If you actually want the work done, and especially done on time, you’ll want to go through another company. We agreed on a time with the owner, I waited at the place of business for hours and they never showed up. When I called the owner, he apologized, was full of excuses, and agreed to come out first thing in the morning on another date.

We again came out and waited for them for hours just for them to not show up AGAIN. I even called and texted him the night before to confirm (which I believe is his job to do) and his phone was “temporarily shut off.” It remained off all of that next day when I tried calling him several times. I also emailed and still have not heard back from this guy.

This was a very unprofessional experience that made my company look bad. When we tell a business something will be done, we expect it to be done, otherwise, a little heads up would’ve been nice so we could’ve moved on to a better company more quickly.

This company completely wasted all of our time twice. We found a much better company that has been way more professional, communicative, better prices, and actually follows through with what they say. I only wish we would’ve been able to switch sooner.

This guy must be doing this on the side or something but I tell everyone to stay away and thought I’d let the community know too so no one else will be in a similar predicament.

Nolan and his crew are wonderful! I needed a room conversion and a few small projects while his crew was at my residence. Nolan is an honest, hard worker dedicated to ensuring his customers are happy with the work. He doesn’t cut corners and he communicates openly during the job. I highly recommend this company. I felt his prices were unbeatable.

Nolan from William's Home and Land Care was my saving grace! I was desperate to get new floors done in my house I had just bought and every quote I got was outrageous! I couldn't afford 10k in material and labor but Nolan worked with me, kept me updated on the project and in just 3 days my entire house looked completely different! There were a few obstacles with the bathrooms and stairs which prolonged the project but even after paying him in full he still made sure that the project was done and done right. I am so grateful to have met Nolan and his team. When I save up the money I will be using him to redo my kitchen!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
