Great Company! This excellent roofing company is a rare find! The products they use are of great quality. The workers are skilled and efficient, and they pay attention to the details of the house. They also take great care of the areas around the house as they work.
We also appreciate David so much. He was prompt,informative and he walked us through the whole process, which made it much less stressful for us.

After going through an 18 month ordeal with Allstate to get a roof repaired from hail damage where literally my entire block had roofs entirely replaced within a few months only to have Allstate tell us they would only cover 1/2 repair despite 2 prior roofers being involved and giving up David stepped in and did exactly what he said he’d do… get the entire roof repaired. He convinced adjusted that a second assessment was warranted sent them pictures and personally met with them. He took over discussions with the adjuster and got full replacement covered with lifetime Owens Corning shingle.

Could not be more thankful that I found him by just looking for best reviews on Google for roofers near me.

You want a bulldog like David in your corner and not a roofer who easily takes no for an answer or wants to bring in a public adjuster who will demand 15%. David handled it himself without bringing in a public adjuster.

Assured Roofing did a great job re-roofing our house. David, the owner is a stand-up guy. He communicated well, keeping us informed of plans, schedule, and actions. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work on time, without any surprises. The roof looks great! Our mailbox was accidentally damaged during the work, his lead immediately informed us and Assured Roofing promptly took care of it by providing a brand new mailbox. I can tell you it wasn’t a cheap mailbox and was quite expensive. Even I had sticker shock when I looked up the replacement. We didn’t have to go back and forth, David handled it without hesitation. There are too few contractors out there that have the integrity and honesty that Assured Roofing portrayed. I would use them again without hesitation and would encourage anyone who reads this to reach out to them and see for yourself.

When the time came to get our roof replaced we called several roofing companies. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and walk us through the roofing process. Assured Roofing was our 4th interview.

The Good-
Initial: Assured Roofing provided Outstanding care and understanding when discussing our roofing needs. The initial inspection when they come out to your house is outstanding.
When we received the proposal, we looked at it and was blown away at the difference between 3 other roofing companies.
The scope of work was detailed, clear and captured everything that was promised. The quote was presented beautifully and professionally.

The Work - Removing the Old Roof and Installing the New Roof
Once we agreed to hire Assured Roofing, we was given a detailed timeframe for when the work will start. And leading up to the selected day, the excellent rep kept us on notice. IE: Hello Sir. Just a friendly reminder we will be at your home is 5 days. Then again in 3 days, then again the night before.

The team arrived, the Project Mgr introduced himself and took care to talk about what to expect.

Then the magic happened, the team removed my roof in no time at all. Boom Bam Thank you Ma'am! And just like that, they removed my roof. When you think about removing a roof , you worry about the care of your exterior area. Not with Assured Roofing! The care was amazing, they had a team cleaning up during the whole process.

After the install -
We had experienced rain every week for several weeks. The new roof looks and performed fantastic! No issues.
I installed a patio overhang w/ a rolled roofing system. Of course watching too much Youtube got me thinking I can do it. Nope, I screwed it up for sure.
I thought about the amazing experience and world class roof installation a few weeks back with Assured Roofing. I called David Moore at Assured Roofing once more. And just like that, David took care of it.

Work was done expeditiously and professionally. Materials and roll-off dumpster were delivered on agreed upon date. A crew arrived the following morning and all work was completed the same day.

The crew spread tarps all around the house, worked efficiently, and once all debris was collected and deposited in dumpster, swept the entire perimeter with magnets.

Everything was done exactly as we agreed.

David was great to work with from start to finish.
