Spec Building Materials - Hot Springs National Park, AR

They seemed very nice at first! I chose spec because it was closer than my other supplier. I ordered sheets of galvalume and then rake trim to go with it. Nothing custom about the trim at all. Well when I got home with the order and installed the roof metal, and got the trim unpacked I then realized it's not what I ordered. I made the 1 hour drive back to exchange for what I needed to complete the building in the first place. They told me I would have to come back in a WEEK to talk to the guy that actually processed the order. I had the wrong trim on the trailer with me and a receipt showing what I actually ordered. They wouldn't even check into for me. Building projects can't wait for ppl at a store to come back from vacation. Needless to say, I took my wrong trim and my money elsewhere. Much happier with my other supplier, and I realize now it's worth the drive....

Spec is my go to place for all my roofing needs. Great service and prices. The guys are professional and knowledgeable in there field.

Awesome place to get u loaded, was in and out in less than 10 mins. Nice people, pretty funny guys. It's always hard to find a good place to load/unload, will definitely return!
