Over all it was a good experience. The only issue was when Robert showed me what my monthly payment would be and then when I talked to business manager my monthly payment was substantially higher due to the addition of other expenses like Gap insurance etc. However, once they were explained and he made some adjustments it worked out. I'll definitely use Owen's Ford again.

Owen ford made me feel comfortable conducting business with them especially being a woman searching for a new car with reasonable care packages!

Good experience only problem they should not advertise something at a discounted price and then say you don't qualify because Sales person was okay I would shop there again

My experience from when I pulled in the lot just to take a look at inventory was exceptional.. as me and my husband were about to step out and take a look a Gentlemen walked up and introduced himself and asked us to stay.. they had been closed for about 30 minutes or longer ,but John was still at work and wanted to get to know us . No pressure, he showed us some cars ,gave us his car d and followed through and bought a car, our sales man Robert was exceptional an able to talk to you about each car and all its bells and whistles. The whole team is awesome.

Our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. We bought a car with zero pressure. Everyone from John on down have been patient, courteous, and professional. We will definitely recommend potential customers to Owen Ford when asked.

I recently purchased a car from Owen Ford and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. I live in North Carolina and was anxious at first about buying a car out of state but Robert Smith and the entire team exceeded all of my expectations. From finding the car online to delivery the whole process was straightforward. They handled all of the paperwork efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way making me feel valued and appreciated. Overcharged for vehicle, misleading information about the vehicle and instead of acknowledging the Overcharged and adjust to the correct price much emphasis was put on saving me some money. Owen Ford once had a great reputation but that salesman and finance manager that assisted me did not represent well. BEWARE OF LEGAL SCAMMING.

I purchased an f-250 from Owen Ford. Great purchasing experience. Robert was low pressure, personable, and attentive to my requests. The finance manager was prompt, personable as well as efficient. Every staff member in the dealership (whether they were involved in the sale, or just passing by) were friendly and genuinely concerned of how my experience was going. Not to mention, Owen Ford had one of the nicest quality used trucks I have seen in a long time. I had an excellent experience!!

The customer service here was impeccable! We had an unfortunate flat tire while traveling through. They not only found us places to get a new one since they didn’t have any in stock, they put the spare on for no charge with a smile. 10/10

This place is a scam. I have never been here but they pulled my credit without my consent or knowledge. They allow people to give other peoples I formation for credit checks without people knowing.
Alton I have called and left several messages but have yet to hear back from you. You have destroyed my credit with the actions of your business. I would love to discuss how you are going to fix what was caused by your company. Please return my messages.

Dont even get me started on the 1st bad experience on the first vehicle but we gave them the benefit of the doubt because they wanted to to make it right..... and we were interested in another vehicle on the lot but they refused to give my husband a price they kept beating around the bush So then I went online it says to call for asking price so I took it upon myself to call for a price and was told that it was under 20,000 and would be around 19,500 so then my husband was super interested at that price he already had an appt to look at the vehicle and it was on hold so the same thing didn't happen like the 1st vehicle he drives the 2 hours out there for them to run the numbers for him and they say it's 25,000 and he was like what that's not what my wife was told and the manager stated he was going no lower than 25,000. They are a bunch of crooks I highly don't recommend to waste your time with how they treat customers so dirty not once but twice.

Was talking to the sales rep all day about a specific vehicle. Informed them what time I would be there and when I was on the way. They said no problem it's still available. I get there and they are doing the paper work with another customer. I get they can't hold anything. I didn't ask them to. But the least the sales rep I was speaking to could have at least informed me they had someone there interested. After knowing I drove an hour and a half to get there. Very disappointed in there service. Definitely taking my money elsewhere. Their loss. Would NOT recommend

Update to the previous review. They called me back the next morning saying the vehicle was still available just to call me a couple hours later to say they are just no longer selling the vehicle at all. Then try to get me to look at other cars. They actually have one im interested in and schedule a time to see it. However they would never tell me a price on the vehicle. So a few days pass and I get my wife to contact the dealership about the SAME EXACT car. And they tell her a price of $19,500.
So I get to my appointment today go through all the credit checks and they come to me with a price of almost $25,000.
I've found multiple cars IN THE SAME EXACT condition for less than 19k. So i called them out on it and After promising to work with me and getting me all the way back out there They say they are firm at the $25k. My money is definitely going elsewhere. I left out of there with a smile on my face cause they aint getting over on me. And hope this helps to not let them do this to anyone else. DO YOUR RESEARCH

I highly recommend Owen Ford. The service is quick and fast. And the staff is awesome!! Jeff and Mr Robert were awesome , very nice and very helpful! The 2 hour drive there was well worth it.

In what world is it okay to text someone over and over again multiple times a day to come in and look at their cars.... I'm a super easy going dude, but this is seriously ridiculous. I would be terrified to even step foot in this dealership only for the reason that they might get more ways to contact me.

My Husband and I came to this dealership on Saturday August 17th and had the best customer service we could’ve asked for. Jeff Sims sold my husband a Volkswagen Tiguan (a car he was eyeballing for a while) and it was Jeff’s first car he sold while working at the dealership which was super heartfelt! He was awesome!! If i could give 0 stars I would. They SOLD the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive with intent of purchasing prior to my arrival. I drove an hour and a half for a specific vehicle listed online. They even text and called to confirm morning of my appointment.
Then try to offer me 2 vehicles not even same make or model instead.
Glad I didn't hit purchase online like I almost did prior to arrival.

Owen Ford has been my favorite place to buy and service my F 150s for well over a decade. The service continues to be dependable, thorough, and professional.

We were on our way to Florida when the skid plate under the vehicle came partially loose and began dragging on the pavement. We used nylon rope to put it back in place, however, a fix was needed. My husband and I broke down on our way home from Myrtle Beach. We happened to be at a gas station next to this Ford dealership. We were 4 hours away from home and stuck. I walked to the dealership and was introduced to Russell. I was freaking out and they immediately put me at ease. They wasted no time giving me a hot shot and driving my car to their shop. Our alternator needed to be replaced and they had one delivered and installed in amazing speed. I couldn't be more grateful for all their help. Recently had my expedition serviced and I was extremely pleased. Very friendly family oriented employees that genuinely care about their customers. Stickers were placed on inside windshield reminding me of next service and tire rotation.

This Bronco is on my bucket list! Over the past 40 years, I've bought all of my vehicles from Owens Ford. An Eddie Bauer Bronco in the 90's Explorer Sport and Mustang early 2000, and a Eco Sport ..one more before retirement!
