Willow is the BEST! I needed to have my roof done by August so I wouldn’t lose my home owners insurance. I had an unexpected job change one month before starting so no longer qualified for financing! Owner worked out a deal with me so I could still get it done. Not many people do this anymore! So thankful! Thank you again!

Willow Exteriors did a great job replacing our roof. Their price was fair (actually the best bid I got) and their quality of work was top notch. We contracted for the Golden Pledge level because we thought it was the best quality for us and I’m glad we did. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and finished our job in three and a half days. They were always respectful of our property, cleaned up each day, and cheerfully went about their work.

I'd like to say that they are a great company because they made things right when my dad had some issues the owner came out and made sure that things were taken. Alex is the owner and he is a great guy he came out and gave us the estimate and came out on the final days to make sure that things were taken care of properly

We found Alex and Brandon and Shannon to be very good about answering questions. Work was done in a timely manner and the crew was diligent about clean-up. We really like the GAF warranty through the Elite Crew.

Willow saved our day... and our roof! We had a new roof put on in June, but the job was a mess. Not only did it leak right away in 3 different locations, but there were innumerable additional flaws all due to poor quality workmanship. Alex at Willow stayed by our side and renewed our faith that there are honest roofers in Twin Falls. Once we were able to commit, Willow tore off the brand new inferior, damaged, and leaking roof and installed exactly what we needed. He tailored the job to our needs because he personally cares about his work and his customers. He is very knowledgeable and hand picks the best crews. I would recommend willow exterior to everyone. They came as promised did whole house ,stripped two layers of shingels and replaced with top of the line shingels in one day. The crew was professional and knew what they were doing. When they finished they picked up swept driveway and side walk did a walk around and picked up anything that fell off roof . All I can say Alex and crew were the best from start to finish, if your looking look no further then willow exterior.

I reached out to Alex at Willow Exterior about needing my roof replaced on a Friday afternoon. He responded that day and we set something up the following Tuesday. When he arrived at my home he already had my roof quoted (using satellite imagery) for multiple different types of roofing and after the inspection had a few more options for me to look at.
Willow provided me a great price with an excellent warranty so I accepted their bid.

And if the great value of the roof wasn't enough they were out the very next week and installed my roof (which was a pretty complex roof with a lot of extra pitches and valleys) in just two days! I would definitely recommend Willow Exterior and will be sure to reach out if I need anything else done on the exterior of my home.

I had been trying for the past year for someone to come out and look at my roof because I knew there was some water damage due to some leakage below the dormers. I called Willow Exterior on a friday morning and Alex was right out that afternoon. He inspected the roof and told me what needed to be repaired. He was very professional and was able to give me a quote that afternoon. When I told him to go ahead with the project he said he would just need to match the color of the shingles. The crew was out the very next Monday and completed the project that evening. I was very pleased with the workmanship and everything was cleaned up when finished.

We had been quoted a roof replacement by another company before contacting Willow Exterior and having a presentation made by Raynek. He was very professional and we agreed to the proposal. The roof replacement was done in one day and we are very pleased with the quality and timeliness.

When we realized we needed a new roof, we got 3 bids. Raynak sold us on Willow Exterior. He was personable, interested in us, and made us feel like we would be taken care of. It's nice to see SO many terrific reviews for Willow. I am here to add one more. I had previously gotten an estimate from DaBella for over $28,000 on my roof which I thought was absurd and after Willow came out, my suspicions were confirmed. Alex, who I can't say enough good things about, came out, gave me an estimate less than half of what DaBella wanted and was able to get started practically immediately. The installers were professional and efficient. The roof is stunning. Alex also pointed out that my roof needed venting and Willow put in the six vents necessary. Willow needs to be the FIRST place you consider if you need a new roof.

We hired Willow Exterior to put a new roof on our home, new vinyl siding, 3 new storm doors, 2 sun tunnels, new rain gutters and a new double door with inset blinds. I must say, the crews were wonderful and whenever I had a question, one of the crew would stop and answer with a smile. Josh was quick to reply when I texted or called about the projects and kept me informed with regular updates. Excellent customer service and timely job. Highly recommended company! We have been in our home for 30 years. We knew we had to replace the roof. We had Alex come out. He assessed our current roof and we learned a "boot" around a pipe was degraded and was allowing water to enter the attic(showed us pictures and explained the roof condition). He showed us our options and thoroughly explained everything. He said they would be out in a couple of weeks and actually came in a week. They did a complete tear off and replace in 2 1/2 days. The crew were very courteous and efficient. They cleaned up each day and got the job done. They did a great job and we now have a 50 year roof that looks great.

Alex and Josh are awesome along with their staff. Not only did they replace our room, but fixed and replaced the skylight and the rain gutters..as a full package in one. When I obtained bids to replace our roof, Alex was very thorough and precise in his evaluation of the needs. He explained everything, showing photos he had taken while inspecting the roof. He answered all my questions and gave a fair bid which also was lower than others. He went the extra mile in taking care of some issues that didn't really involve the actual roof tear off and replacement. His crew worked efficiently, solved some little unforseen problems as they got into the job. We are very pleased with the new roof that has a 50 year manufacturers warranty and Alex also warranties the workmanship for the life of the roof.

One company that does it all, with honesty, promptness, and very respectful of the home owner. We recently updated our roof system, new gutters, and had metal siding put on. The open line of communication was greatly appreciated, along with the property care and how well they cleaned up afterwards. They weren't satisfied until we were satisfied. The transformation of this house is unbelievable, and feel they go above and beyond with customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them for anyone.

Alex with willow construction was awesome. He is a man of his word. He came when he said he would and had the most professional bid. It was throural and detailed but not pages you didn't understand. His men even moved my yard decore so it wouldn't get broke and put it back. They picked up every piece of paper and were very clean as they worked. Our neighbors commented they were even courteous of where they parked for her sleeping baby. Our unexpected light falling in the sink and putting hole in sink was taken care of promptly and replaced even though it really wasn't their fault. Our roof looks fantastic even after their guy fell through our roof it was so rotten. They fixed that too. All I can say is wow. You just don't find this anymore in a business. I highly recommend them to anyone. Our roof looks better than when it was first built. He put vents on the roof so it will never do this again.

I watched willow construction do a roofing across the alley way that sold me on the quality of the work that they do. I had Willow installed a membrane roof and rain gutter for me, the price was very good, workmanship was outstanding, cleanup of the area after they finished perfect also the quality of employees that works for them. I would recommend Willow Exterior Renovation & Construction if you want 5 plus star quality work but not at a 5 star price.

I live way out in the country and it's typically very difficult to get people out to my home to give me bids or do any work. However, that didn't seem to be a problem for Willow Exterior Renovation & Construction. I spoke with Alex and we set a time during the week and he arrived when the said he would. He gave me a reasonable bid on the spot. Alex and his team were easy to work with and professional keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The WERC team did a great job in a very timely manner. This is a top notch company and I will definitely use them again.
