We absolutely love our sunroom. It was worth every penny. The company was very professional and precise. They explained every step of the way, with no hidden cost. JOB well done.

I don't recommend JSB for an enclosed patio. I've had nothing but headaches working with this company. Many of the employees feed you lines that are then told to be false.

They began warranty work on our roof which didn't fix the issue. They have come back many times to fix a bunch of tiny details that didn't get finished with the craftbilt warranty originally but refuse to continue to find a resolution to the issue.

Craftbilt says it's not their product and JSB says it's not their craftsmanship. They are telling me they can try adding a $6,000 roof to cover the patio roof but I'd have to pay for it with no guarantee it'll fix the issue and will likely void any further warranty on the patio...not that they're honoring it now.

We had an amazing experience with JSB Home Solutions for our bathroom remodel! They removed our old tub and shower and replaced them with a larger tub and shower featuring beautiful Onyx walls and matte black fixtures. They also installed a new vanity with an Onyx countertop, and the transformation is truly stunning!

Brian and Scott were fantastic—easy to work with, hardworking, and they listened to our needs. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend JSB Home Solutions to anyone considering a remodel!

The entire process was so seamless and effortless, from the initial consultation to the finished product. Everyone was fantastic. Sale:
Travis had creative ideas about what to do in my particular situation (100 year old house); what to keep, what to replace. In the showroom I thought his suggestions showed good taste. There are limits to the options. There was only one showroom model that appealed to me, but I liked it a lot. Fixtures are Moen, which are good quality but that limits your options, for example for tub/shower flow and temperature control. Online you can find much more sophisticated hardware. It will also cost more.
The cabinets for the vanity are custom made in any size and drawer arrangement. The quality is superb. Transition from the countertop pattern to the white sink basin is completely seamless -- attractive and practical (for cleaning). The material is onyx.

Pre-construction meeting (Travis and Justin):
There were still decisions to be made. Travis was again creative with suggestions. Justin knows the nuts and bolts. I have a lot of confidence in this guy. I'm pleased with the decisions that resulted (including different size vanity).

Install:
The tub/shower was a tear-out down to the studs. Partial drywall was required to even the backing for the acrylic shower surround. The floor was bolstered to support the new tub. The install requires a lot of silicone caulking which was done flawlessly. There is no leaking through the glass shower doors to the floor. The Moen fixtures work smoothly and effortlessly.
The install was completed in the approximately three days forecast. Communication about their arrival dates/times was great. There were some tricky trim transition issues. JSB offered multiple options for handling them and I felt they were committed to finding a solution I was happy with.

I had a good experience and am happy with the result.

I had my kitchen done in April of 2024. I worked with Scott and Chris through the sales and project management process. Chris, Matt, and Kevin did exceptional work, and all members of the team were very accommodating and accepting of any feedback I had.

I called today, January 3, 2025, about an under-cabinet light that was flickering; Kevin and Jacob showed up same day to fix it since they were nearby! Top notch quality and installation by everyone.

I highly recommend JSB Home Solutions for your bathroom project. Every staff member was professional and confident in their services. From the initial process with Blake while assessing the project needs and especially while in the show room. He was very patient as I struggled with my final two preferences. Brain and Scott were amazing! They were timely, respectful, and completed my project better then I expected. They took their work seriously and communicated with me throughout work. I looked forward to working with them again.

Process went smoothly and JSB was great to work with. Anthony was very professional and did a great job. We had a couple minor things that required follow-up and they were taken care of quickly. We are highly satisfied with our bathroom remodel.

First, let me say how pleased we are with the update JSB did for us. We were concerned about the expense associated with updating our 1990s kitchen but decided to visit their showroom. Their displays gave us great ideas and Mike offered many suggestions that would help us stay within our budget. Mike suggested he make a visit to our home to go over the details of what they could offer. He went over the opportunities we would have such as refacing our lower cabinets, including new doors and drawers, and replacing the upper cabinets, backsplash and countertop. He proposed replacing a built-in desk with a floor to ceiling pantry style cabinet with sliding shelves. I had concerns that the depth of the cabinet (24 inches) would make the kitchen appear crowded. Mike was right and I was wrong - we love this new addition and the storage it provides was much needed. Lastly, Mike indicated they could remove the large wooden framed light hanging over the main part of the kitchen and replace it with a group of recessed LED lights. We were concerned about how well it would patch and whether the replacements would offer sufficient light. With the change JSB made there is no indication the old light was ever there and so much better illumination! Thanks, Mike, for your expert guidance.
Soon after we decided on the changes to be made, Tony visited our home for final measurements and to answer any technical questions we had. He efficiently went through each aspect of the upgrade and the approximate timeframe required. At this point, the project was handed off to Chris to manage. He provided us with a timeline indicating a start date much earlier than we expected and a day-by-day task list with personnel who would be performing them. Chris stayed connected throughout the project to assure a smooth transition from old kitchen to new, including working with Columbus Granite (another great company) to have new countertops installed.
When the work started, we were impressed and grateful for the caliber of JSB employees. Kevin was the first worker to arrive and quickly established a high quality of work and concern for detail. He was joined soon afterwards by fellow employees (Robby, Matt, Daniel and Tim) and all showed equal regard to the task at hand. The removal of old cabinets and lights, the refacing, the new installations, the drywall/ceiling patching where needed, re-plumbing, etc. all took place efficiently and much faster than I could expect. Cleanup was performed each day and a recap of worked performed and yet to be passed on to us. In the bargain, all these men were both courteous and respectful of our home (and dogs).
We also want to thank Garrett who managed to keep our conversations on track with the right people and was pleasure to speak to both on the phone and in the office.
In conclusion, we must say we could not be happier with the results. The project was a complete success, so thank you JSB! Our family and neighbors are likewise impressed. I would recommend anyone looking to give their kitchen a facelift, it would be worth your while to visit JSB Home Solutions.

Well our family grew after we decided to adopt every one of the JSB employees who came into our home. Matt, Robbie, Daniel, Tim. Loved them! Then Lauren, Todd, Martin (Super!) and his crew from FCI. After many years of saving for a kitchen remodel and exploring options, we decided on JSB for our kitchen remodel and are glad we did. The process from start to finish was very good. We received videos explaining the process, the quality of the Amish built cabinets is outstanding. The timelines they gave us for the entire job were met and the job was completed in 2 weeks. We had a minor issue during the installation and the installers, Robbie and Daniel, addressed it immediately and the finish date was still on target. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and did their best to ensure we were happy with the finished product. This was a major decision and investment that we did not take lightly. Extremely happy with the project from design and planning with Mike, to finished product installation by Peyton and Bradley. Office staff with Garrett, always helpful directing my calls, Justin and Chris scheduling work and solving materials issues quickly, and Tom for small plumbing issue. Work proceeded on schedule, floor covering and cleanup everyday, Peyton and Bradley very friendly and knowledgeable of product and installation.

We used JSB Home Solutions to do a small remodel of the shower in our master bathroom. We looked at several different options, and Mike from JSB gave us the best quote and worked with us to design our new shower. Pleased with the design, we got on the schedule and within a few months, JSB was out to begin work on the scheduled date. Peyton and Scott did an amazing job and were great at communicating throughout the entire process. The project took 2 and half days (as promised) and we were thrilled with the result. We are extremely pleased with our 3 season room. Our sales rep, Scott, spent lots of time going over possibilities ensuring we purchased the room that would best meet our needs. The production manager, Mitch, stayed in contact throughout the process, addressing things that came up along the was. Bob, the lead installer, was vigilant to make sure that our room was installed properly and of quality workmanship. Dave and Tom who worked with Bob took a lot of pride in their work. We would definitely recommend JSB for a 3 season room addition.

JSB delivered as advertised. I had lower quotes but it was worth every cent hiring JSB. The cabinets are gorgeous. And their installers Robbie Tomlin, Daniel Cogswell and Matt Chambers were excellent. They said 4 to five days and they were done in 4.25. minor glitches were handled without delaying completion. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

My wife and I dragged our feet on a new patio cover/deck for three Summers. We're glad we waited and found JSB at the Home & Garden Show. Scott was super knowledgeable about the process and very helpful in designing just what we wanted. Our production manager Mitch was always a text away and quickly responded to questions. The construction team of Bob, Tim & Dave worked quickly, professionally, cordially, and skillfully. The project looks great, and all the neighbors complement it as we use it every night.

We absolutely love our new sunroom! It is our favorite room in the house, even our dog wants to stay out there all day. JSB is a highly respectable builder and home remodeler, and we highly recommend them without any reservations. This is our second project with them; they converted a patio downstairs into an all season sunroom, and did a great job. We hired them to convert the balcony/patio above that sunroom also into a 4 season sunroom. They once again did a super job with the destruction of the old porch and a super job with creating the new sunroom. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, and informed us throughout the project any time there was a delay or change in plans, which is always inevitable with this type of project. We did hit some unexpected delays and changes with this second project, however they made the necessary adjustments to complete the project to our total satisfaction and delight. We especially want to recognize the outstanding services of the project manager, Mitch Pothast, who was totally committed to our satisfaction. Scott Vouis, our salesman was very helpful and thorough. What we most like about JSB is that they hire only the most competent workers, and for the majority of the work, it is all in-house, and we especially want to recognize the excellent work ethic and skill of Bob, Tim and Dave.

I should have known in the beginning that this wasn’t a company that pays attention to detail. In the beginning they send you videos and texts all the time keeping you updated on your pre build meeting. At the meeting if you choose to go with JSB they give you a certificate, when I received the certificate I pointed out a typo and kindly tried to return it. The representative said they’ve given out thousands of these and no one’s ever noticed that before. I thought he would fix it and give me a new one later but he just slid it back across the table. That was also when the communication died. We had a 16 week lead time which we understood and didn’t have a problem with. However, after about 12 weeks I decided to give them a call and see where we were at they replied that they already had me scheduled but no text or phone call to confirm just an email. I don’t know about you but most blue collar workers don’t check their email every day. Plus with the precedence of having such good communication you would assume they are like that at every step. Nope they just love bomb you in the beginning then you never hear from them again. So we get the date to install settled they show up on time and prep the house for demo and after two days we have our shower walls up. Aside from some caulking issues everything looks good at first, but because they sent an inexperienced person out to put in our shower walls he failed to make sure that he trimmed the panels, so two of the panels started bowing out away from the walls near the bottom and this is where the nightmare began. We tried to get in contact with someone so they could come repair it. However, it felt as no one was assigned to our project anymore since it was technically done. I had to reach out to the person who did the pre-install meeting to get someone to help me fix the issue. So Justin was assigned to my project and said that the installer was new and he informed him of the mistake and that they would order new walls and as soon as they arrived he would call me to set up an install date. After a few weeks had gone by. I called Justin to see where we were and he called me back several days later and said that the panels had arrived last Friday (it was now Wednesday) and we set up the time to do the install. They sent the same installer out to re do the panels that were bowing and when I got home to see how he had done there was thick white caulk all up and down the shower walls in the corner. Now when you spend $10k for a shower remodel you want it to look better than the original shower. The caulking looked like it was done by an absolute amateur. It doesn’t look like he had the necessary tools to make it look professional. Not to mention he overdid the trimming of the shower walls to account for the change when it gets hot and made one part of the caulking over 3/4 of an inch thick. It looked like he was just back filling a gap so that we couldn’t see it. Again I gave Justin a call and asked that he come out personally to see what was done because pictures don’t show how bad it is. He did come out and said he would have his more experienced installer come out and put a more neutral caulk on the walls after removing the old caulk. I mentioned that I was nervous that the gap that was created would still look bad because of how wide it is. He said that I wouldn’t notice it with the new caulk. Well it is still very noticeable, even the experienced installer couldn’t fix that gap issue and the caulk is still 3/4 inch thick. So it’s been two weeks and Justin hasn’t checked to see if everything has turned out good or to our liking. Judging by how dismissive he was of my worries I don’t think we spent enough money for him to care. So every time I take a shower I am reminded of how bad of a choice it was to pick JSB Home solutions. If it was possible I’d give them back everything so I could get my money back and find a company who cares for their costumers or get enough back to have it redone.

From our first phone call, JSB impressed us with their attention to every question and the thoroughness of their answers. When our phone call ended, their representative immediately sent us a short video message, by email, confirming the details of our appointment. It also contained very informative videos of what to expect at that appointment.
Before that appointment, Mike (the design lead who would be coming to our home) sent yet another video message, introducing himself and thanking us for the opportunity to show us their installation process and products.
Our in home meeting was very pleasant and so easy that we had nearly all of our choices in place before even going to the showroom the following week.
A showroom was a must for us. Pictures are nice but we turned down two other contractors because they didn't have one. You need to step into that shower and experience the quality of the materials around you.
We were able to finalize our choices in one appointment and receive a firm estimate.

Beyond thrilled with the end result, our Kitchen space has become what we always thought it could be. The team at JSB was able to take our thoughts and create something that worked incredibly well for us. Chris, Kevin and Matt were very nice and very understanding working around our kids.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with JSB solutions. I have a very small bathroom, but it needed major work. First, Scott came out and we reviewed the bathroom and the changes I wanted. He had lots of good suggestions, and was able to give me an estimate right on the spot. After I had picked out what I wanted at the store, there was another walk thru with Jeff to ensure everyone was on the same page, and incorporate any last minute changes. Then, Cody led the actual work; aside from doing an incredible job, he kept me informed of progress the whole way, and asked me questions as well about where I wanted things put. His questions actually kept me from making a couple of decisions I would have regretted. At the end of the project, I now have a beautiful bathroom that I wouldn’t have thought possible in that small space. We have another bathroom yet to be done, and I will be going back to JSB.

Peyton was the best part of my experience with my new bathroom. He was a diligent worker, quiet, only asked questions or interrupted me when it came to how I would like things placed in my bathroom. Anthony helped on two days and was also very respectful. The rest of the experience was less than stellar. Took six months to start and then had a two week delay due to a crack in the new shower wall, would not have bothered me so much except no one called me to apologize or update me for several days. My salesman asked me what I was looking for at the beginning, I said Honesty and respect. He also told me he would stop in during the installation and I never heard from or saw him again. Things were not done as stated, parts different than expected. Again the only honesty and respect I got was from Peyton. He is a 5 star worker. The bathroom was a 3.

This is my second remodel with JSB. Kitchen cabinet reface leaving the blueprint as it was. All new cabinet doors and soft close drawers, quartz countertops and all new appliances. 2 other companies involved and JSB coordinated between the quartz and appliance companies. JSB did a great job with our shower installation. Excellent communication throughout the process. Our installers, Cody and Anthony, removed the original shower and garden tub, installed white subway tile onyx shower and basin along with new fixtures, ceiling light/fan and dry wall. They were professional and communicated with us daily. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and cleaned up each day after work was completed. So far, we are happy with the product. The gentleman that did the work on our kitchen did an outstanding job. They met all of the skills that we were looking for. They were prompt, organized, knowledgeable and respectful. They were also eager to share their knowledge with regards to what they were doing and the impact that had on us. Each day they cleaned up and asked if we had any questions before they left. It made a task like remodeling our kitchen which is the center of a home to a tolerable pretty easy experience. We would like to thank each of them for their contribution to our lovely kitchen. Our project with JSB Home Solutions was the refacing of our kitchen cabinets. Our experience with JSB was excellent from start to finish. The sales consultant was knowledgeable and informative. We didn't feel like this was a high pressure sales pitch at all. Once we decided to go with JSB, the process went very smoothly and efficiently. The company's communications were timely and accurate.
The actual installation process was just as great. Our installers, Robbie and Daniel, were courteous, punctual, and so professional. There are always little surprises that come with any type of renovation and Robbie and Daniel were able to creatively find solutions for us. Just outstanding service which is so hard to get sometimes.

JSB did a great job with our sunroom addition. As with all new construction, the quality you get depends upon the guys actually delivering the work — and I’m glad to say we had a great crew. They had a sense of humor and understood our request for a quality job. Of course, it helps if you treat them well (and we did by providing lunch and bottles of water). The guy overseeing the job, Mitch, was patience with our questions and made sure things went well and were timely. He was a good interface between us and the owner. Would we use them again? Absolutely.

JSB Home Solution’s employees were wonderful to work with for our kitchen remodel. We were able to customize the cabinets to our needs and they were handmade to our order. We were given a timeline and they stuck to it 100% and the installation went very smoothly. There is a lifetime warranty tied to it as long as we live here that has no fine print and that speaks volumes. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to companies like Home Depot and Lowe’s (which we did look into as we were shopping around). We love our kitchen now and could not have asked for a better outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel.

I am so glad I was reminded to do this review. From the beginning we were impressed with JSB from the home show. It seemed too good to be true although we were assured it wasn't. So we signed to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. It was an over 70,000 project. However, what we didn't expect were 9-3 work hours spanning way longer than we expected. Also we have spent over $1500 in plumbing fees. Not to mention the issue is still not resolved as our water bill has quadrupled in the last 2 months. We have reached out for help numerous times and get the runaround. Such a joke. It started with a bathroom they didn't even work on, we replaced that assuming it was coincidence.
Then, the toilet started leaking in the bathroom they laid new floors, on maybe ironic but we fix that. Then a 3rd leak from another toilet. Finishing up with a sewage backup where our plumber DEF said this was no coincidence as there was construction debris in our drain and pipes, a camera was put down there. So frustrated. We thought going with a highly reputable company would be the best bet but I feel like WE could have done this ourselves and the money saved would be used towards problems.

Also I want to add, the person doing our bathroom said he found a matchbox car in our drain. We have lived here 7 years and never at a time our girls were ever young enough to play with cars at all. So I feel like possibly an accident was made that they didn't want to disclose.

We were very pleased with the final outcome of the updates Brian completed to both of our bathrooms. Brian was friendly and professional. He always took the time to answer our questions, ask for our feedback, and ensure that our needs were met.

Great craftsmanship. Crew was outstanding and always did a great job cleaning up. Communication from top to bottom was excellent. Maintained quoted schedule.

I replaced a tub shower with a walk-in shower. It turned out great and we are really enjoying not stepping over the side of the tub. The JSB crew were courteous, hardworking, and explained the process while answering any questions I had. The materials have a nice quality feel and look great. I will be happy to work with JSB in any future projects.

JSB Home Solutions did a wonderful job from start to finish on our kitchen project. The cabinets are beautiful! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Chris, the supervisor was easy to work with and Kevin and Chris, the installers did a great job!

My kitchen looks like a showroom. This is what you see when you enter a design studio and think, “I’d love that, but could never have anything that nice!” But you can with JSB. You really can.

Jsb did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They removed the old sink and shower and installed the new one.

Bathroom remodel was completed using Onyx. Removed old tub and shower and replaced with a 72 x 36 shower with bench seat. Also had vanity double sink replaced, all new plumbing fixtures. Trevor was our installer had bathroom looked great after completion. Project did not go all as planned as we did not have the size of shower we had agreed to at time of signing. We were not willing to wait for the correct shower stall to be re ordered. But JSB did us right and we were able to come to an acceptable agreement. Overall I they did a ok job so far. Still waiting to get some trim parts installed that needed reordered and installed. Update: they came back and installed trim and back mosaic tiles. We were not at home when they came back and wrong tiles were installed. They had to take mosaic tiles off and order correct ones and install again. Not impressed with way they were installed but tired of hassle. To their credit the did want to make sure everything was right. But at some point we were just over it. I know I wouldn’t hire them to do any more work on my home. They do not have attention to detail. I’m sure if I hadn’t worked in the trades or in maintenance I wouldn’t know the screw ups.

We would highly recommended JSB our experience from the start to finish was great. They were professional and we are extremely pleased with our kitchen.
