White Oak Builders

White Oak Builders built the beautiful three-bedroom condo I recently purchased in Watertown. The quality of workmanship and that of the materials used in the condo is excellent. Maggie and Dan Wegner, owners of White Oak, were very willing to work with me to make choices for colors and finishes in the condo. They were responsive via text, phone calls, and in person when I had questions both prior to the purchase as well as after the closing. They were friendly, kind, and professional. In addition to their own work, White Oak sub-contracts with reputable local businesses. I highly recommend Maggie and Dan Wegner and White Oak Builders!

Dan, Maggie, Brad and the rest of the team did a great job on our home. Every question or concern we had one of them addressed it. They are wonderful to work with. They made the process of doing something so stressful much easier. I would recommend white oak builders to anyone that is wanting to build a home!

Sometimes it can be a challenge to come up with the right words but I am going to give it a try. From day one, I knew White Oak were the builders for us. Trusting someone in a process you don't understand is no joke.

When it came to design, Maggie was amazing. She got my vision and was so supportive. When I got overwhelmed, she would offer suggestions to help me feel better. Throughout the entire build process, she was there, would answer my questions, and acknowledge my fears and anxiety.

Dan was so patient with us and all of our MANY questions and concerns. He was available when we reached out and would call back if he missed our call. He ensured we were happy with how things were proceeding and made adjustments when needed.

They communicated with the bank if we didn't quite understand the conversations that needed to be had. The employees and sub contractors of White Oak were so professional and were always welcoming when we were on sight.

The quality of work, the customization of the work, the skill set, and many things I'm sure I don't even know exceeded my VERY HIGH expectations. If you are looking for a builder, I couldn't give White Oak any higher recommendation
