Matt is one of the best human beings you will find. They recently completed our new trex deck and French doors. His work is top notch and he stays on top of your project and is very transparent about pricing and how things work. I did not get any other estimates. Why? Because I’ve known him for a while, he wasn’t too far off from what I was originally thinking, and I wanted to work with someone I knew and could trust.

Matt was the best! Our ceiling caved in he came out the same day I called and put a tarp on our roof in the pouring rain. Had a new roof and gutters within a few days. Though he doesn’t do inside work he pointed me in the right direction to get everything done. When we were down he came in and lifted my entire family spirits up! If anything of that nature happens again I wouldn’t hesitate to call him and you shouldn’t either!!! He went over and beyond!! I could spend all day saying everything he did but I won’t. Best Nest replaced the roof on my porch and I am very happy with the results. When Matt gave me the estimate, he explained all of the details, including the code requirements, and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. When they came to do the work, Heath and the rest of the crew were great. The new roof looks great, and they also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. When the work was finished, Heath showed me photos of each step in the building process and the building codes that were relevant. I'm confident that the work was done right.

A couple of years ago, we had them replace our roof and gutters. During installation, we noticed they were not adding underlayment to a section of the roof. It was addressed by Matt right away. Our roof looks great... but just recently noticed a leak in the living room. I called them and they came out to look around. Our chimney had some rot around top trim and was told we needed to replace the siding. Got an estimate of $3500.00. Decided to get more estimates, but rain was coming. Went up on the roof to cover with tarp and found they had torn off part of the siding on chimney and hadn't replaced it. This is the back side that you can't see from the ground. Attached are photos of the chimney. Just be sure to inspect the work before you sign off on it.

Best Nest Renovations did an excellent job roofing a commercial building I own. Matt Nestor, the owner, is knowledgeable, experienced, and reliable. Soon after I called him to let him know shingles had blown off my roof in one of our recent storms, he put a tarp on the damaged area. Then he helped me navigate the process of filing an insurance claim from start to finish so that my roof could be replaced as quickly as possible. Matt even made color suggestions which turned out to be most appropriate in terms of the overall "look" of my building. His team of roofers are respectful and efficient and ended the job with complete clean-up. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair or other renovations.

These guys are the best! They work with the insurance company to make sure you don't have to pay exorbitant money out of your pocket. On-time, do what was quoted, done in very reasonable time frame, very personable & professional.

We had rain entering our building one week and a total roof replacement the next! It was raining sideways when I called Jay Goodman on Saturday. He was out of town for the weekend. Even so, he took my call. By Monday afternoon, we had a quote for a new roof. Work began 3 days later and was completed the following day. There was no nickel-and-diming. Jay honored his quote and oversaw the work. And he didn't stop when the installation was completed. Instead, he returned during the next rainstorm to inspect and to ensure that the work had been done to a high standard and that there were no leaks. Jay's word is his bond and his work ethic is beyond reproach. Thanks for a job well done!

In August of 2021, Best Nest agreed to do work for me, and they were paid. They failed to complete the work and then refused to respond. A year ago, I pointed out their thievery via a review. They responded that they take their reputation seriously. HOWEVER, I wanted everyone to know how "seriously" they take it - THEY STILL HAVE NOT REACHED OUT. There is not a more corrupt company you could do business with.

While I called other companies for roof inspection and installation, I ultimately decided on Best Nest for good reason.

When speaking to Matt on the phone, he is very clear and direct. He gave an ETA and followed up with that ETA, and even texted when he was in route.

He was up front about pricing and when him and his team can come out, and explained what all they we're going to do in a very clear manner.

They did a great job and I even went with them for a fence installation in the as well.
The two gentlemen that did that got it done quickly, efficiently, and did a quality job.

When I realized I needed a new roofI called Best Nest. Matt suggested that I could have hail damage. I contacted the insurance company and they worked together and saved me most of the cost of the new roof. Best Nest literally installed the new roof the next day.

Matt was very professional in his assessment of our roof and what needed to be done. His detailed estimate left no doubt as to the work that would be performed including some ceiling repair/paint from leaks, gutter re-installation after the roof installation, trimming of bush and tree to prevent damage to the new shingles. Crew was efficient, arrived on time and went right to work at 7am.

We contacted a few companies and Matt and Heath were the most responsive and respectful. They helped us from day 1 with getting our roof replaced. They were very helpful and would be very quick to respond when we had questions. They helped get quotes and paper work over in a timely manner for our insurance company and once everything was approved they set a date and were on time. There was no run around and they were done within hours. They were very clear about what needed to be done and even helped get us some upgrades. I would highly recommend them for any repairs needed.

I called Best Nest after a snow and ice storm hit Northeast GA. A tree fell and hit the power lines in front of my house resulting in the power lines being rip of my house and damaging my roof. Matt was very professional and came out within the week I called to have a quote done to fix my roof. As soon as I had it approved I gave him a call back and he came out quickly after the electrician fixed the power and fixed my roof. I will be using his services agian in the future. He was very professional and he quickly responded to get the quote done and the repairs done. I couldn't be any happier with his work. I would definitely recommend using Best Nest!

After being told they had products that fit our needs, I paid a significant deposit. Months later, only a small fraction of the work has been done and the company refuses to respond or update. I have never had such a poor experience and will now have to pursue avenues to receive the funds they have now essentially stolen. DO NOT USE!
