I would highly recommend Whitaker Roofing. They did a great job and were very courteous, friendly, and professional. I got 3 quotes before choosing Whitaker. All from companies with a BBB A+ rating. I chose Whitaker because they checked all the boxes for me, their price was the most competitive for the work to be done, and they were the most thorough and detailed in the quote they provided to me. Plus they were in business the longest at over 30+ years. No regrets whatsoever in choosing Whitaker Roofing.

I had a great experience using Whitaker Roofing for a damage repair. The technician arrived on time and described what he would be doing and answered all my questions. He finished on time and made sure I was satisfied with his work.

The work was professional and all, but perfect! The workers were focused and friendly! I only wish I had another roof for them to do!

We are an HOA community, built in the mid 1980s; one of our 5-unit buildings was in need of a full roof replacement. On the date, a crew of 7 workers showed up on time, worked 14 hour days in 100deg temps...they were amazing to watch. Whitaker had large-capacity-movable dumpsters which expedited daily cleanups, and two large-capacity remotely-powered hydraulic lifts raised shingles to the roof for unloading directly by the workers, such that our project was completed one day ahead of schedule. We have had Whitaker reroof and repair several of our buildings in the past and we wouldn't even think of calling any other company when we have a roofing need. *****

Good morning Whitaker roofing. Even though I'm married to Shawn Whitaker's sister we still get the same care as every other customer which they do outstanding work. Shawn Whitaker did our new roof almost 5 years ago along with new gutters and gutter heaters and did a fantastic job. Whitaker roofing sent a gentleman by the name of Greg to our home Friday July 11th 2025 to clean out our gutters and remove all the firework debris from our neighbors across the street Greg went over and beyond to get our gutters cleaned he did a wonderful job. We would recommend Whitaker roofing to everyone we know. Thanks for the good work

The guys were on time, worked diligently, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves, ran a magnet to pickup loose nails. Made a few modifications for me without questioning.

Not only is Whitaker Roofing extremely knowledgeable in all things roofing and competitively priced, but their customer service and attention to detail is leaps and bounds above the rest. From prep to cleanup, these folks know how to get a job done right. They didn't damage a single rain gutter after tearing off two layers of shingles and cleaned them spotless when they were done. I even had trouble finding a scrap of material around my property after they had left, it was surprisingly spotless. They even replaced a landscaping paver that their materials CONTRACTOR damaged. It really showed me that they take accountability for the entire job, not just parts of it.

Big shout out to Juli and Heber for all their assistance and the crew that completed the job for their amazing work.

Greg was the Tech that helped inspect and repair our shingles. He was in constant communication with me. He quickly identified the issues and repaired what needed to be repaired. After finding random shingles in my yard, I contacted Whitaker Roofing to see what was going on with my roof. They were very easy to work with and Nathan came out and took care of all the spots that were missing shingles. He ran into a snag with the sizing of the shingles, but came up with a solution that didn’t involve costing more money. So happy with their service and when I do end up needing a new roof, I will definitely use Whitaker Roofing again.

Whitaker Roofing has done great work for us. While living abroad, a house guest discovered a major leak from the roof coming inside. Sean’s team went above and beyond to remedy the situation quickly in the dead of winter. Most recently, we had them re-seal all the vents in our 20 yr old roof to avoid any possible forthcoming leaks. We appreciate their professional communication with fair estimates and quality work product they provide. We will use them again for all roofing needs!

Honest and fair. I was being told by another roofing company that my entire roof would have to be replaced because of some minor damage around solar tubes we had installed. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Whitaker Roofing and they told me all that needed to be done was some sealant around the tubes and vents. Paid a few hundred to have everything taken are of. They saved me $24,000 and my sanity. Great company to work with.

Their bid process was simple, the price competitive and the work exceptional. I was also impressed that they came out for the bid and flew a drone up to measure and properly estimate. (A competitor just looked a Google Maps view of my house for their estimate.)

Fast and Friendly. Most importantly didn't try to coax the insurance adjuster in an attempt to raise the price. Clean up was on point and follow-up visit's for inspection and any concern's happened within about a week. Highly Recommend.

Had wear and tear on part of our roof. Called Whitaker roofing and within 10 minutes they responded and booked an appointment. Had someone come out and evaluate our roof line. Said it really didn’t need a repair for probably two years but we opted to get a bid and get it taken care of. On the day that they were booked, they arrived on time and were here all day. Great communication and responsiveness from this company. Workers were professional and polite. Cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job.

This a great company to work with. The estimators are knowledgeable and friendly. The workers are careful and hard working. My garage roof is now sealed up tight with a new vinyl membrane that should last 20 to 30 years. The work was done efficiently and carefully. I did not bother to get a second estimate as Whitaker has a good reputation for quality work. I suspect the cost was a few thousand more than I might have found, especially with a fly by night outfit, but I do not have any worries about how well the work was done. Everyone I interacted with at Whitaker was considerate and knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future for any roofing need.

Excellent service. Showed up when they said and were very thorough in assessing my needs. The price was reasonable and not much more than the estimate even though more work was done than originally thought was needed.

The men were prompt, hard-working, cleaned up before leaving and polite. I am happy with the job they are doing.

Team doing work was great. Quotation did not list the shingles i have installed and another brand was brought to the site for the rework. It was corrected to have correct shingles delivered but this and not getting updated arrival after forecasted window expired (i had to call) is why not 5 stars.

I can't say enough good things about Whitaker Roofing! William came and did the estimate and walked me through step by step and showed me pictures. He explained everything so well and didn't talk down to me and was 100% honest. Alfonso, Nathan and Grant did the roof, it was done in like a day and a half. They were super respectful and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They even did little extra things to make their work the best it possibly could be and went above and beyond! Hate to say it but I hope I don't need them for a long time coming but if/when I do hands down I'll be going through Whitaker again.

When my roof was damaged in a storm, they were able to make repairs quickly and at a good price. They were easy to work with and communicated well, and the roof looks great.

4 stars; Whitaker did a partial roofing job for me, replacing the portion of my roof over my garage and patio. The rest of the roof, over the house, was done in 2004. Upon inspection, Whitaker told me the 2004 portion was still in very good shape and should last another 8-10 years. I appreciated getting a bid that was an honest assessment. This is why I called them back, 20 years later, to do my project. My current project took 1.5 days. The roof looks great and all matches nicely. The only thing I would say as a critique is that after day one of work, there were at least 5 nails on my driveway when I came home from work. Luckily no one in my family got a flat tire. There were also a lot of nails and tear-off debris in the area around where the dumpster was, which was in the road where street parking takes place. I cleaned that part up. Whitaker should have cleaned up better. It only takes a few minutes to sweep a driveway or use some sort of metal detector to make sure the residence is returned to a level of safety as it was prior to the project.

The technican came out and gave us a quote of $390. Then he immediately started work on the roof repair. It was completed in about 2 hours. He did an excellent job on the roof repair. He also reattached the ice dam cable to the roof.

Such great service!! William went above and beyond and communicated everything he did. We will definitely have Whitaker Roofing help us in the future.

This was a wonderful experience. They answer the phone, and come out and do the work when they say they are going to come. The work was perfect.

I tried to contact other roofing companies before Whitaker. Most didn't answer their phone. One of them returned my call. They scheduled him to come out. I thought he was coming out to do the work, but instead I waited a week to have an evaluation. Never heard from him again after the evaluation. Makes me wonder why that other company has good ratings and even stays in business.

Outstanding service start to finish. Removed our old swamp cooler with perfectly matched shingles. You can’t tell there used to be a swamp cooler in the spot. Quick, professional care. I would strongly recommend them.

The folks at Whitaker Roofing Services truly care about their customers. They replaced our roof about 15 years ago and did it in 3 days. The cleanup was so immaculate no one would have known they were here. In 2021, they removed our swamp cooler and roofed that area. Today, raccoon damage was repaired and Nathan even gave me some materials from his truck and advised me on further action to take to prevent expecting mother raccoons from gaining access to our attic. So Greg came right on time, even a bit early, to do our messy roof patch, and he was quick, quiet, efficient and knowledgeable. Not only that, he worked to find shingles that matched our original roofing, and, well, you cannot even tell that the roof has been patched!!!

I don’t often write reviews and going into it I thought of replacing our roof as a necessary but not necessarily satisfying expenditure, but this company is first rate, with a crew that is the hardest working team I’ve ever seen.
This was also the first time I’ve seen specialized machinery to load discarded debris quickly and very efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. Looking at the result I see a vast improvement with the new roof. I highly recommend Whittaker Roofing Services.
