Had Wilson install windows last year. Best decision ever ! The whole experience was Great. They worked around my schedule. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the office, to the salesman and the installer. Our house is so much quieter now. Thanks Wilson. Absolutely love our windows.

Our installers were skilled, thorough, and cleaned up carefully and completely both days they were on the premises. The supervisor even stopped by to make sure things were proceeding as planned. We love the new wall-sized picture window, and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

We really enjoy our new windows. Our experience with Wilson’s was exemplary. Everyone form the person who answers the phone through the estimator and the installer are really great. They are all so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.

After the windows were ordered we had a wait of a few weeks before the custom windows were completed. Upon completion we were contacted by Wilson’s and the installation was scheduled right away.

The installer arrived at the scheduled time and started to work. All the windows were a perfect fit and look great. The installation was completed in one day and that included a cleaning of all the windows and the work areas. The installer was super friendly and very good at his work.

We so appreciate the quality of the windows and workmanship required to install them. The limited lifetime warranty is a great thing. Should we ever have a problem all we have to do is give them a call and they will take care of it. We definitely recommend Wilson’s.

Our old windows were so cloudy, as you can see in the before and after pictures. Wilson’s showed us their product and provided us with an estimate. About 5 weeks after ordering a small team showed up promptly and had our windows replaced and area cleaned up in about 8 hours. We were shown how to operate them and reminded again they have a lifetime warranty. Each window has its own number. An inspector came a day later to inspect the installers work. Everyone was very professional and we could tell they took pride in their work. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.

Was disappointed in the service I received today! After waiting for a month to get my messed up windows replaced and taking off work today to get it done they got to my house and was missing one of the panes because they had the wrong size. To me it seems like the should check all of that before coming to do the job especially since they have had the windows at their warehouse for over a week. That to me is part of customer service to make sure you everything to do the job. So I probably will have to take off work again when they get the other panel in. Also while fixing the window when the worker raised my window shade it broke a string and it seems like he should have said we will reimburse you for the shade because I was not even touching it. I did not make a big deal of this or even mention they should reimburse me but I am sure the have insurance and could offer to pay for a 60.00 shade. On the other hand the first worker they sent got sick and had to leave and they did get someone else to come out in less than an hour to replace all but the one panel which I have to wait on and I did appreciate that. Was just disappointed in those other couple of things

We are so pleased with our new windows, just wish we had done them sooner. We can't wait to finish the rest of the house, so we'll be calling within a year, or as soon as possible. Service was so good, we're hoping we can request the same guys for the rest of the windows. They were professional, and yet also friendly enough to make us very comfortable during the whole process. We would refer anyone we know to call Wilson's, where you always get the best of the best for less!

We had Wilson’s do a window project at our church, Unity Bible Baptist Church of NLR. They were courteous from the person that came out to look at the project to the installers. Communication was there from start to finish. The quality is great as well as the service. It took 2 days as they said and we are very happy. If you’re looking for a top notch company this is it. The commercials tell the truth, the best, of the best, for less. God bless them.

Kevin and Justice were extremely professional. A pleasure to work with as they installed approximately12-14 new windows. Great guys and excellent service. Todd(our sales person) was right on the money when describing what was to happen and price point. I would recommend Wilson's to anyone

I had Wilson’s come out and replace all the windows in our house. Top notch service from the person who answered the phone call to the salesman to the installer. Don’t waste your time calling around, just call them first! I would do it again and again.

Wilson's replaced our windows 10 yrs ago. They just got finished with replacing all the siding on our 100+ yr old home and we are amazed at the results. Our salesman Todd was wonderful to work with from start to finish and our installer, Zoa, did such an amazing job. We had no idea our home could look so great! Thank you Wilson's for the wonderful craftsmanship you've delivered to us twice!

Oct. 2023 So excited about our new windows! Shopped around, got several estimates. Wilson’s came out on top, hands down, and has definitely lived up to our expectations.
Salesman was wonderful to educate us about windows, answered all our questions and worked with us on appointment times. Installation guys knew their stuff, hard-working and efficient.Their supervisor was here, too, coordinating with them and wss very helpful, answering our questions and demonstrating the window features. Installation guys did the same before they left. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We Love our new windows! Thank you, Wilson’s Home Improvement - see you next time.
Update: July 2024 Lawn equipment threw a rock that hit one of our new windows - outer pane shattered but didn’t fall out. Called Wilson’s - their windows carry a Lifetime Warranty - they replace free! Window is on order, easy as that we will have a replacement soon. Now we can’t wait to get the rest of our windows replaced by Wilson’s!

Wilson's installed our siding 7 or more years ago. A porch roof obscured some problems with the installation. After the porch roof rotted, we tore it off and the problems turned into rain leaks. What company will stand behind their work 7 YEARS LATER? Wilson's did! They've gone above and beyond to get our problems addressed, and everyone from the company that we've met has been absolutely professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about the Wilson's staff.

We just replaced our 35 year old aluminum windows with vinyl. Our old house isn’t square and has large windows, so it was not an easy project.

BJ and Daniel did a fantastic job. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the mess as they went. They were pleasant to do business with, even after working outside in the dead of summer. I would recommend them any time!

We had 17 double hung windows installed by Wilson’s Home Improvement Co. This is an amazing company with kind, professional & responsive people! Everyone from the initial meeting in our home with us, to placing our order with special screens, to installation with craftsmanship, to scheduling, to the business office support, to quality control supervision, treated us like we were the most important customer they had!

Wilson's replaced every window in our house. The installers were hard workers and very respectful of property. Makes me wish I had more windows they could replace.

I highly recommend Wilsons for the customer service and quality assurance and their follow up inspection.
Our house had forty year old siding and no insulation and it was coming loose. After a quote from them :there was little question about what we needed to do. The materials were a little behind but it was around Thanksgiving. When the materials arrived they were stacked nearly in our carport.
The crew was reliable and stayed in touch and give great attention to details and customer satisfaction. They also took care of some rotten areas of wood.
Weather conditions were not a factor in getting the job done on time. They arrived seven days a week at the same time and worked past dark in harsh conditions. Our house was completed in about ten days with a three person team. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done and the quality of workmanship. Cleanup afterwards was good. The an inspector called and came by to assure that everything was up to standards.
A very thorough and dependable company who also offers a lifetime warranty. People don’t recognize our house;as it looks nearly new. % satisfied. No pressure from the company to do more than we desired.
We can realize a change in the time our heat and air runs which means alot to us.

I rarely leave one star reviews but this place has just been bugging me.
I had Wilson's come out for a quote on two windows a few weeks ago. First, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and professional and got a time setup. I did say at that time that it was only a two window job and was not presented with any issue. However, when dude came out to give the actual quote, he seemed he was bothered to have to do an estimate for only two windows, and even said that they normally don't do jobs this small. If it was an issue, I would have been totally fine with the lady saying that the job was too small but she appreciates the call, or whatever, but don't act surprised when you show up to a job site when you already had the details beforehand. I will not name drop anyone, as everyone has bad days, but dude seriously had a bad attitude about the whole thing. If you're only needing a small job done, stay away from Wilson's.

Very attentive and helpful with explanation of your siding installation.... Excited to see the before and after of the siding installation soon charcoal grey siding is beautiful..Had to get Wilson back to house to fix 5 pieces of siding after storm the guys were very fast efficient...

We had our entire log house sided due to severe hail damage. We weren’t sure at all about how it would look. The work was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the process!!

I'm so happy with my new windows from Wilson's! My house used to be an icebox in the winter and now it is nice and cozy with these new windows. The guys who installed the windows were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and on time. They took great care of my house to keep the mess down to a minimum. The customer service is fantastic. It's nice to see a company who stands behind their product.

They installed my Mother's and Father's windows and that was a year and a half ago, and noticed that they was kinda skimpy on the caulking and out of the 7 windows I feel a draft in every one of them, I had to go around every window and re-caulk them, so so disappointed

We had 14 new windows, (most of them large), installed in a 40yr old house we bought and began updating last yr. It took them (2) 8hr+ days to finish and they cleaned up very well both days. They were polite and professional and did a great job! The windows are beautiful, and well sealed, inside and out!

I would recommend Wilson’s Home Improvement to anyone. In fact, I already have. My new windows are beautiful. The house is already cooler. From the very first contact with them, I was impressed. Todd came out to show me the windows. He was always on time. There was never any pressure to purchase. I received a written quote within an hour of his leaving my house. I even received a Thank You card just for allowing them to show me their product. After signing a window contract with Wilson’s, Vincent came to measure my windows within a few days. He also was on time. He provide a lot of information about how the process would work. The only problem I really had was getting the installation scheduled. Once the windows arrived, I received a call from Ellie trying to schedule the installation for the next day. I was unable to do that, so my installation was delayed another 3 weeks. Ellie was very nice on the phone and even tried to switch jobs around trying to accommodate my schedule that first week. When she sent the installers, she sent what she called her “super installers”. They did all 17 windows in one day! They arrived on time. I was not actually at home, but my mom says that Kevin and his team did an awesome job. She was VERY impressed! And if anyone knows my mom, they know what a feat that is.

My house looks wonderful! So very pleased! My only issue was lack of communication from the office. Office staff very nice, but we were told installation would start in 6 to 8 weeks. 9th week no call. I called told running behind. 4 months later and several calls by me, I had a great team of installers show up and they are true pros. Would recommend Wilson's for sure even though I had a glitch with communication. I trust their coverage of their products!

We had them to do the siding on our home. Thier crew was here when they said they would be here they talked to me letting me know how they were going to the installment ask were they can park there trailer were it is out of the way. I told them we have dogs in the backyard they said they will work around them if my dogs needed out when they were in the backyard let them know and they would stop and get out of the yard for my dogs could go out. Before they left each day they asked me if everything was to my satisfaction and let me know when they would be back.

I don't have an opinion...so far they've missed 2 appointments. Previously they came and fixed my door, but this time we don't seem to be able to connect.

Had 8 new windows installed. Great company to work with & the installers were very professional & did a wonderful job. Would recommend Wisons to anyone that needs new windows.

This company has a friendly work environment. As well as great customer service. As a United States Army veteran who served my country with honor dignity and respect to defend our great nation. My family has been devastated and hurt by your loss of compassion and understanding during my families emergency! This company is lacking a couple of things for its employees. I was never given an employee handbook stating rules and regulations.It’s accommodations for an employee with a family emergency needs to be reevaluated. I wasn’t even made aware of the regulations concerning this matter. Until I was suddenly terminated due to two tardies on the same day. Due to the the fact I had a family emergency concerning my child. I was ten minutes late for work and fifteen minutes late coming back from lunch because I picked my spouse and child up at the doctor and took them home. I offered a medical excuse to excuse my tardiness. I was told it was to late the decision had been made prior to me returning from lunch. I did call the office and inform them why I would be late both times and was told by someone it was ok. So please make your rules and regulations clear to new employees about attendance due to an emergency.

Wilson's replaced all 17 of our windows and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, personable, timely, neat and clean, courteous, responsive, and fairly priced. I will definitely call them for future projects and refer them to everyone. They are top notch!

Wilson’s just completed installing 29 windows in our 40 year old home. We were extremely pleased with the change in appearance of our home.

The salesman Todd did a great job in his presentation of explaining the Wilson company and what we could expect with Wilson windows. His in home demonstrations made everything easy to understand.

The installers (Kevin and his helper) did an excellent job, we enjoyed having them in our home, they were very considerate, mannerly ,conscientious with a great work ethic.

We would recommend Wilson Home Improvement without reservation.

Their product is fine but they have no organizational skills and dont communicate within the company and with the customer to make things go smoothly. Then when you tell them that you dont want to be bothered any more by them Jay seems to want to keep calling, bothering, and harassing.
I wouldnt recommend anyone use these folks. Call Hanke brothers or window world.

We used Wilson's for windows and siding. They were amazing. Everything they promised and more. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The workers were polite respectful and very efficient. Customer service is beyond amazing. So glad we chose Wilson Brothers and would highly recommend them.

We needed to have our 78 year old windows replaced. We called Wilson's and two other very reputable window companies. After the initial in-home visits, we called our Wilson's contact a few more times with follow up questions. He was always very responsive and extremely helpful. He even came back out to review one more time what we could expect and we signed with Wilson's. We couldn't be happier. The windows are beautiful and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable and finished on time. I highly recommend Wilson's.

Wilson's sent out a representative the same week I called regarding interest in residing the back of my home. Marty was very courteous and helpful. It did take a little extra time for our material to come in because it was special order but we knew that up front. Once we were scheduled for install our job foreman stopped by then the crew arrived on time and had our job completed in 2 days. Our foreman stopped again to check the final job. I feel like we have a new home. It's absolutely beautiful. A complete transformation and upgrade from what we had. I would recommend Wilson's to anyone.

From the first call to request a quote to the installation, everything was an A+. Its unusual nowadays to have a contractor keep you updated thru the entire process, but Wilson's does. If you are needing siding installed, this is the only place you need to look. It's the best customer service I have ever experienced.

We had 23 windows and 3 sliding doors replaced. It was a large expense but well worth it. We had windows replaced in our last home (not by Wilson's) and the difference is night and day. The job took a little longer than expected due to some issues that were beyond anyone's control. They fixed things that I know other companies would have never even mentioned to us let alone fix. Bryson and Pat were very nice and worked hard to make the job beautiful. I am super happy with the outcome and would recommend Wilson's to anyone.

We contacted Wilson and had a sales person out immediately.
He was very knowledgeable and we ordered windows. They had to find the material to match trim and did that. Because of rain it took several days to install windows and door. The men were very nice and did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.

We have used Wilson’s for our siding and windows and most recently for gutters and doors. Every experience we have had with them has been excellent. They show up when they commit to be there and the quality of their work has always been superior. Definitely recommend them!

I had 10 windows replaced in a concrete block building that were at least 50 years old. With their age and the concrete block structure, I was concerned about the job. Wilson's were excellent. From the sales experience through the measuring process and onto the installation they were thorough and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have imagined prior to the work that it could go that smoothly. And on top of all of that, the pricing for my job was very fair and quite reasonable.
I would recommend them to anyone who has some improvements that they want to make on their home - they were a pleasure to work with.

Just had our windows installed last month (July 2018). The two workers were meticulous in all aspects of their work. They covered the plants and shrubs outside to protect them, covered everything inside the house, worked diligently non-stop to complete 11 of our 20 windows the first day and the rest the second day. They cleaned up both inside and out, hauled off all of their trash and our old windows, and explained the operation of the windows to my wife and me. We've had other company's windows in the past, but I recommend you give Wilson a try. I trust you will not be disappointed.

The company sent 2 guys to do my neighbors house and they were very rude and unpleasant when my 10 year old son was trying to be nice to say hello they yelled at him to get off the property I will never use or recommend this company to anyone and yes I was sitting on my porch watching this......

I previously posted a negative comment about Wilson's Home improvement. But I am pleased to say that all of my concerns were addressed and remedied. A big thank you to a fine young man, Issac, who took the time to fix our problems. Thank you Wilson's!

Love our new windows and sliding glass door from Wilson's. We had all the old 1970's windows and door replaced and it made such a difference. It was totally worth it. The salesman was very nice. He just told us the facts. He gave us the cost without any gimmicks. We had 3 other companies come first. One kept going down, even calling his boss and coming up with new "oh, but we can give you this deal," and "oh, I didn't realize we didn't count those as double windows so that isn't as much" stuff. If you are going to give me a price,then give me your best price starting off like Wilson's did. And they were the only ones who could give me one color trim on the inside (white for me) and another color on the outside (taupe to match my house). The installers were excellent, courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Then an inspector came out and did the most thorough inspection of each window I have ever seen. Yep, we are pleased.
