Our roof sustained storm damage to the ridge vent. I contacted Kevin who reviewed the pictures I sent him and he was able to give a quote immediately. He was professional and knowledgeable. Getting close to winter, I needed a somewhat difficult roof repair over a section of my house being remodeled. After having no luck with other contractors I found Kevin with a Saturday morning phone call. He came over that same morning and gave me a quote. Of course, this is late season and they're very busy. His repair man Ben arrived after a couple of weeks and got it all done in one day. Ben is organized, considerate, experienced and efficient. Kevin stopped over late that day and when I got home that evening everything was done and any mess cleaned up. Wow! The job looks great and doesn't leak. I'm VERY pleased and thankful this is done!

The best service! I discovered a leak in my roof over the weekend and was in a panic. I contacted Kevin Sterwald Roofing and Kevin was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Before the end of the week my roof was inspected and repaired. Ben did excellent work replacing shingles, flashings, and removing unnecessary vent pods. After having other roofers deny service to me because either they didn't have time for me or my repair wasn't large enough for them to bother, I found Kevin Sterwald Roofing. In 3 days time, I had talked to him about repair, he gave me an estimate of cost and an idea of when I would get my roof repaired and then by the 3rd day, I already have a repaired roof. On the day of repair, I didn't have to be home. They came in and repaired the roof and left no trace of debris from their work. What more could you ask for? I would recommend anyone to this company. This is a great company. Their prices were very reasonable and they fixed a shingle that was missing on my roof as well as inspected the roof to ensure it looked good. I would definitely use them again.

After a rainstorm, we heard water dripping inside an interior wall. Called Kevin and he came out within an hour. He did not see any damage, but based on the location of the leak, he suggested to replace the kitchen exhaust fan outlet vent. Ben was out the next week and had it fixed in less than an hour. He did see some water intrusion after removing the old vent, so this will most likely solve my problem. With the quick response, we will definitely call Kevin again.

The moment I said hail damage inspection the owner went on a rant about insurance companies for about a good 4-5 minutes. If you are not willing to work with insurance claims/companies just say so and I will move on my way. I don’t need to hear a rant when I’m trying to get help. Moving on to another company.

I have had their services twice now. 6 years ago our home roof. Recently we had our exterior garage done.

Another company provided an inspection and quote and told me they would be out to complete the repairs the following week. Two months later, work was not done, and calls were not returned. Kevin went out of his way to fit me in when I needed my garage re-roofed last year. His communication was clear, direct, and responsive. He did not promise what he could not do, and came through exactly when and how he said he would do (compared to the other guy I had had lined up who just seemed to disappear). His crew was done in record time and left no trace except a beautiful new roof.

What a pleasure to deal with a true professional. I got a honest assessment of my roof, which didn't need replacing at this time. We settled on just replacing the vent pipe boots. When the time comes to replace, I'm definitely having them do the work!

I contacted Kevin to do a number of repairs to both the rubber roof and shingled areas of my roof. He was prompt in doing the inspection, identified areas of concern and very clear in explains the issues. The work was done sooner than I expected and was done very well. I can't thank Kevin enough for his work in August. I called early one morning after days of off-agin, on-again heavy rains, because our kitchen vent hood was leaking. Kevin stopped by that day, saying he was going to be in the area. He made a quick diagnosis and did what he could to remedy the situation on the spot, he offered potential next steps and alternatives, in case that wasn't enough. We haven't had a problem since!!! (I had called several contractors who wouldn't even put me on their schedule -- they said they were too busy for repairs this year.) You should call Kevin!!

Found Kevin Sterwald through Google. Decided to give a call, what a great choice we made! His crew worked hard and took off old shingles, and installed a new Roof. They did a beautiful job, and kept the yard clean. We never found a single nail. Our new roof is beautiful! We are so impressed!

Kevin's crew started work on my roof with the plan of tearing off and replacing shingles and doing some upgrades to the ventilation; they worked from one problematic area to another, most of which were unexpected. Every issue was addressed and corrected. They fixed and replaced not only the roof but the soffits and fascia where there were multiple areas of rotted wood. Everything was done professionally. Kevin and his crew were easy to work with and pleasant. I couldn't be more grateful!

Recently purchased our home and noticed condensation issues during very bad storms. I have dealt with other roofing contractors in the past and had bad experiences, so I was not too excited to begin the "hunt" to weed through and hope to find one up to my standards. Provided a reasonable estimate and we decided not to look further. His team completed the work along with some additional issues they found and corrected.
