Really good experience working with the window and door store. Everything turned out awesome from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed all new windows due to hail damage and everyone at the window and door store went above and beyond to help me. The installation was quick and seamless. They worked 10-12 hours a day despite it being over 100 degrees. They were so polite and they cleaned up everything. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are the best. I'm thrilled with my new windows!

We apparently had a problem due to the manufacturer. The repair men came and repaired the problem in about a half hour. All is well.

Good quality doors and installed on time. Well done. Also, built some replacement screens in record time. Very pleased with every part of this experience .

parking in the loading zone at home depot for well over a 1/2 an hour and making people not be able to get their product. It's pretty rude. I'll load my 15 bags of 80 lbs concrete across the parking lot by myself, because we all have work to get to and don't have time to wait for you to move.

Installer was super nice and we had a great experience with Mary over the phone and in person. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Edit: I had them come out and take care of a door issue and everything was phenomenal! I will use them again and again!

Old review: I normally would give Window and Door Store 5+ stars, this transaction had some errors in ordering and scheduling but the end product is phenomenal! Installers and Customer Service A++

We have big double glass windows (about 6’x6’)has been cracked one side not in all,we call and replaced windows,new windows cost $2300,after they take my old windows out,we call back and they told me not available to reuse and already going to the dump,I can’t believe they can do like that and are you sure going to dump?

Went there for a new front and storm door. Friendly staff, great service and had his crew out to measure right away. Can't wait to get my new door installed.

The guys from Window and Door came to install our 80 inch tall custom shower glass. They were amazing. The glass looks beautiful. Highly recommend this awesome team.

I had a warranty problem and Mary took care of it right away. She had Gino and Steve come right out and take care of it. That installed the warranty problem right away works perfect. I would recommend this company for any door problems or window problems. Excellent work. No hassle, very friendly and respectable.

Horrible!!!
Used him years back. Spent $5000.00 on half my garage to be raised and the washer and dryer to be flipped around to the other side of the wall it was on. Which I was under the impression that included dry wall for that cost. Turns out, he likes to pocket cash and not give you a receipt so you can turn in in for his expenses. No idea what he did to my plumbing. Have had to use the laundry mat for years because what ever he did my water backs up through my wall. Finally trying to fix the plumbing. Can't even get to an area we need to because of the way they put the floor joists in.

Steve and Brent did a great job putting in a new door and storm door. They were very professional In their customer service and really paid attention to details. Very pleased with our new doors. We will be replacing our French doors in the basement this spring and will use the W&D store again.

I am very happy with the job they did on my windows and roof. The two young men really did great. Thank you for the great work!!
