worry over the process of inspecting for damages, yet their team of roofing professionals assured me that the company could do an excellent job in a reasonable time and address any concerns. From the very first conversation, they were able to inspect my roof and work directly with the insurance company therefore relieving me of all stress, worry and hassle.

I called Deep South Roofing about a roof & gutter replacement and Juan came over the next day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and told me what all he had found (why I had been having leaks- workmanship & incorrect products used with previous company) complete with photos he had taken while on the roof. They removed the old roof and installed the new roof all in one day, plus they were diligent in cleaning up all waste including nails. The gutters were installed on a different day. He instantly went to work using the drone going on top of the roof sending documents, and proof that the roof was old and damaged then I got approved for the whole roof to be repaired I would recommend this company to everyone material was delivered.
