Chris was absolutely amazing. He came out to give me a quote for get gutter guards placed. When he was here, he educated me on why I should consider full replacements instead. I never once felt pressured and I left him know I was seeking other quotes as well. When I did get those quotes, he worked with me to explain why they're were a little less and worked to help me get something within our budget. Top notch service, from the initial phone call to scheduling and then service (same day)! I called Chris from several states away to help with my grandparent's house. He's friendly and scheduled the gutter clean-out for same day. Shawn thoroughly cleaned and inspected the gutters, and then took the time to talk with my grandmother after the cleanout. We are happy we chose gutter genius - the crew did an excellent job and were flexible around us and our schedule as we were also working on finishing our roof at the same time. Chris was very easy to work with - personable and reachable. He was honest and forthcoming about his products/service and didn’t try to oversell us, in fact very much the opposite, as he initially inquired about personally inspecting the viability of our old gutters and downspouts to save us from unnecessary costs. We had a bit of an odd downspout situation under deck which Chris was able to develop a plan virtually. The gutters and downspouts turned out super sleek at a very reasonable cost for what we got, not to mention the amount of water that’s now coming from the drains! We will absolutely choose them again for other services they offer when we need them.

Chris was extremely easy to contact and work with regarding our gutter replacement. After years of previously misaligned and improperly installed gutters - which constantly leaked everywhere with most every rainfall - it was refreshing to find a company that specialized in doing it right!
Within a short time, the job got scheduled and Josh and Rick showed up to get the work completed. They worked diligently and efficiently non stop, dealing with a number of issues that they found from the previous botched job, and still got our new gutters installed to look great. The new over-sized black material recommended by Chris is an amazing accent!
They look terrific, appear to be tightly and carefully installed, and already have neighbors interested in contacting Gutter Genius.
What's left?? Now we just need to have a day with some consistent steady rain so we can see them work as great as they look!!

We purchased gutter guard 20 years ago when we purchased our home. Chris was not in business then with Gutter Guard. During the almost tornado, the winds took a part of the gutter guard off. I called him for a service call and I could not believe how quickly he came to secure that piece back on to the gutters. Some dealers might have tried selling me a whole new gutter guard, but he came expeditiously and fixed it with no sales pitch. He is a friendly and personable guy to talk with and do business. If I decide to have the lower level of our house done - I will definetly
be calling him.
