I love that when I call White’s I always get to talk to someone other than a computer or voicemail, customer service is top notch, appointments are easy to make and typically someone can be out to take care of any issues within a day or two! Always pleasant!

I have been a customer for 10 years and their service is and has always been very professional and thorough.

We had a gas leak at our house and called whites heating and air conditioning based on their high star rating. I understand why they have great reviews now. Our tech "cash" came to our rescue promptly and on time. Very polite, understanding and thorough with his work. He made sure everything was finished to a very high standard, put everything away for us and walked us through step by step what he did. I feel confident it will last for years. Alan was really great! Got to our house within the time frame given and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He did a thorough job, but was still quick.

Had them come out to check my cooling system today. The service itself was fine, however, I was charged $200 for one pound of R22 Freon because it’s supposedly very expensive according to the technician.

After the technician left, I viewed current online pricing for R22. I found prices for a 5 lb cylinder of $200 and 10 lb. cylinder for $350. In short, I believe I was overcharged.

Edit: Spoke with White after they saw my review and I feel a bit better about what I paid, but still think the markup is a bit much. Anyhow, adding another star to my review.

Was very happy to their quick response in sending someone out to check out the air-conditioning as weather had been very hot. After we found out that our furnace was too old and unrepairable they sent their sales person out to give us an estimate on a new one. It had been 34 years., so it was time. That happened all in the same day. Both men were great to work with. Very happy with this company

Alan was great and very friendly! They were able to get me in pretty quick and cleaned my ac unit, replaced the filter, checked over everything to be sure everything was running as it should. I really appreciate it thank you all and especially thank you Alan!

The tech showed up early for our appointment. The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and informative about our system.
He did a great job cleaning and servicing the system.

Kory was great! He came over, told me everything he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion! He showed me what my condenser looked like before and after, crazy! Great work Kory! Would have him cover over again!

Those guys worked none stop until the job was done. Kept us apprised of how progress was going every step of the way. Made sure we understood how to operate the new thermostat and when to change the filters. Answered any question we had about the new equipment and in a way that was relatable and not downgrading. Best choice we made was going with White heating and cooling.

These guys were great!! The entire experience from Eric to the office and installing was top notch!! A special shout out to Sunshine electric for going above and beyond!!!

I found a leaky water heater early in the morning. I called White’s at 8 AM and they had a person to my house at 9! He gave me options for replacing the water heater. Once I selected an option, the installer was on his way and arrived by 10! Ashton was polite, courteous, and very professional! He made sure to not make a mess as he took the old heater out and brought the new one in. He also made sure to walk me through everything when the work was completed!

Fix didn’t take very long. Technician had lots of knowledge, experience and ability to fix. Will recommend White to everyone.

Jason installed an air conditioning unit for me recently. I’m very pleased with White Heating and Air Conditioning and Jason. I highly recommend them both!

I was very pleased with the AC service I received from Alan. He definitely has a passion for his work and is very knowledgeable. I learned things about my furnace and AC that I'm not sure I even wanted to know!! (lol) I feel that my AC and heating unit have been checked thoroughly and are ready for the summer and winter ahead.

Very nice people but couldn’t get it fixed. It is going to get even hotter so really need the air conditioner

Service call was very good. Advanced getting a new HVAC system as ours was 20 yrs old. Good advise as out a/c is leaking.

First of all we got an appointment on the day I called and the Technician called and said it would be there in 15 minutes. The Technician came and identified and fixed the problem right away. Our go to heating and air company, friendly and professional. They always take the time to explain what they're doing and answer any questions we have. We have never had any issues with the quality of work.

Dylan was fantastic. He was early but called to ask if that was all right. Very methodical in his diagnosis. He found something that was incorrect during the original installation of the furnace, and rectified it. It was that error during the original installation that was the main source of the issue we were having. Everything's running fantastic now. The house is a very cool 72° instead of 78°. I highly recommend.

Our technician Alan was professional, friendly and on time. White HVAC gets our highest rating possible for all aspects of heating and air conditioning. We have been using them for 5 years and they are flawless.

Extremely happy with White’s Heating & Air, from Cameron’s estimate and recommendations to the amazing work done by Trevor and Jason, we could not be happier.

They replaced a 45 year old gas furnace with a much more efficient Lennox system, replaced all of our ducts and registers, added new registers at critical points in our home, and added an air conditioner, all controlled by the newest smart thermostat. The work done was extremely clean and detailed and the boys explained everything to us.
