Work done by Tom in 2009 on my mother's house was not up to par. They did not flash & seal around the chimney properly which caused years of unseen leaks as it only happened when the rain blew sideways & there is tight access around chimney in attic to inspect. Before this we also had a few exposed nailheads that needed to be fixed, we only noticed these after water was coming in through 2 bedroom ceiling lights & dripping on beds. Once I noticed the last issue we found with the chimney I contacted Tom and he told me that he did not see an issue with the way they did the work even though we had water leaking in, he said they flashed it correctly & that there was no warranty on that anyway. The seamless gutters they replaced around the entire house at the same time began to leak at all corner pieces & downspouts as well. Tom told me he was going to come and check the chimney but never stopped by once.

Josh and his team did an excellent job of R/R the roof of my home. Price was fair and quality of work and materials was excellent. I highly recommend you give Josh a call, if you are considering a new roof.

Had my roof done by previous owner Tom, but when I called the new owner Josh to fix a little leak, he came right away to fix it , no questions asked, very professional. I will continue doing business with him in the future & recommend him & his company to my family & friends. Thank you Josh.

I couldn’t be happier with our new roof. Josh was extremely professional and very responsive any time I sent a text or called. He provided lots of references so we could see the colors of shingles in real life which helped a lot in choosing a color. The crew was respectful, worked quickly, and did a good job of cleaning up. I would definitely, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone! Great company to deal with and very satisfied with the results

Can't speak highly enough about Josh and White’s Roofing, we have 21 buildings and have had White’s do complete tear off and replacement on 2 of them. We are extremely satisfied with workmanship, cleanliness of the installation and pricing. We fully expect to have our other 19 buildings done by White’s when we need them. We can be a challenging site to work on with 84 homes (4 per building) but White’s handled it with ease. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! after doing my roof & taking our money they would not fix our leak and it cost us $3,000.00 for another roofing company to Fix it after agreeing Whites did not replace it right, that caused ours to leak!
they ( whites Home improvement) replaced my roof, never had a leak before that, 5 months after they replaced we had a leak in family room of our house , they came out did some patching, and when asked about our dry wall josh said lets wait and see if the leak is fixed! leaked again a few months later and he came back did some more outside and we didn't have a problem till two weeks after our 7" of snow! they came out and this time they said it was ice damming and not there problem (in so many words) and that's it! the first leak and damaged inside the home was pushed under the table as it was all the home owners fault! NEVER had a leak before the roof was replace by Whites! (Be carful as they will do and say anything to pass blame off onto homeowner)

We highly recommend this company. They replaced our roof in a very timely manner and did a superb job. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We had his company come back to put in more vents & fix our flashing by our chimney. They were very punctual, conscienscous & professional! Thank you White's Home Improvement! Great job!

Tom White’s crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. I had a leak in my roof and the previous owner did a poor DIY roof job years ago. Of the 7 companies I had quote the job, White’s price was in the middle, but the communication was unmatched. Tom came out to caulk my roof in the leak areas to get me by until he could get me scheduled for the replacement and contacted me several times leading up to the job to confirm our tentative dates were still good. All of the guys were friendly and responded well my curiosity of the job. I highly recommend White’s Home Improvement for your roofing needs.

We had a GREAT experience with White's Home Improvement. They worked quietly & efficiently. The workers answered all my questions on the day they tore off the roof & replaced the shingles on house & garage. . From estimating, to shingles arriving, to the workers arriving around 8 am. I did not have to do any followup phone calls. I would highly recommend this company & we plan on using them again for another garage roof & garage siding.

This company was amazing from start to finish. They were always extremely prompt and were great at communication all throughout the process. I had a new roof replaced on my house and garage and would recommend them to anyone. They also were amazing at clean-up too!

Jen was very organized and reassuring when scheduling our appointments. I had Whites roofing replace my roof 10 years ago. I discovered i problem this summer and they fixed it within 2 days of me calling them at no charge. You never know if a company will honor a warranty after they are paid and gone. Whites roofing just proved their warranty is real.

We had our roof replaced in December 2016, and I can tell you that White Home Improvement did a great job. Done in one day, the crew was professional, courteous, and made sure all trash was removed. Oh, the price was great, too! I would highly recommend White to any who wants their roof replaced!
