I had an appointment with the Hopewell location that I made 3 weeks prior. I took the day off and made arrangements to leave my truck and pick it up at end of day. They called me the day before and said that they ran out of material. I asked for a new appointment. They never called me back to reschedul. I waited about two weeks and called back. Againg they said they would call back and set up a new appointment. Never heard from them. I am not calling again and begging to give them my business. Poor coustermer service. Never go there. Will have to try another shop. Probably not line x either.

I pick this place over the one closer to me because of the good reviews so I called and talked to this lady. She made me an appointment first thing in the morning 2 weeks away. I explained her that I was driving 40 min away and I was going to drop my truck and come back later in the day.. I asked if I could drop it off a little earlier and she said yes my husband gets there at 7. So, today I Drove 40 min.. I had a friend driving his truck so he could take me to work and back. And as soon as a parked my truck in front of someone walks out and tell me they didn’t have material and they also tell they didn’t even have my appointment for the day.. very very unprofessional... what a waste of time and money

They did a great job on my Line-X bed liner. Very friendly and professional. They were even able to meet me after hours to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Great people and even better work. Mike and Jeff have been doing outstanding work for a long time. They have done several jobs for me over the years and I've sent a few of my friends to them. We've all been very satisfied and never had a complaint.

Just got my 2020 F250 done here. Don’t be skeptical these are good hometown and down to earth folks to deal with. They answered all my questions fully and even went out and looked at my truck before and after to make sure it was like I wanted. They did a superb job the best bed liner I have ever gotten. Really professional folks here people don’t hesitate to go here you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely great guy and a great shop. He installed my B&W 5th wheel and ran into some issues with the truck that were from the previous owner. He called me often and got the hitch installed. I recommend him to anyone that’s needs a bed liner or hitch installed. Can’t say enough nice things about him.

TOP NOTCH customer service! It snowed the day before my scheduled appointment, and they were not going to open the shop that day due their landlord not clearing the snow off of the parking lot. I had the earliest appointment and arrive 20 min early. Once the owner found out I had drove 60+ miles to get there, they didn’t hesitate to break out the shovel and clear the bay door, so I could get my truck into their shop. This type of service and A+ work equals the best shoot in central VA. I highly recommend these guys and so does the ford dealerships.

Mike and Gee set me up! They worked around my schedule while I made some minor repairs to my truck bed. Gee even rushed me in to avoid having rain contaminate the repairs prior to priming and liner install. The end result is outstanding. I would highly recommend Old Dominion Line-X to anyone looking to add protections and improved looks to their vehicle.

Going through old dominion inc for my bed liner in my 2016 toyota tundra 1794 edition was a excellent choice. Mr jeffery morris is extremely knowledgeable of his work. The quality of his product is hands down the best in the area i would argue that with anyone. The whole experience that i had working with him was great and would go back to him for any other work i had right away. So if anyone is lookinh for the best spray in bedliner in this area i would immediately contact this company. They are located in midlothian and they have another place in hopewell.
