Wildcat Guttering & Exteriors

Wildcat Guttering was very prompt in responding to a request for a quote for new guttering and leaf guards. They were just as prompt and efficient with the installation. That was almost 2 years ago. Since then they did a great job of working with my roofing company to remove the guttering and guards while a new roof was installed. Then they replaced everything. I would highly recommend Wildcat Guttering and Tony and his crew to do a very professional job at a very reasonable price.

I hired Wildcat Gutters and they delivered me seamless gutters. However, the installation was done incorrectly. Every time time it rained, it was like a waterfall over my front door. I called them at least 4 times with no response. I even reached someone in the front office who hung up on me after telling me now wasn't a good time. Roughly a year later, the owner finally got back to me.

However, by then I called Coaltrain Guttering. I told him I didn't care if he charged me knew gutters; I just wanted the flooding by the front door to stop. However, Coaltrain Guttering didn't charge me for new gutters. After coming by and assessing the issue, he said the gutter wasn't hung correctly: there was a dip in roofline and whoever installed it didn't account for it. He re-hung the gutter and I never had gutters issues again after that.

This happened many years ago(10 years). I am not sure if Wildcat Guttering changed or not, but I would never use them again!

They did amazing work and were flexible in matching colors when the original color was not communicated correctly through a separate contractor. Definitely recommend!

Tony and his team were incredibly responsive and did a great job of advising us of the best product and procedure to take care of our needs. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I have left about 4 messages over the past week and a half, just trying to get some siding replaced. He did return to the first message to a voicemail, so I have attempted to call back many times and left three more voicemails since then, and nothing. I messaged their business facebook to try and get contacted that way, and nothing. They came highly recommended, but all I seem to be getting is the cold shoulder. If my job is too small or they don't want it that is fine, just tell me. Ignoring potential customers is bad business, because it just lead's to me telling others about the poor service I have received.

When Tony and Wildcat Guttering and Exteriors repaired damage following the tornado in June 2008 there was a slight oversight in replacing a portion of guttering. I had not noticed it in the eleven intervening years. When brought to Tony's attention this week he immediately brought a crew in and replaced the missing guttering and downspout. Such integrity and total honesty in this day and age is rare as it is highly commendable. I shall continue to gladly recommend him to my neighbors and friends. He is a person of outstanding honor and fidelity. Hats off to Tony and Wildcat Guttering and Exteriors!

Contacted them in July about having some work done. After leaving several messages I finally got a return call. Tony came by and provided a quote for the work and told me they would do the work in October. They did not show up in October and did not return several messages left. I cought some of their workers in December on a nearby job and they got back with me the next week to do the work. They wrapped some facia and replaced some gutter corners for me. Two of the six corners replaced started leaking at first rain event. They came back to repair but said they could not guaranty the repairs.
When I first contacted them Tony said they had a better corner than the ones I had, but while the installers were there they told me they were replacing with the same kind of corner. Bottom line is we are no better off with the new corners. The new corners did not fit quite right and is noticeable at each connection. My bill for the work provided was $80 more than the quote of $4 per foot of wrap and $20 per corner replaced with no explanation of the extra charge.
Update: Tony agreed the overcharge was a communication mistake and has indicated he would refund the overcharge.

We live out of town but have rental property in Manhattan that we were having exterior maintenance done (painting, wood replacement, window sill repairs, new guttering, etc.). When I contacted Wildcat Guttering they were very quick to return my call. After explaining that we needed new seamless guttering installed on our property but would need them to coordinate with the other contractor who was doing the construction work, Wildcat Guttering stepped up to the plate and did everything necessary to make sure they were there when the time came to installing the guttering. I couldn't have asked for more quality and professional work. I would recommend Wildcat Guttering to everyone. They stand by their word and their work is top notch.

I had Tony at Wildcat Guttering install gutters at a duplex in Manhattan, and was impressed enough to contract for another extensive project. As I was out of town, he dealt with the city, difficult tenants, prior awful work performed by other contractors, and whatever came up as he renovated the outside of an old house and garage.
As problems came up as they always will, he provided expert guidance to make some major decisions "on the fly". The end result looked great and definitely improved the neighborhood. The team he had working were also impressive in their knowledge and abilities.
I had been putting off the project until I could find a company I trusted in Manhattan and Tony and Wildcat Guttering definitely fit the bill.

Tony has done several projects for me that included siding, windows, doors, and guttering. Quality work and affordable pricing. Definitely recommend.

Tony installed windows and gutters for us and did a great job. It is best to leave a message and have him call back. He does a lot of the work himself and will call when he finishes a job. If you want to support a local business, than Tony is a great person to install your gutters and windows.

My experience with them was great and well organized and does great work . I would definitely recommend them .

Requested an estimate for a deck project and they responded very timely and were on site for an estimate by the end of the week. Problem is that we never heard from them again. No estimate ever provided, no return call or email, nothing. Would not recommend! Not even a courtesy we don't have time or don't want the job.
