During the installation, Bill and his workman discussed my preferences for various details and accommodated my preferences to make sure that I was satisfied with the new roof, new gutters, and new siding. Their clean-up was very thorough.

There was an immediate response for the assessment and was a very comparable price. The work was completed swiftly and well done. The Blanck family is very friendly, professional and easy to do business with.

I called Bill Blanck Home Improvements out to take a look at the gutters on the front of my house as they seemed to be falling down due to not having flashing behind them which cause some of the fascia to rot. I could not be more happy, and grateful to Bill Blanck and his team as well as Michelle Blanck. In the beginning of May 2024, my homeowners insurance decided my roof needed to be fully replaced, not because of damage, leaks, etc but because of 'granule loss' and 'missing shingles' (which there were none of...). My insurance gave me a 30-day notice to cancel as a result and my only option was to get a new roof, within 30-days or loose my insurance. I fought with them stating it was completely unreasonable but of course, made no progress. This is when I reached out to Bill Blanck LLC for a quote on a new roof, and explained my situation to the team in detail. Not only did Bill Blanck LLC come in $2,500 cheaper than ANYONE else ( I had a total of 6 quotes) but they also accommodated me within my 30-day window to meet the insurance company's demands. This quote was for the SAME products that everyone else was quoting too, which was crazy to me. On the day of install, Bill and his team arrived right around 7am and got right to work. The roof turned out beautiful and was done before 12pm, which was incredible. The team worked fast and efficiently and their cleanup was beyond top-notch. Contractors across the board should learn how to clean up a job site from Bill and his team. Bill and his team replaced our soffit and fascia a few years ago and we were very pleased. When we decided to increase the size of our deck and add a roof there was no question on who we wanted to have do the job! Not only is my deck perfect, but it was complete in a few days! Bill Blanck Home Improvement recently installed a new roof, which included replacing all the sheeting on the house, due to mold and delamination issues. In order to prevent these issues from occurring in the future Bill recommended adding both a ridge and edge vents since I did not have overhangs on both sides of the house. In addition, upon my request, Bill did some minor repointing of the chimney and installed gutter screens. As Bill's crew removed several pieces of wood from the family room (separate from the house), Bill showed me photos that the roof deck on the family room did not have the same issues, was in good shape and did not require replacement, thus saving a significant amount of money from the initial estimate.

I had to have my whole roof replaced and they did a really nice job. Zack gave me the estimate and was also here for the replacement of the roof. He was very personable and efficient and made everything go smoothly. I liked how they did business, he gave me a fair estimate and didn't do what a few of the other companies did. They gave me a high estimate then when I said it was too high they said they'd "work with me." Which to me is trying to cheat me. Bill Blanck and Michele answered all my questions in email, were fair, easy to deal with and the crew did a great job. They also used owens corning shingles which I liked. The roof looks great. Starting with the salesman, Zach. Zach was very knowledgeable, informative and not pushy to close the sale. I had a few questions that he easily answered.
The workers started at approximately 7:15am. The roof was completed at approximately 3:30pm. That included a lunch break. There was a gentleman named Joe that organized everything on the ground. He prepared the staging for the workers on the roof and the help on the ground.
The clean up was amazing. I cut my grass a few days later, and I did not run over any debris or nails from the old roof.

Our new roof looks great. The crew that did the job were very knowledgeable and friendly. Update... With the addition of the edge vents on the new roof, the attic heat vents much more efficiently. This makes the inside of the house feel cooler, even on these 90+ degree days.
