Talked with someone on Saturday about fixing our awning & scheduled it on Sunday. Was fine with paying extra for weekend help. Filled out the agreement they sent through a link. Sunday comes around, didn’t hear anything from anyone and no one ever showed up to service the awning. A simple phone call or text would have been appreciated. Do not recommenced.

Pleasant disposition throughout the whole process Even troubleshooted two exterior lights that had no power since I purchased the camper a few years ago. Power and lights working! My wife and I were camping at Laurel Hill State Park, recently. When we were ready to leave, our levelers would not come up off the ground. We called Sterling RV Services, and they were able to come to the campground and repair the levelers. I highly recommend them for your RV Service needs.

Andy recently completed an inspection for us. He got us scheduled quickly, had great communication, and did a very thorough job! Will be using him again in the future!

Sterling was very prompt and on time to take care of our RV power issue. Andy did a great job of explaining what he was doing and made sure that I understood how he was fixing our issue. I have now had service on my RV performed by Andy on four occasions. Each time He arrived on time and successfully performed repairs and maintenance on my motorhome. During the latest appointment he correctly diagnosed a problem I was having with a MasterVolt Masterbus system. He also performed a few maintenance issues, all in a professional and timely manner. I would not hesitate to call on Andy for any repair or maintenance issues with my RV. He is honest and skilled.

Andy always responded in a timely fashion and notified me of his arrival time. He was very respectful and answered my questions with excellent knowledge in his field. Completed the work and cleaned up his work site. I would definitely ask him back when needed.

Sterling RV Services came to our Motorhome the day after we made contact. We had a rear slide issue and now it is operational again. Great service, polite and respectful. Information gained is invaluable. Will definitely use again when we are in the area.

The service is amazing, after a large RV repair shop told me he didn't feel like working on my fridge he gave me Sterling's number and I'm so happy they did cause the main problem wasn't the fridge and Sterling got it all fixed and in a hurry for us so we can make it to our camping trip we had scheduled. Andy from Sterling was great! He came to our campsite and repaired our mangled propane exhaust. Very knowledgeable and personable, and we still have hot water after traveling for a week!

Was told of Sterling R/V services from others in our campground. Went to website, prices were clear and services provided. Needed to have refrigerator repair done. Andy showed up on time and had fridge working in no time and since paid for whole hour of service also fixed both awnings that were starting to come loose. Before leaving realized refrigerator had quit working and performed diagnostic which revealed one of three fans was not working. Had a flat fee for diagnostic. Since he didn’t have part needed asked to have it ordered and follow up repair scheduled. Came back on scheduled day and fixed refrigerator. Have nothing but positive interaction with owner and service was stellar. Will recommend for anyone needing r/v repairs.

Sterling RV Services was amazing, quick, and efficient from start to finish! Our RV was out of our area and we found Sterling who was willing to drive all the way to Maryland. As a Multi Million Dollar company located in Charlotte, our Superintendent was stranded without Hot Water on site. Sterling prices were clear from the beginning and the technician, came with the parts we needed just based off of our diagnostic conversation! Our site was located 1.5 hours from Sterling. What a relief to hear it wasn’t going to be a two trip fix ( ie; with a first trip diagnostic, then another per mileage fee for the fix; Sterling was honest, fair, and an easy going company to work with. Highly recommend!

Great service and really easy to work with!
2 of my 3 slide-outs were not going out without having to push them manually, I called Sterling RV Services to see about scheduling mobile service but I was out of their service area, and the cost for travel would have been too expensive. Andy came up with a great idea to travel to a camp near him and then there would be almost no travel costs, which I agreed, which I’m glad I did.
As we came to find out, both gear boxes on the 2 slide-outs were stripped and needed replaced, and 2 of the cables on one of the slide-out was fraying , and needed to be replaced .
It took a day to get the replacement gear boxes, and once they were in, we were able to get them installed and all the cables correct tensioned, but since those 2 were frayed, they had to be replaced. So in total it took 3 days to get my slide-outs working perfectly, and the even with all the extra work that needed done, it still cost me less than I expected. If this had been a mobile service all, this would have been even more expensive and would have taken longer to get resolved.
All thru this Andy was showing me what he was doing and how to do it and what to watch out for, something I’m grateful for
I would greatly recommend Sterling RV Services and Andy for any work that you need done on your RV.

I would highly recommend Andy at Sterling RV Services. The air conditioner on my RV quit working over the Labor Day weekend - 90+ degrees outside. Even though I was out of his normal service area, he was willing to come out after hours to assist me. However, he was upfront and honest about part’s availability over the weekend and saved me from an expensive service call….he could have taken advantage of the situation and didn’t!

We really appreciate Andy and his quick response to our water tank issue. We were concerned about going this summer without hot water, however, Andy was able to solve the problem and save our water tank. We highly recommend him for any issue you might have.

We are full time RVrs and developed a leveling problem with our 5th wheel. Andy was able to come to our site, and after a time along with the Lippert reps on the phone, was able to pinpoint the problem. After replacing the faulty electrical board everything works. Andy came when he said he would be here, fixed the issue with my jacks and converter. Saved me having to buy a new converter. Andy also took the time to answer a few questions I had about the trailer. I would recommend his service for anyone who needs a repair of RV units.

So thankful for Sterling RV services! My inverter was fried and was preparing to go on a long trip. They worked with me to pre-order parts and have them ready to install. When they arrived they did a detailed analysis of the problem and installed a new inverter. Is working good as new again and I have a lot of confidence I can go camping in the heat with AC and Eletric now. Thank you very much for your efforts and professionalism.

I has Andy come out to my RV the other day. I has quite a few problems that needed attention.
Andy was very professional and addressed every issue I had. He got my AC up and running in the first hour. He went above and beyond on evert issue, he even cleaned a nasty soot problem on the outside of the RV!
The price was exactly what I expected (from his website), and I thought was very reasonable.

We have our RV 5th-Wheel hooked up in a semi-permanent location. It would have been very cumbersome to have to move it for service, so there are several small things we have just lived with or worked around over the past year. Unfortunately this time we had a power issue so it could not be ignored. We were thrilled to Google again this summer and find Andy’s mobile service. He came out, diagnosed our power issue as well as the other items on which we had deferred service, and gave us an estimate for the parts we needed. He provided a temporary fix for the power issue so we’d be back up and running. Once the parts were in, he promptly came back to our site, finished up the repairs, and we could not be happier with the quality of service. Andy is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Andy was a pleasure to work with! We called Andy with a water leak on a Friday evening and he came out the very next day on a holiday weekend no less. He showed up when he said he would and on time. We will definitely use him for all our RV repair needs in the future! Can't recommend enough!

He is professional and knowledgable. He always listens patiently and answers all my questions while he performs whatever service I called him out for. If you’re looking for the cheapest guy in the business he’s not for you but I promise he’s worth his reasonable prices. You can find someone cheaper but then you’ll call Andy anyway to fix it right!

Andy was able to quickly diagnose and fix our electrical issues we were having with our Jayco trailer. He also walked us through some of the other functions that we weren’t familiar with. Very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend his service.

Andy was very thorough and ensured everything was safe before he left. He was also very professional and fair in his pricing. We would absolutely use his services again.

Andy repaired an exterior storage compartment hatch/frame on my parents' motor coach, as well as the entire motor/track assembly on one side of my Winnebago's slideout (which turned into a bear of a repair), and he'll soon be back to replace a component within the Winnie's water heater unit.

All work thus far has been done on-site at our place, so he has spared us the hassle of having to move our camper and motor coach over 100mi to the nearest dealer. He also saved us the worry of wondering whether the repairs were done correctly and to manufacturer specification. He does things correctly because he's certified and has a background in the design and mechanics of RVs. Andy is highly technical from what I've gleaned and seems to enjoy the challenge of diagnosing, as well as repairing. This guy doesn't just guess and throw parts at a problem - He first inspects closely and researches to best assess the problem and how to tackle it.

And he's never afraid to say "I don't know yet, but I'll find out", which is reassuring. He gave us options in tiers of time/cost that we could choose from, as well as the likelihood (based on percentage) of a chosen option resolving the issue.

What else is there to say? Equipment? Just peeking into his rig it appears that he's got everything needed for even major repairs. Super tidy and organized, too.

Punctual? Of course. Usually shows within 5min of scheduled time, but he'll let you know if he's running late. Great communicator, patient, cordial. My 74yo father found him via google and the rest is history. We lucked out finding him.

Andy went above and beyond for us. He came to us and fixed our slide out after our system got stuck out and the pulley was detached from the wall. He not only insured we were able to get safely home but also that we wouldn’t have further issues opening and closing our slide. He was a really friendly guy and very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

The amount of care that Andy put into upgrading our camper trailer made the project into a great experience. He explained our options clearly, and he answered our questions thoughtfully. We were impressed with the quality of the work, and we are enjoying the upgrades.

We recently required service on our camper. We can’t say enough about Andy and the great job that he did with the new awning and roof repair. We were planning a trip in April, and our travel trailer was in need of serious maintenance. I presented Andy with several projects: replacing the water pump, replacing a roof vent, servicing the air conditioner, replacing the aged gas fittings for the propane, a new kitchen faucet, and replacing a damaged stabilizer jack. There was more, but you get the picture... He did it all, and Andy did it the right way. He not only did the work I asked him to do, he went beyond that to correct issues with plumbing and caulking I was unaware of.

Contacted Sterling RV about a 2 dpm leak on my bathroom faucet. Andy returned my call the same day. (This was Friday)
I sent pictures and he requested measurements. He ordered the part through his supplier. We made an appointment for the Following Monday. Monday morning I received a text that his supplier did not have the correct faucet. And that he would need to locate one from another source. He was able to find one from another source.
Made a new appointment to perform the work.
Andy performed the work perfessionaly cleaned up and left my RV with a professional looking job.
While he was there he looked at my thermostat and furnace and provided professional advice.
Andy arrived at the appointment on time and was very professional. Communications were excellent and he kept me informed every step of the way as to the status of the new part.

My slide out stopped working. I called a very respected RV repair service who had preformed work for me in the past. He looked at my repair and stated he could not repair it the RV would have to be taken into a shop. Andy came out to my place and in two visits he had the slide out working better than new. I've always been a DIY GUY but now with my health I can't even get on a ladder. He resealed our roof and worked our slides,between rainy days and we have no problems. He did a great job.
He also is getting an estimate for our three slides. Our trailer is on a permanent site and we would like to let the slides open all the time. I know how I would do it, and he thinks the same way I do. And FRIENDLY, doesn't leve you thinking. You know when he is done it's done right.

The onan guy took the engine apart and handed it back in pieces. That outfit charged $$$ and only created a lot more problems.

First time camper. Don’t know much about RVs. Bought a 30’ 5th Wheel. I asked for a consultation/orientation, remote from their facility, and they drove straight to my house. We are staying in Canaan Valley Resort Campground and woke to find that the RV toilet wouldn’t stop filling after being flushed. All water had to be shut down. We were referred to Andy and he did an outstanding job of diagnosing the issue from the phone conversation and quickly repaired it when he arrived. Really saved the weekend and trip.

We contacted Sterling RV repair and Andy was on our camp sight the next day to remove our storm damaged awning. He was nice to deal with and did an excellent neat job! He will contact us once he gets a quote ready for the replacements.

We had an issue with our fridge and Andy was quick to respond even though it was late in the day and he was an hour away. He showed up, came up with a plan, and came back a few days later and fixed the issue. Great communication, easy to work with, and has even checked in on us a couple of times since then. I would recommend his services (even though I hope I never have to use them again, ha).

Andy was great. He took the time to understand what our problem was and perform a thorough diagnosis. Even though our multiplex system was a new one that he had not worked with before, he did his research, learned the system, and got us fixed. He even took the time to help educate me as the owner.

Andy resealed the roof of our class B. He took photos of the roof prior to starting work and used them to point out some problem areas. He explained his process, then carefully and thoroughly cleaned the roof and our solar panels. He applied quality sealants with a high solids content, photographed the final state, and explained what he had done. He then advised us on some possible areas of concern in the future.
His demeanor was both professional and friendly. We were pleased with the high quality of his work, and plan to have him do additional work in future.

Had an emergency while traveling and Andy saved the day! He was extremely responsive, work was expertly completed, and the price was very fair, especially since it was a holiday weekend. Andy even took care of an unrelated issue, which saves us a future trip to the dealer for service.
