Like a House Makeover, But for Your Windows

Who knew old window film could make a house feel like a cave? My townhouse went from dreary, blurry, and basically "gloom-core" to bright, cheerful, and borderline magical—all thanks to Window Genie of Greensburg. They removed the ancient window tint and sticky residue with the care and precision of surgeons (but, like, way more fun and less terrifying).

These guys were friendly, patient, and worked together like a well-oiled squeegee squad. They didn’t rush the job—they respected the grime. Now my home feels like it got a facelift, and I swear the sun shines brighter just to show off.

If you’re stuck with window film from the Stone Age, do yourself a favor and call these wizards. Highly recommend!

I picked window genie based off the glowing reviews this past fall. Initially had a good experience with Brandon getting everything scheduled. After paying over $170 just to do the FRONT second story of my house (between 60-75 feet of gutter length), the results were poor. I reached out to them for follow up as I was able to go up on a ladder myself (in the bitter cold) to inspect and see that there was still obstructive debris causing overflow of the gutters. They did send a crew to inspect and they took pictures of clean gutters on the BACK of my house as proof that they had cleaned my gutters. I had paid for only the FRONT because the back is more accessible so I was able to do these myself prior to reaching out to window genie. I spoke back and forth with Brandon numerous times over email and the phone. I sent him picture after picture showing the gutters full of water, sediment, and piles of moss. Brandon assured me that I was wrong and that my gutters were not “sloped” properly. He said he had tons of experience with this issue. Maybe you should have come out yourself Brandon because I cleaned them out and what do you know, they drained. If you want to deal with gaslighting and paying to do the job yourself, give window genie a call! Also, in regard to the gutter guard in pictures 1 & 4 they are removable without tools, and I had told Brandon ahead of time that I did not mind if they were removed and not replaced to allow easier cleaning.

The service was fast, thorough, and pleasant! Shane and his assistant had the windows sparkling in record time and worked together to provide a clear view to the outside! I have already recommended Window Genie to friends and neighbors.

Have used Window Genie in the past…get on a yearly schedule for them and get a discount. The crew was here when they were to be. I had an issue that needed to be addressed. Contacted the owner about it. He followed up immediately and resolved the issue. I appreciate the prompt responses I always get and the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.

Overall, I am pleased with the work. Antonio was personable. professional, and did a great job. One of the younger men in the crew did not clean the inside of my garage window-the dirtiest window in my home. Don't know how he missed it! I would recommend this company and I would also recommend checking all of your windows before they leave.

They arrived right in time, did a phenomenal job on our windows which were very dirty and have not been cleaned outside in years! Windows and windowsills were done beautifully. We would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again!!

They did a great job cleaning my windows. However when cleaning my high windows in my sunroom , because they didn't have the correct ladder, the ladder being used slipped causing the washer to fall. Thank goodness he didn't get seriously hurt. My husband then went and got our little giant ladder for him to finish safely.

The entire process, from the initial call to the crew arriving and completing the work, was seamless. Additionally, Shane was very professional and kind, promising great results, and I was truly amazed by the outstanding work the crew did. I will definitely call them again and again.

I will go no place else but Brandon for the care of my gutters, they are that good in particular Ryan and Kelton above and beyond polite, considerate, thorough, and just an excellent company to deal with,

Used window genie for the first time to clean all the windows of a large two story house inside and outside plus the roof, gutters, patio and walkway. They are pros. A team of three showed up at the appointed hour and in a synchronized fashion completed the job. Well done. I will hire them for the next cleaning cycle.

These guys did such a great job. And extremely nice. Happy that I pointed out a couple of things so the could fix it while they were still here.

Window Genie came out to clean gutters. They left a huge mess all around the house. What debris they did clean up, they place in my recycling bin on top of the recyclable items. The can was even too heavy to move. I had to empty it out and dispose of it properly- to the woods on the side of the house 20 feet away. Not all of the gutters were cleaned. I contacted the office about the issue and they said they could send someone out the next week to clean it up. THE NEXT WEEK?? REALLY? I refuse to pay for such terrible service and they will not even consider adjusting the bill.
