Wheeler Fleet Solutions

Do not order a Ford P/N F87Z-2K005-DA from this company. Part DOES NOT fit as showed on their website. I got the correct p/n's for the vehicle from the 2 dealers, and Wheeler is telling me they are wrong. Wheeler's part is made in Taiwan and is not even close to the OEM part. Unfortunately this part is no longer available from Ford. I will no longer do business with this company.

My husband's card information was stolen and used here. The bank couldn't do anything to reverse the charges, and it was going to take a couple of days to file a dispute. I only called Wheeler Fleet Solutions to notify them of the fraud, I didn't expect them to be able to do anything about it.
The CSR Cody checked the information I gave him about the time and amount of the transaction. He then let me know that due to suspicious activity surrounding the transaction their fraud team had already flagged it, and that they would be more than likely to play ball on the dispute. This was already more than I was hoping for, so I thanked him and we ended the call for me to update my husband.
Within 5 minutes of that first phone call, Cody gave me a call back to update me, and let me know that because the transaction was caught before they shipped the order, the card wouldn't actually be charged, and the money was back in our account after less than an hour.
I dont need truck parts, but I will point all the people in my life who do here. My experience, however brief, was so nice, and I truely appreciate them going above and beyond to help me, even though I wasn't a paying customer.

I have been using Wheeler Fleet for months, They keep my starving fleet running, come thru in a pinch when you have exhausted all options. A++ Customer service. They just keep adding more and more. Hundreds of orders GREAT SERVICE THANKS

Terrible Experience! Ordered a Air Filter for our motor coach on a Freightliner Chassis. Their parts description lacked information and I was sent the WRONG ECO-BC filter. When I attempted to enter the part number it directed me to the smaller filter or a Wix filter instead of the Parker Racor. When I spoke to Heather the main thrust of the conversation was the 15% restocking fee and ship it back. I will pay return shipping will you send me a shipping label. NO, just ship it anyway, we have your money. So what I see is a version of bait and switch. You enter your desired part number and we will misdirect you! BE CAREFUL when doing BUSINESS with these people.

Great prices and items were sent in a timely manner. Easy to use website and cheapest prices than anywhere else I could find. Don't know what the deal is with the negative reviews but I have placed multiple orders and never had an issue. Solid service.

I ordered a part and needed it to come in real quick so I paid for 2 day ups shipping. It took 5 days to receive the part. I ended up loosing a whole weeks worth of work because the part took so long to come in. I tried reaching out several times to see what the hold up was and no one ever got back with me. Don’t offer 2 day shipping if it’s not going to be that way.

Ordered parts, was told my order was beeing prepared to ship. Month later had not gotten my item look at my visa statement and it was refunded 9 days after order. Went to there page and part is no longer listed. Contact the company they tell me my order is not canceled then 10 min later canceled it. I have had a fleet vehicle out of service 30 days over these clowns. It sounds like they don't inventory what they list. Making the mistake of ordering from them just cost my company a ton of down time and lost revenue. I won't be dealing with them again... if you don't have the part don't process the order!

Sent me a part without threads in the mounting holes. They did a return and reordered a new one. I was going to be in Pa in a week anyways, so offered to return it and grab my new one while I was there. This morning, I verified they close at 5 and not 6 like google maps said. I arrived at 430 and the doors at 409 (new order pickup and where I was told to go) are locked. Ran down to 501 (for the return) and the doors were locked. Ran up to the main office 384 and even though I was in the waiting room/receptionist desk, no one was there and no one was answering the buzzer. I gave up and called and cancelled my complete order. VERY DISAPPOINTED with wheeler’s misinformation that cost me $70 in toll road cost to try and make this work.

This place has truly went downhill. It was headed that way when I worked here. Poorly managed buildings with favoritism and they wonder why they can't keep anyone. Good old America. Buy it for cheaper somewhere else, sell it for way too high here. Products really aren't worth it, saw it first hand. Highly recommend buying parts elsewhere.

FAST transaction! Part worked perfectly and came with excellent directions! Saved us money because we could fix our item instead of replacing it!

Ordered two pieces of glass. Waited 11 days to hear they want $200 to ship.....So much for free shipping. Eleven days was long enough to ship the glass 3x over from a decent company. Last glass I try to buy from Wheeler. This place has poor customer service skills. Brian Schroeder
