I live in Nova and I was passing a house in McLean one afternoon that caught my eye. I ended up pulling up outside of the site. Luckily a gentleman had approached me when I parked on the site. I told him that I may be interested in getting some work done on my house by them but can I see the site first. He was kind and offered me a walkthrough of the house. Once I went in and saw the house I fell in love. It was so luxurious and my type that I instantly knew I wanted NIA Builders to finish my basement. 2 days later Nina came and did an estimate for free and gave me a quote 3 days after the estimate because I made a few changes to what I wanted done. I accepted the proposal and they started work the next day. Took about 8 weeks to finish and I’m very satisfied!

I reached out to NIA Builders. Got in contact with Imran and told him I wanted my kitchen all remodeled. I showed him an idea of what I wanted. Next day he came and did a free estimate and gave me a price that I liked. From there they got to work and boom the picture speaks louder than anything! I’m beyond happy and grateful that work was done very clean and professional. Everything right to the point and executed perfectly in time for a big family party! NIA Builders built us "The Best Value" large custom house. The owner (Naveed) is an honest gentleman who tries his best to take his client's side while dealing with the worst natured Sub-Contractors and labor. I noticed, they also gave us cost-saving ideas which a lot of other builders would NOT give you (since they make more money). Construction and dealing with other contractors is a very challenging work so of course there are some things you would not like (which to me is true about ANY builder you go with). Then the most important is "NIA's flexibility" to allow changes in your design. Lot of other builders use "changes" as their main source of lucrative profits but NIA did not do that with us. While there were management challenges (true with any builders), overall we are very well satisfied and would love to use NiA Builders again. Lastly, i'm a Lean Six Sigma certified person and I know enough about cost-saving techniques NIA's team was very welcoming and co-operative/adaptive with ideas.
