I recently experienced a water backup in my basement and was understandably stressed about the damage and cleanup. Fortunately, Campbell Restoration sent out Aarion and Kyle from their mitigation team — and I couldn't have asked for a better crew.

From the moment they arrived, both Aarion and Kyle were professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. They thoroughly assessed the situation, explained the mitigation process in clear terms, and got to work right away. They treated my home with respect, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure the area was properly dried and sanitized to prevent any further damage or mold issues.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and the care they took in both their work and communication. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a nightmare situation far more manageable.

Where do I begin….after a long standing battle with my condo association with regard to a neighbor backing their car into my patio, destroying the fence and brick structure causing significant damage and insurance situations, Campbell Restoration was given the approval to begin the restoration. I can’t praise Chris Wright and his team enough for beautifully restoring my condo. Every worker was fantastic. It was done in a timely manner and what I super appreciated was their ongoing communication if there was a schedule change. If I could give 10 stars I would. They come HIGHLY recommended !

Campbell Restoration completely replaced my water-damaged hardwood floors and went above and beyond to make sure the stairs and risers matched perfectly. These guys are absolute perfectionists - they took their time getting every detail just right and you'd never know there was ever any damage. Joe Ramsey and his team were great! It took about a day to complete the work. They were very thorough in their cleanup and putting everything back the way it was. The team was respectful and kept us up to date through the entire process. Our Nationwide insurance forked the bill for us due to storm damage and the process was super easy. We would work with Campbell again and recommend them to others for roofing.

We hired Campbell Restoration after our Samsung ice-maker defaulted and caused the water line to constantly run while we were on a trip. Coming home to a flooded home was devastating enough. Campbell was quick to respond as they came out that day and started water mitigation. Once we met with our Project Manager Christopher Buck for our first walk through. We hired Campbell Restoration after a house fire. We had several companies give us quotes, but Brian Campbell was the most responsive and engaged in wanting to help us. This was the feeling we had throughout our entire project. Rob, our project manager, was skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about not only getting our home back to normal, but actually better than it was before. My water line leaked to the refrigerator. They did a great job on getting the water out of my hardwood floor. It took 3days and they came out everyday to check on it. However I did need to replace the floor. They were very helpful in helping me choose new hardwood. I am very happy with the end result. I would recommend them.

They did such a good job working with us on the restoration that we partnered with them to do some additional renovations. On the restoration side, Aarion was so responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. Their hard work and customer service focus made what would have otherwise been a terrible experience into a great one. This is my first review of Campbell Restoration and Chris Buck, but not my first experience with them.
After a house fire and a terrible experience with the insurance company, we became very close with this group. They are proficient, timely and thorough.
Recently, in a new house, we had many quotes from well named places for roof replacement. I called Campbell for their recommendation for the job. They said 'US'!
I didn't hesitate. Between adjuster and completion was 2 weeks. They even fit in time for some minor improvements in the chimney.
In short, though it's taken many words, Campbell and their crews, have become extended family. And if you have to make a choice, I recommend them.

Campbell Restoration handled our home repair after we were hit by a tornado. Specifically, Adam F. took care of our project. This was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. After insurance and coordinating with the company for budget and materials, Rob and Nolan were at my house to do the restoration. They were there as soon as the materials came in to work on the house and they did a spectacular job. I highly recommend those two if you’re needing handymen to work on your house.

I had some pretty major water damage from an upstairs bathroom that leaked through the floors and walls and down into my kitchen/cabinets. I went through the insurance process and worked with Campbell to select my replacement material and was then introduced to Rob and Nolan to do the work.

From that point on, Rob was great with explaining everything, keeping me looped in and clear with communications throughout. He and Nolan both did all of the work and did a great job! They made sure that not only the work was done extremely well, but also gave me a great customer experience. Rob and Nolan are top shelf guys! Great job of hiring some real pros, Campbell. I had a some minor damage to my roof from the recent storms/tornado. A few shingles came off.
I called Campbell Restoration and sent a contractor (Adam) the next day.
He assessed the damage to the roof and explained in detail what had to be done and let me know every step of the project was happening
They worked with insurance company.
The crew that did the work was very professional and cleaned up after repairing the damage. Theo work took a few hours and it looks like there was no damage the the shingle match perfectly.
I recommend Campbell Restoration for any Roofing repair or replacement.

Contacted Campbell Restoration last week after basement flooded, had 16-18” of water in some areas of a finished basement. Aarion with Campbell Restoration showed up within a few hours of initial call and started water mitigation. Great communication during the drying out process and was dry within a couple days and no smell. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I really appreciate this company. We have used them several times at two different residences. They seem to be very quick and honest with their pricing. The first time we used them was for some minor water damage at an old residence. They came out and did the inspection free of charge, and gave recommendations on how to remedy the issue ourselves. The second time we used them was at our current residence. We woke up one morning to a puddle of water on our new hardwood floors. They were out less than an hour after we called them. They gave us the price up front, and we signed the contract. They dried up the floors and drywall over a few days, and the price came out a little less than was quoted. They were very responsive to texts/phone calls during the whole process. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

My house needed a new roof after the tornado hit Hilliard in February of 2024. Their team did an excellent job, especially Adam Frump. He was responsive and followed through with everything he said he would. They were prompt and did a thorough job. I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them. They took care to not disturb our flowerbeds and shrubs.

If we could give 10 stars, we would! Aarion Moody and his small but mighty team with Campbell Restoration were called after we discovered a "massive" water leak that had been going on for weeks. When they came, they demolished everything they needed to in order to get to the water issues. And left NO DUST! They filled the 2 bathrooms and kitchen with big fans and dehumidifiers, and checked on us daily. They were very professional, polite, clear with their explanations and they actually did a great job cleaning up after themselves! They communicated with our insurance company and did all the difficult work around them getting paid. I would hire them again in a snap!

They are painful to deal with

They want to charge $250 for home visit. Never gave me estimate. They are rude and unprofessiinal.

They cut me off because of simple misunderstanding. I asked for mold remediation, never wanted repair, I have my general contractor. They wanted to come in on Friday to do the remediation, they called on Thursday, I had to check with my insurance, I asked to hold off. next I know they sent an email saying we can’t help you.

Basically, they don’t want to tell how much the work will cost until they finish or you have to pay them $250, then they might help, or they can choose not to help because all of the sudden they are too busy.

Campbell Builders was great. They rebuilt my house after a fire and the craftsmanship is flawless! They were easy to work with and fair in price. I recommend them to everyone.

Rob and Nolan were absolutely phenomenal!They respected my house and cared for it as their own. They were able to manage everything perfectly even being on multiple jobs. I recommend this company for taking care of restoration of a finished basement after a flood from a failed sub pump. They are Very responsive and dependable. Techs that came were respectful, knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and discussed options. They were quick to work and very careful as they had to work around a lot of valuable items.
I also want to give a shout out to Rob who finished putting everything back the way it was prior to the flood. He took special care and went over and above to help us move things back into place and finish the room better than it was before. Earlier this year, our roof was damaged in a wind storm. We called our insurance carrier and the recommended Campbell Restoration for emergency repairs. We called and were told all crews were busy, but within 1 hour, Brian was there to do the emergency repairs. I was so impressed by his prompt service, courtesy, and professionalism I asked him to quote the repairs. Working with insurance it was determine that our house, our pole barn and garden shed all needed roof replacement. From the moment Brian and his team took over they handled everything. They dealt with the insurance company so we did not need to. This was the easiest home repair we have ever had and it was a large job. Starting with Brian and including his office staff, project managers and roofing crew everyone was top shelf. I hope my roof never gets blown off again but if it does I will be calling Campbell Restoration.

They have been respectful, honest, and the roof they put on our new house we purchased was done in a day even when they found problems that needed addressed. On the fourth of July, my basement flooded. i called Campbell Restoration, they came out and did mitigation, dehumidifiers and fans, tore out carpet, drywall baseboards and LVP flooring. Chris Wright was my project manager and was a pleasure to work with. The work done was completed quickly after the material for the vinyl siding repair was available. Both Rob and Nolan were great as they worked together and explained the work that would be performed and asked for our input. Adam and the Campbell crew were top notch. They got my roof replaced quickly and worked seamlessly with my insurance to get everything covered, including an interior leak and busted screens.

While my family and I were out at the fireworks, our washer discharge hose blew and flooded our finished basement. I contacted Campbells restoration. They quickly got a mitigation team out to get it cleaned up. Aarion and Kyle did a amazing job. Tore out all of the damaged flooring trim and drywall. Set up equipment to to get it dried out and to prevent mold growth. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Campbell took care of our roof after we had wind damage that took off quite a few shingles. They dealt directly with our insurance and came out quickly to patch up the damage and give us an estimate. They were efficient and a pleasure to work with during the process.
