We chose Just Fences for our fence project, and we are more than happy.

Jessica was very helpful, responded to any questions I had quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. The install team was also great! Their work is clean, they didn't leave a mess from the install, and they were also very nice. Install went smooth, even with the weather not being the greatest. My dogs also liked them a lot, so bonus points for that.

I can’t say enough good things about Just Fences. They originally installed our fence over five years ago, and the quality has truly stood the test of time. Recently, I noticed a broken post and a few missing caps. I reached out, fully expecting to be told it was out of warranty or that I’d need to schedule and pay for a service call. Instead, Jessica got back to me immediately, kindly letting me know that my color of fence had been discontinued, but that she’d check their warehouse for any spare parts.

Not only did she find them…without my even knowing…she had someone come out, replace the broken post and caps, and leave a few extra parts behind at no charge. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture, and it speaks volumes about the kind of company Just Fences is.

Call them. Great work and customer service. We had a fence put in to keep our dogs in. We had a small issue which they promptly and completely took care of. Very happy with the work, price, and customer service. Plan ahead, they are busy!

We requested an onsite visit to provide us an estimate for new fencing at our new home. We scheduled an appointment at 4:00 PM on Tuesday February 25th, 2025. No one showed. I called and left a message, but no one has returned my call as of this writing. This is disappointing. The company was referred to us by our former neighbors.

We had Just Fences install a fence around our back yard (about a half acre - part five foot chain link, part six foot vinyl). From the moment we inquired, they were amazing! Jess was always super responsive via email and they were quick to come out to do an in person consultation. And Josh and Mike G did an incredible job removing the old fence and with the installation. They were insightful and thorough with all of our requests. My wife and I and our hyperactive pup love the new fence and would definitely recommend Just Fences!

I have called just fences a few times. Once in 2019 when I was looking to get a brand new fence, a couple weeks ago to ask some questions ,and just today because I needed to get a replacement quote due to storm damage. I have noticed that every time I call there is a pattern with the girl that answers the phone sounding completely miserable and like she’s being bothered. We emailed back-and-forth a few times so that I can get a proper quote for what I needed for the insurance company But it seems as though we were misunderstanding each other and then I never did get the final quote. So I’m not using this company because of Jessica answering the phone who seems very disinterested and annoyed. I’m sure the guys do great work installing the fences, but if I can’t even get past the front desk without feeling as though I’ve bothered her, I’ll look elsewhere for somebody that’s happy to help and upbeat.

Edit - in no way have I ever suggested you were affiliated with Shortley Fencing and you’re correct - you have not had the chance to work with me because everytime I call I’m met with a monotone secretary. The last estimate I got had a 5ft gate in it - AND you failed to mention in your response that I did apologize for being unclear. I wasn’t rude at all to Jessica and yes I called on Aug 14 to ask questions just like I stated. No harm in that. Nobody was blaming Just Fences for me not getting the product I paid for with Shortley Fencing so there was really no need to even bring that up to make yourself Try to look better. That was actually irrelevant to my conversation. All I was asking for was a quote for a new fence, The reason behind it doesn’t matter and is my business. Google reviews are not just for customers that have used a company, it’s also a place where customers can say why they don’t prefer to use a company. Listen to her answer the phone next time and tell me that’s an upbeat 100% customer satisfaction greeting right there. How about “Thank you for calling just fences. This is Jessica speaking. Wow!!! Blown away by the this company! The customer service, how fast they were, and the work completed were all amazing!!! I looked into a few companies & so thankful I picked Just Fences! Zack and Josh just completed a big project for us. Not only did they install a beautiful aluminum fence for us around our property, but they also removed an old pool fence and a partial fence and gate near our garage.

Let’s rewind though. We had Jake come out to measure and give us an estimate a few months ago. He arrived right on time and walked me through the whole process. He recommended a fence with a flat bottom, as it’s easier to weed whack under it. And assured us that our little dog wouldn’t be able to escape.

Their price was what we had anticipated it would be, for a fence as large as we wanted. And the removal fee for the old fence was incredibly reasonable! It would’ve cost us way more than their quote, for us to just get a dumpster and do it ourselves.

He told us 6-8 weeks and at 7 weeks, we got a call saying our fence was ready. They were flexible with the scheduling since we were going on vacation for a few days.

Day one, Zack and Josh showed up with Brendan and began the work of digging out the old fences.

They worked tirelessly all day in the heat and could not get the one footer out of the ground. They had dug down a good 5-6ft and it still wouldn’t come out.

The following 4 days of work, Zack and Josh returned with some more equipment and a new plan for the removal! They cut and buried all the posts a few feet under ground. Then refilled the holes on top with the dirt they had removed throughout the yard.

At the same time, they installed a gorgeous 4 foot black aluminum fence around our property! The temps were in the 90’s almost every day and they worked their butts off to get the job done in the July heat. Not to mention it hasn’t rained in 6 weeks, so the ground was incredibly hard to dig into.

They showed up each day with smiles on their faces, ready to go. They entertained our neighbors, were so kind and friendly to them, and took great care of our property.

We are so pleased with how beautiful our new fence looks, and how much bigger our yard is now! We were also so surprised that they didn’t charge us any extra for all the difficult work of the old fence removal. The cost was exactly what the original quote was.

I recently purchased an empty lot adjacent to my home, which was already enclosed by a pricey white vinyl picket fence installed by my concrete contractor. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I had paid a premium price for the work, which included some crooked and shaky posts.

For this new lot, I decided to go with Just Fences, a local company. Their responsiveness was impressive, an office representative quickly arranged for Jeffrey to visit and take measurements. He was very understanding of my vision and confirmed that they could match my existing fence seamlessly. After taking the necessary measurements, Jeffrey promptly provided a reasonable quote.

A weeks before installation, the company made an 811 call to check for underground utilities. On the first day, the team confirmed all the details with me before starting work. They were professional and meticulous, ensuring the fence was perfectly straight—a significant improvement over my previous experience with the other company.

The job took three days and I am beyond happy with how it turned out to be. I recommend this company for any kind of fencing work professional crew, reasonable prices plus they come with a two-year workmanship warranty. It can’t get any better than that. 10/10 A++ definitely will recommend to friends and family if ever in the market for fencing.

We had JUST FENCES replace 90 feet of our wooden privacy fence due to damage caused by a recent storm. Everything from start to finish was handled promptly and professionally by their team. We were so happy with their work, we decided to have them back to replace the remaining 100 feet.

I had Just Fences install a fence at my home approximately 10 years ago and it's still beautiful! It's a long fence and goes along the perimeter of my property and pool. We were very happy with their product and the guys installing. Had a windstorm last year and a tree fell on a portion and needed a piece replaced and they came out and replaced that portion. Called to get an estimate for repair on our vinyl fence (the gate blew off and shattered during a windstorm this week) and we normally let our dog run in the fenced yard. The girl who answered (didn’t provide her name) but said they could not match the existing fence but they wouldn’t even come out to look at it. (It would’ve only been about a five minute drive from their office.) I know it’s not a large, elaborate job but there’s potential future work we’d like to have done. Oh well, I’ll look somewhere else with someone who actually wants to do business.

Had Jessica come out for estimate. She spent a total of 10 minutes asking what I wanted only to have to change estimate 3 times. Placed 9000$ on 18000$ job in March 2022 it’s middle of July no fence not even call from them.
Called office 3 times in last week still no call back.
I think they are a scam fence company. Should have been bit more diligent in shopping for fence installation.

Just fences installed a new aluminum fence with four gates for my yard. Out of all the estimates we received, they seemed to be the most professional and capable company to handle the project. Jake, the owner, is very nice and so was his entire crew.

They are literally less than 10 miles from my house but yet dont service my area?? Really?? You would think for thousands for a job would take you almost anywhere within reason. Glad I didnt use them. Lord only knows what I would have gotten. If youre not right next door, dont bother. I would rate your services also if YOU PROVIDED ANY! Your radius isnt gonna keep you going long if you dont branch out. I dont think 7 miles is too far to service. Your company is one of the 1st ones that come up on a google search and its a sad shame to think how many you turn down because of location. If you need to make multiple trips, thats on you. Something wasnt figured right. And if that be the case, that is normally factored into the customers cost. No worries. Found somebody coming from CARNEGIE to get started in the am.

We had Just Fences finish off an existing vinyl fence that was at a home we recently purchased, and we are very pleased with the results. Zack and Steve installed our new fence and did an excellent job and were very courteous and treated our property with care. Turnaround time from order was good as well, especially with how hard it is to get materials these days. We would highly recommend Just Fences and also recommend you request Zack and Steve to install!

Just Fences had installed a 143-ft. vinyl fence with two gates for us (Tahoe IV in Redwood finish) on September 12 through September 14, 2017. After a few delayed starts, the fence was finally installed. The fence was built to my specifications; and turned out better than I has envisioned. However, there are a few things that made me change my rating from a 5-star to a 3-star… The last day of the installation was a rainy day and the fence installers still worked through the rain. They were using an auger to dig the remaining fence post holes which in turn, created the backyard to become a muddy mess (including mud on the inground pool deck, mud washed into the pool and mud on the fence and posts. I was expecting a better clean-up job after the fence was complete. I supplied a hose with water so that anything with mud on it could be cleaned. There were still large chunks of mud in the lawn and I had found nails from the old wooden fence that they removed (nails are dangerous to our dogs that use the grassy area). I had even found a reciprocating saw blade in the grass. I was able to find them using a roofer’s magnetic rake. I also expected the grading of the dirt around and under the fence to be smoothed-out better to be able to plant grass seed… but they only spread out the clay chunks that come out of the holes they had dug. I have found some scrapes and scratched on the fence parts from being stacked and slid against each other. In addition, some of the panels have a big color variance and not uniform in tone (some are dark and some are light in color). I was told they would blend after they ‘weather’ (but I doubt it). And on a final note, Just Fences still owes me a fence post cap. The standard caps will not fit on the one fence post since the post is installed flush to the brick wall of the house. A new cap has to be fabricated/customized in order to fit properly. I was promised it would be done on Friday, September 15th… but nobody showed up. I sent an email on Monday, September 18th, and was told someone would be here on Tuesday to install the post cap… again, nobody showed up. I get the feeling it will not be completed. Now you would think after spending $10,000+ for a fence to be installed, everything would be pristine after the job is completed… believe me, you have a lot of work to do after they leave.

From the beginning to end the service was great. Jacob communicated with me throughout the process and the consult and service was timely. They kept me posted with updates and the end result exceeded our expectations. Our gate looks amazing and I'm so glad that we chose to use this local business. Thank you!
