Hot Springs Roofing

I don't know what kind roofers they are but I do know that they are horrible drivers with bad attitudes, they'll run you off the road and cuss you for complaining about it! Just saw your response, the way you and your employees act in a company truck does matter, thank you kindly!

I am the property supervisor for a local condominium property. After using Hot Springs Roofing for several years I inadvertently overpaid an invoice. They never acknowledged the overpayment. When the error was discovered I contacted them and Perry said he would deduct the overpayment on the next repair. The next two estimates that they gave me were several hundred dollars over their competitors. When I contacted them asking for a refund of the overpayment Perry refused and cussed me out.

I would not recommend having anything to do with any of Perry's several businesses.

I did not use this company to prepare my roof and will never do so! However I am writing this review because of the lack of unprofessionalism. A individual driving this company’s truck blew his horn at me and gave me the middle finger. Hot Springs Roofing please explain to your employees the left lane is for passing and if they are in a rush to please use it and not take their lack of planning and being on time on individuals in the right lane.

These people are horrible. I would not hire them to roof my dog's house. They are rude and unprofessional. If you hire them you will be making a big mistake in my opinion. Don't say I didn't tell you. The worst people I have been around...rude, impossible to reason with and just uncaring from my view. I wish I could rate them ZERO stars. Spend your money somewhere else is my opinion.

My family used them on our roofing project and they did wonderful work. The crew was great and cleaned up very well after. The roof looks great!

Not sure why all the bad reviews - Perry has done a total of 4 roofs for me over the last 5 - 8 years, never an issue. His son is there within 24hrs of calling and usually is done with the entire home in two days or less!

I competitively quote every job - and to be 100% honest - they are not usually the cheapest quote, however - they do perform the best job for the price. There is a reason I spend the $ to have them drive 45 minutes - because of the quality and service. I will continue to do business with Perry and his team - and as his first job is now close to 8 years old without any issues - I think their work speaks for itself. 5 STARS!!

Only gave this company a star in order to tell my experience that I have had with them. The owner himself came out and told me I had severe roof damage YET when him and my insurance agent showed up here at the same time as soon as the agent asked to borrow a ladder PERRY HAULED ASS! My agent in close detail checked my roof and had been doing this for 28 yrs and said MY ROOF HAD NO DAMAGE WHAT SO EVER. I had time invested dealing with getting a claim going and was left looking like an idiot. After reading other people's reviews on this company they shouldn't even be able to run this business!!!!!!! A FEW HOURS After posting MY REVIEW the secretary CALLS ME AND WANTS TO KNOW WHY I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW ,, I thought I typed the situation out VERY SIMPLE ... so unprofessional of her and RUDE to call because MY bad review, I TOLD HER SHE best loose my number and she hung up

It is beyond me that people have no problem going on social media to attack someone's character they do not know because they did not get what they wanted. I have known the owner of this company going on 7 years now and I can tell you he is not a drunk nor have I ever seen him drink. I work for him! When a customer gets a roof put on in 2009 and then comes to us in 2016 stating he has a leak NOW and wants us to fix it at no charge 7 years later when there have been numerous hail storms and other mother nature related issues like squirrels eating into their fascia, it is not the roofers responsibility to fix it at no charge. Hot Springs Roofing, Inc would never tell a customer to just go away and not come out to fix it unless the customer refuses to pay for the work needed to fix the issue. Seems like you can not make everyone happy and there will always be people that just love to be unhappy.
