Jonathan & his crew was phenomenal, within 2 days I had a new roof installed. They cleaned up any mess and even went above and beyond with hanging a gutter back up for me!

When the wind blows --- Middle TN seems to be the epicenter for all things that blow and roofs, regardless if they are 2 mins old or 200 years old, are not a match. The tornado/wind event of April 3/4 weekend peeled back some of the shingles on our roof. We didn't notice it for about a week because, you know, wind comes and goes. After noticing the flapping shingles, we realized we needed to call a roofing company. Luckily for us we had enough sense not to call our insurance company first. This automatically puts you on the insurance company radar whether you actually make a claim or not thus risking having premiums increase or even worse being dropped like a hot potato.

We called three local roofing companies, one never returned our call, another did try and schedule but only after five days of silence and then there is Whittemore Roofing (Lafayette, TN). We called and they were at our house in less than 24 hours, scrambled to the roof and immediately began repairing the shingles waving in the wind and some of the staples that had not been placed correctly. We are not going to go into more details but we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Jonathan and his crew Curtis and Kevin. They did an outstanding job, saved us A LOT of heartache and stress. We never have to file with our insurance company and that saved us a big ole fat headache.

Whittemore Roofing is now our go to roofing company for the next time the wind blows. I guess since we are in Middle Tennessee we should have them on speed dial. If you need a roofing company Whittemore Roofing should be your only choice, we know it's ours.

Huge thanks to Jonathan and his crew (Whittemore Roofing). They did the roof on our home when it was built - before we bought it. Three years later, we had a leak caused by a plumbing boot that wasn’t installed right during construction. Even though the house was out of warranty and it wasn’t his mistake, Jonathan came out and took care of it. He didn’t have to - but he did, and that speaks volumes. Solid guy who stands behind his work.

We are so thankful to Jonathan and his team! They built the roof on our home when it was first constructed (not a custom build), and although we didn’t know him personally at the time since we purchased the house after it was completed, he has since gone above and beyond for us.

Three years later - well past the warranty period - we discovered a roof leak caused by the improper installation of a plumbing boot during the original construction. Even though this wasn’t technically his responsibility, Jonathan immediately stepped in to help. He recognized that the issue stemmed from when the house was first built, and without hesitation, he brought his team out to fix it.

He didn’t have to do that - but that’s just the kind of professional and person he is. Jonathan truly cares about the homes and roofs his team works on, and he takes great pride in their work. More importantly, he stands behind it. In a time when accountability can be hard to come by, Jonathan showed integrity and compassion. We’re incredibly grateful and highly recommend him.

I called Jonathan yesterday afternoon to talk with him about replacing a piece of trim that had blown loose on my house. He said "we'll come fix it". I was expecting this to be done in the next week or so, and was perfectly ok with that. When I got home today, less than 24 hours after speaking with him, it was replaced. I highly recommend Whittemore Roofing! I had several estimates to get a detached garage roof replaced with tin roofing and not only was their estimate lower than the others, they completed the entire job in a day. They were exceptionally professional, and they cleaned up the old materials and hauled them off. They even used a metal magnet rake to ensure they didn’t leave any nails behind. I called and asked them to come look at a leak this mornin, by the afternoon they were there on the roof. They were thorough, polite and had no problems answering any questions. We tried not to bother em too much, as the rain was certainly raining down on em. That didn't slow them down at all. Even with the rain pouring down, he took the time to explain what my somewhat minor issue was and fixed it for me on the spot. I have no complaints and plan to schedule any upcoming work with them. Pricing is fair and the service phenomenal. What more can we ask. :-) 10/10 recommend.

The best roofing company around in my opinion. It doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency and it’s 10 pm. If you’ve got a roof leaking they’ll do there best to get a temporary fix done until they can get to you.

They are top notch and stand behind their work. When we were hit with a tornado several years ago, they were here the next morning checking and repairing our roof. After a bad wind storm last year, they came out to check our roof. We appreciate their dedication and hard work.

We had an old, leaking shingle roof we wanted replaced with metal. First I called two major companies. One gave me a quote in the double digits, the next wasnt too much less. Whittemore Roofing came and gave me a quote that was so reasonable I couldnt believe I had considered the other two. The whole time they have been so nice and answered all of my questions. The roof was done in two days. The one minor misunderstanding we had was taken care of immediately. I couldnt recommend them enough. Weve only had the roof a couple of days, but I'm very satisfied!
