UPDATE BELOW PREVIOUS REVIEW:
After 2 positive experiences, we scheduled our third appointment to have our gutters cleaned. It is a task my husband did himself twice a year before an injury now prevents him from being able to get on a ladder. So, this was a routine maintenance appointment ~ nothing beyond a normal clean out of the gutters on a one story ranch home.

Unfortunately, our experience this time has become anything but normal. Two corners are overflowing horribly, especially with all the rain we have had this spring. We have called and spoken to a Customer Service Rep four times, each time being promised an ASAP service call. We called again today, using all four of their different extension numbers with no one answering. We left messages, but have received no call back.

We will no longer be a repeat customer.

** UPDATE ** After posting this review Monday, 2 service technicians were at our front door at 10:00am Tuesday. Fortunately, we were home & they were able to remove a large amount of debris & clear our blocked gutters & downspouts.

We will probably contact them again in the fall...another chance. Updated our rating from 1 to 3.

Quick and easy gutter replacement with new guards. Scheduling was quicker than expected and Zac and his team had the whole house done in one afternoon. No more dripping/overflowing gutters half falling off the house!

Gutter Boys knocked it out of the park! Joey and his crew showed up on time, worked fast, and left our gutters spotless.

Top notch company that gets the job done on time and everything looking PRISTINE!!! I didn't even know you could wash a roof... Looks like it was just installed ...and the glow of my house melts my eyes with how white she is again!! Jason Casey was my point man on the job and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Update: After my initial review, Derek promptly reached right out and ensured the team came out after the holiday. They arrived as promised and successfully fixed my fallen downspout and the pulled-away gutter. The team was knowledgeable and very courteous, and even fixed an additional loose nail on a side gutter that I had not noticed. So I am updating the score to 4/5 from the original 1/5 I had provided.

Original Review: I unfortunately do not recommend Gutter Boys. After they billed me for work accidentally, despite not actually coming to my house to fix anything, I have been promised now on four separate occasions over the past 5 weeks by Derek the operations manager, or Genii, that someone was coming to finally fix my fallen downspout and pulled-away gutter. Every single time I was told someone would be out in a couple days. Then I would have to call or text when they didn’t show, to only then be told the same apologies/promises. I genuinely don’t know how anyone does business like this, irrespective of how busy they are. Also, to keep sending me invoices via email and text when they never actually performed work is very frustrating, due to their “automated system”. I’m going with another company now.

I’ve been using The Gutter Boys for years and have never had a problem. They have also repaired a gutter that was damaged.

They showed up in the window that they said that they would. The worker was quick and efficient. The cleaning was timely and effective since a storm soon followed. They solved my concerns for the winter. Just wait util this snow melts. Hot dog.

TGB were on time and, professional and extremely fast with the installation of my Valor gutter guard. From the initial estimate to completion, TGB were amazing!

This group is very easy to work with. They cleaned my gutters a few days ago and were very transparent in the cost before I agreed to have them come out. They called me ahead of time before they arrived, and best of all, they did a great job cleaning out my gutters. I’m very happy with the service and will be using them again when it’s time for another gutter cleaning.

Their prices are great! I just had a small project (putting up a gutter on just one side of my detached garage). The Gutter Boys were by far the cheapest of any of the other estimates, and they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality work at an affordable price!

Always reliable. Even late in the season when bad weather causes delays, they keep you apprised and let you know completing your job is their priority. Best of all they are a homegrown local American company.

After an initial cleaning that did not go well, Derek from the Gutter Boys reached out to me to make it right. I sincerely appreciate a business that values its customers enough to come back out and make sure the job is done right with a good crew. The new crew that came out to our home re-inspected our gutters, found a squirrels nest and cleaned it out, and made sure everything was working well. The Gutter Boys was supposed to clean the gutters on my home and garage. Flush out downspouts, remove and haul out debris.
The downspouts were not flushed. Debris was blown into flower beds and concrete by front door.
I have spoken to “customer service “ 3x. On June 12 a service man was supposed to be at my home to rectify issues was a no show.

I have several issues with gutter boys. 1. They keep calling me and asking for business. If I want you to do work for me, I'll call you. 2. They quoted me 160 but i received an invoice for 190 with no explanation why. 3. When I did book them to clean out my gutters, they came outside of the time agreed upon which was near the end of May. They came on 6/18. No communication whatsoever. I assumed they were no shows so I started booking another company. Then they show up out of nowhere, park SIDEWAYS in my driveway effectively blocking anyone from going in or out of my driveway and garage. Then they leave all the leaves and gunk they cleaned out of the gutters in a garbage bag in the middle of my driveway. The customer service is abysmal and the workers appear lazy and thoughtless. Please refrain from calling me in the future. I can find a better business to clean my gutters.

Super friendly, quicker than anticipated and a fair price. Won’t be the cheapest but also won’t have problems and they help maintain. Would recommend for sure, we are happy!

Worker was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Zac does a good job in keeping the team performing well.

Called on a Monday and had service Wednesday. Knew in advance what the price was and they knew we had a 2 story home and the areas of concern. Crew was friendly, quick and gave us some good information about the gutters that were working, which needed the cleaning the most when they were done and what we should be on the look out for in the future. No up sale or added costs or pressure. Would definitely use Zac and crew again.

Called to schedule gutter cleaning and power washing of my home, had everything scheduled, but when given my home address, the woman on the phone claimed I'm not in their service area. Their website shows they service Canal area and all of Columbus, so either their website is wrong or they didn't want my business.

The guys arrived early, worked hard all day and finished cleaning up just before dark. A really great job and they weren’t too upset when our dog ate one of their sandwiches.

Gutters and downspouts look good, job was done quickly. Only issue was I picked up a few screws in my driveway.

They cleaned out my gutters for the 2nd time. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do a great job. I love the fact they have subscriptions now as I've never understood why my gutter cleaners couldn't just come multiple times per year on a schedule. Well now I have it! Thank you!

I had my gutters cleaned at the end of May by the Gutter Boys.

About a week later the first big rain happened and one of my downspouts was loose, dumping water all over the side of my house.

I called them back and they sent a guy out so to give it a look. At this point I was still mostly happy thinking it would be taken care of, but the guy they sent out barely even looked at it (wasn't on a ladder or anything) and told me I needed to spend $900-3400 on new gutters to fix the problem (that did not exist before they cleaned my gutters).

I ended up hiring another company to come out and fix it. All they had to do was tighten up the downspout. My gutters work fine now, no thanks to the Gutter Boys who still have my $160.
