If I could give six stars, I would. They do great work, (in one case with a broken pipe in the crawl space) come out at a moments notice, and are fairly priced.

Winchester plumbing and gas came out to change out an expansion tank on my water heater. The technician was very friendly. He swapped out the tank and it looks and works great. The price was the best part. They really do great work for a reasonable price. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

We’ve had Winchester Plumbing come out for 2 separate issues and they were able to come out and fix our issues both times very quickly. The plumber that came out was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to plainly explain what was going on, what he did to fix it, and how we can prevent it in the future. I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Arrived on time. Knowledgeable, polite & respectful. Quickly determined the fix. Created a custom flare fitting and gone within an hour. Highly recommended!

I have used Winchester Plumbing 3 times in the last year for hot water heater maintenance and replacement, bathroom faucet installation, and kitchen faucet installation and refrigerator water line repaired . Each time Anthony has been the technician who was sent. He has always been very professional and doesn't waste any time getting the job done . I highly recommend Winchester Plumbing for good, reliable and reasonable priced work !

I needed a plumber to finish installing a garbage disposal that I started and couldn't finish. I called Winchester Plumbing and Gas because my HVAC company, Furlong's Sheet Metal doesn't do that. But, they recommend this company. I'm GLAD they did. They were quick, on time, well priced, professional, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend them !!!

Anthony showed up the next day right on time, he knows his stuff, within an hour I had hot water, a working fireplace, and a great plan for my future needs. AAA+++ fantastic service.

Dale was very professional, explained everything clearly, took care of multiple issues we had - leaky shower, leaky water line for freezer/water, "screaming shower/bath", diagnosed sewer smell in laundry room, and diagnosed leak in toilet. Would highly recommend Dale and Winchester Plumbing!!!

They ignored seven phone calls/messages and three online support tickets and then started harassing me through emails for five star Google reviews. They also sent me multiple surveys asking me to write them 10 out of 10 and tell all my friends about their great service, that they never provided to me because they won’t return my phone calls. I got my fifth email today asking for a review again for a company that won’t return my call. Maybe this will make the email stop.

I made the call at 8am this morning in need of a hot water heater. The receptionist was polite and professional and the appointment was made . By 3pm this afternoon I had hot water again. The guys that came out were courteous, professional, thorough and clean. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Great job guys.

Start to finish, Winchester Plumbing did an outstanding job! We had them rough in and complete final plumbing on a full bath and kitchenette in our basement. They are responsive, professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and would not hesitate to use them again. They did seasonal maintenance on my propane fireplace and installed heat tapes and replaced the old ones. The technician, Miles is very knowledgeable and does a great job. Great company as well!

I had a water softener system installed. The plumber did a great job and was in ab out pretty quickly. He also cleaned up after his self really well.

Carlos recently came to my home to address two leaky toilets, install a new kitchen faucet and to install a new laundry room utility sink. He did a professional job with the installations and made sure everything was in proper working order before leaving. I have hired several plumbing companies over the years and Winchester Plumbing is the best by far!

I’ve used Winchester Plumbing multiple times over the years, they are always on time and professional. They work hard and quickly, and do a great job. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. In this visit they installed a dishwasher for me.

Actually showed up exactly when they were scheduled. The technician Sammy was very informative explained the problem, my options and then proceeded to fix everything in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the professionalism, and will highly recommend them to everyone.

They were very knowledgeable about a possible plumbing leak and looked at every possibility and I do mean every. I discovered it was the billing with the Water District. No leak after all - they have just given us a break on types of charges for 6 months and then suddenly appeared, so I thought the increase was from a leak. Winchester Plumbing did a fantastic job.

I called Winchester Plumbing in the morning and spoke to the always pleasant and friendly, Amber. Explained my two issues I wanted looked at and repaired. My main shut off valve was leaking and I had an outdoor faucet that I couldn’t use because it would leak inside, into the basement. I requested Phil and Dave, a.k.a. PB and J. A great team, always efficient, informative, and professional. Explained what they would do, and the job was completed with no mess and very fair cost. Great company to handle any of your plumbing issues! Very reliable and trustworthy!

Winchester Plumbing and Gas were awesome to work with. We had very poor work provided by another gas plumbing company who left our pool heater with uninspected piping that needed to be redone. Out of about 10 companies that I reached out to, Winchester Plumbing and Gas was the only one to respond. But not only did they respond, Stephen talked me through everything on the first day about what would occur, what was needed, etc. Not only did Rodney and Stephen perform excellent work, I think they are really genuine people as well and worthy of significant praise. I love these guys! They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. An example: had an issue with getting water from my well ( little water, no pressure) came out and unjammed the flow gadget explained what they did... water... for awhile.. called them explained.. came back out, did not charge me for a trip fee and replaced whatever needed replacing and only had to pay for the part. They are my go to guys! Everyone is nice and professional.

Carlos, the technician, was very thorough, informative and patient in answering all of my questions about the smell that was coming from the ceiling. The plumbing in the ceiling and second floor bathroom plumbing were my concerns. Carlos cut out the ceiling to discover there was water from a previous plumbing issue that mold the insulation. I highly recommend Carlos and Winchester Plumbing and Gas for the professionalism and reasonable pricing!

I had another repair job done on my water heater pipes which had burst. When I bought the house, the pies were plastic and of poor quality. My tech replaced them with copper and I am very happy!

They have provided us a range of plumbing services in addition to the listed service, most notably installation of sump pump systems in two houses.

My toilet was leaking a little at the base. I suspected the wax seal was no longer providing a proper seal. I contacted Winchester Plumbing and the representative arrived the following day. After a quick inspection he confirmed my suspicion. The wax seal was replaced quickly while keeping the work area clean and free of extraneous water. The representative was professional and friendly.

We have used Winchester Plumbing several times. They are always quick to respond and professional. There work is good and they take time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.

WP&GS installed all the plumbing and bathroom fixtures for a bedroom to full bath conversion in our home. In doing so they made numerous trips to our home, and they were always on time and the project was on budget. The workers were polite, helpful and diligent. They ran new plumbing approximately 45' to the new bathroom, installed a huge freestanding bathtub, new shower, toilet and double vanity. I would use WP&GS anytime, my satisfaction was through the roof!

WPGS has always delivered prompt service and reliability over the many times we have called. Each technician has been polite and friendly and get's the job done in a timely fashion. The dispatchers are very nice and have gotten us quick appointments.
