I was in need of a gutter cleaning before cold weather came. Less than 24 hours after I called, my gutters were cleaned. Daniel gave me a 20 minute notice and was prompt, respectful and his task was completed within half an hour. Such wonderful service and I will be back.

They had a big job…two workers were scheduled to clean the gutters, wash windows inside and out and clean window sills and screens.
They did a thorough job and I’m pleased with how much light comes through my sparkling windows and dust free screens.

I called window genie because our gutters were badly in need of cleaning. They came out the next day and cleaned them out, found a couple clogged drain spouts and got them all cleared as well! There was no mess and they even removed a stick from my roof! It rained the following week and my gutters worked perfectly. Fast, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced too! I am definitely going to schedule regular cleanings with Window Genie every year.

Window Genie was excellent! They cleaned the inside, outside, sills, and screens of all our windows and the results were amazing! Our home is a 2 story walkout so those upper windows are very high, but it was no problem for them! Highly recommend!

I received a phone call about my inquiry within 30 minutes of submitting it online, and had a gutter cleaning scheduled for the next day. Shane and Justin called ahead to let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly. They were both super polite and courteous. You can tell they really care about doing a great job. I can't overstate how great of a job they did. They were so thorough and took their time, which we really appreciated since our gutters were in rough shape. They cleaned the exterior windows and they look great. I also had them power wash my stamped patio and apply sealer. They use Deco Shine but I had some leftover sealer that I've been using. They applied 2 coats and the patio looks great. I've already recommended them to a neighbor and hope you'll consider them as well.

The service of care we received was excellent! When they first came out to clean our windows I was not home. They told me to let them know if it was not done to my standards. We had just bought the home and not sure how long since the outside of the windows had been cleaned. There were water spots around the perimeter of all the south sided windows that didn’t get removed. I called, they came back that afternoon and completely took care of them. Great customer service and they’ve got a client for life now!

I have used Window Genie for a number of services. They are exceptional! I can't say enough about the employees and the service they provided. We started out with having them power wash our deck and railings. We had them back later to clean our gutters. They had never been cleaned before. It's such a relief to know that that job is done. Then we had them clean our windows. Others had cleaned in the past but never had they looked this amazing. I couldn't stop bragging about how well they looked. They also cleaned a fan in her basement that was textured and I hated cleaning. I also had them tint windows in a sunroom. Russ, the owner told me the differences between the tints. Some just block the UV from damaging the furniture some also help with temperature control. Now, I love sitting in that room that was once too hot. We just had them put up Christmas lights. I absolutely love them. They really brighten up our walkways and driveway. They look gorgeous. Next he's been talking to us about a pre-lit wreath and garland. I think we're going to go for it. I know it sounds like I'm bragging but I really do love EVERYTHING that they have done for us. Thank you Window Genie!

Some of it did not turn out to our satisfaction and Russ made sure it was right and re-installed at no additional cost. They were prompt, punctual, competitively priced, and their desire to provide strong and reliable service showed in every interaction. I came home and noticed how the windows shined. My first time using this company. When I looked from the inside, there was still dirt along the bottom of every window on the upper floor. I called, they came back and made sure they were all clean. They stand behind their service. Very professional. I will differently use Window Genie again.

Two young bucks came out earlier than expected, put on booties and washed all my windows, in and out. Had them clean out sills, too. Great job, were here about 2+ hours what would have taken me a full weekend day plus climbing a ladder. Too old for that stuff. Will use them again for pressure washing exterior and gutter cleanout in the spring.
