This year, I had Winchester Construction install composite deck skirting around a large deck and completely replace a different small wood deck with composite decking. The installation of the skirting around the large deck was satisfactory. There was misunderstanding regarding the railing that was installed around the small deck, such that the first railing installed was not at all what I was envisioning, and the quality of that work was not good. But John came out and proposed a different railing solution, and the company replaced with initial railing with something different that looks very nice and was well-installed. I am pleased with the final results. Had I not run into the issues with the initial deck railing, as well as periodic communication delays, I probably would have given this company 4 stars.

I've used Winchester Construction on multiple occasions and couldnt be happier with their workmanship and professionalism. Communication from start to finish with John was on point each time. The guys are all super nice and you can easily see they genuinely love what they do. Already have another project set up for them to start and plans for several more. Thanks for always making the process easy!

Called Winchester Construction Services to install a gas line for a new oven. they came out in 1 day to quote and then 2 days later to install the gas line. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did. all of them were friendly and professional. i highly recommend Winchester Construction Services for any work you need done!!! Thank you !!

We had WC do an extensive home renovation for us this past year, and we could not be happier with the work they did for us. They were wonderful to work with and true craftspeople. We are still amazing by the results every day, we love our new interior. They did it all, small mudroom addition, whole house flooring, painting, new kitchen and baths... The shower is pretty amazing! Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the job that Winchester Construction Services did on my roof. I had suffered some storm damage to a large roof that was more than 20 years old and I chose to replace the entire roof. Diane took the time to explain to me what was going to be done, including some changes she recommended to the way the valleys had been done during previous roofing jobs. They even reshingled the roof on the little structure that protects the pump for our well so everything would match. I'm incredibly happy with the work that they performed and I would hire them again.

I was given Winchester Construction Services name by a friend. I called to get an estimate and scheduled one for a Thursday morning. 20 to 25 minutes after the scheduled time I called them. I received a call from a Diane and she said she had a couple issues and could we reschedule. We rescheduled for the following Monday mid morning. The time came and went. I received a text from Diane afterwards letting me know she had to cancel?? She again wanted to reschedule. I don't think so.

I contracted with Winchester Construction for 2 second story decks, and I am extremely happy with the finished product. Diane was a direct contact between me and the company, I went to her with any concerns and she got answers and resolved issues. John oversaw the actual construction, and was was not satisfied with anything but quality construction and my satisfaction with the finished product. Highly recommended company.

We spoke with Andy and he set up a date and time for us where he would be out to look at what we needed done so he could give us a quote. I took off work in order to be there for him and he never showed up nor gave us a call he was on his way. I called and spoke with the secretary and she transferred me to his phone which I had to leave a voicemail on and still never received a call back. Very poor process just trying to even get someone to come give a quote or getting ahold of who you need.

I contracted Winchester Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Overall I was very pleased. Good people, fair price, finished product. Will have them back to do other work without question.

We were very happy with the work that they did. They gave us a written estimate and that is what we paid at the end even though it took them a little longer than expected to complete the work. They were professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. We are actually using them on another project because we were so pleased with what they did initially. We will use them again in the future for any/all of our repair/construction needs.

We hired Winchester Construction to rebuild our porch and we could not be happier with the result. See the before and after photos! They transformed an eyesore into an amazing outdoor living space. John, Andy and team were wonderful to work with. In planning the space, it was like they knew exactly what we wanted and beyond. They had great ideas and were able to bring those ideas to reality. Again, are so happy with the finished space, the way it looks, the way it functions and the way it has added comfort to our home.

This was a big project and the work crew spent quite a bit of time at our house. They are great partners. They are very friendly and respectful and I enjoyed getting to know them. I would highly recommend Winchester for your construction needs.
