I had a really good experience at this place, service technician did a really good job at resolving my issue on my truck.

Great shop, very helpful staff. I broke down on the way into Guyman, they got me rite in and onto a lift and diagnosed the problem. They then worked with my dealership to get the car in for repairs. Friendly service.

Josh Lucero was patient and did everything he said he would. No pressure just dedicated and cared. Loved my experience!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Waylon at your shop. I had a power steering line leak on my 2023 F-250 while traveling to New Mexico in very cold weather.

Waylon took care of me the very next morning and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. Please give Waylon a raise for his great job. Willie too!

Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The service manager (Waylon) was very helpful and willing to communicate with me as needed. The atmosphere was friendly, and Wild West Ford was punctual pursuant to the time of both taking my vehicle and releasing my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience. My family owns three Ford products, and we will definitely be using Wild West Ford for every vehicle "need" going forward. Without a doubt, a 5 out of 5 rating! Additionally, my encouraging experiences with the service department led me to purchase a vehicle from WWF. I secured a 2025 F-150 Lariat and could not be more pleased. The sales rep (Josh) was courteous, informed, and efficient! To be sure, WWF has afforded me the desire to be "exclusive" as it relates to all of my vehicles' requirements.

Bought a used pickup with 2 keys, but dealer was never able to find the second set and has not responded after a month of calls asking to replace the missing set. Also had my ford bronco struts replaced and even though I was told the vehicle would have an alignment done as part of the work I had to take it to another shop to have the wheels balanced and aligned. --- First time I've come back to add additional reviews. When they did work on my Bronco they must have removed the bottom guard under the car. Driving down the highway it came completely loose. Those are bolted on, they don't just come loose. Didn't get it put back on correctly during the last job is my assumption.

I totally recommend Wild West ford. They picked up my truck and brought in back as scheduled and communicated my future needs on the truck.

I had been searching for a f-150 lightning for a month, I’d had gone to 3 dealerships and tried to work a deal online for another one in the DFW metroplex. After much frustration and the dealerships in DFW digging their heels in and not even trying to help me, I found a lightning at wild west ford in Guymon, Oklahoma. Priscila (sales) and Abel (finance manager) worked the entire deal over the phone for me, valued my trade spot on with what I expected and made the whole process extremely easy. I have never bought a vehicle online or out of state and I was quite nervous about the process, but the team was very quick with information, answering my questions and putting the deal together. Literally called them on Tuesday to inquire, they made the deal on Wednesday, I left and drove half way wed evening, and arrived on Thursday morning just after they opened. I was in and out of the door in an hour and that was only because they were cleaning the truck. I have to say besides the long drive, this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you need a new ford, I’d suggest calling Priscila and Abel and they’ll take good care of you. Thanks for all your help!

Drove 2 hours to get a car after not having one for a month and a half. Priscilla and Abel were so helpful during the buying process, it just made it so enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to buy again!

Bought a 2021 F150! I was treated kindly by Priscilla. She was so respectful and polite. She even delivered the vehicle that I wanted to me. Didn’t have the key code but if you research it you can find the code very easily. I did anyways so it wasn’t needed. Thanks for the excellent customer service. if I ever buy another vehicle, I definitely will be looking here. This dealership has one of the most respectable, polite staff that I have ever worked with.

Was supposed to have an oil changed at 9am, for personal reasons I forgot about my appointment with them. When I finally remembered it was 11 am , they said to come in at 2:30 for the oil change no questions ask, not a complaint no bad attitude. I was met with a handshake and outstanding service. Thank you wild west ford for taking care of my car and being very professional. I do highly recommend giving them a call.

We had previously looked at the vehicle but didn’t think they could make us a deal like big city dealers. We were wrong. I called JJ at 9:00 am and signed the papers about 3:30 pm the same day. They provided great customer service.

TOP NOTCH customer service! Lee, Abel, Colton and all of the service staff went FAR above the level of customer service when my husband and I were broke down on vacation!
