I was already a fan of Terry before he even did the estimate or started the roofing job, since he came the day I called to fix a leaky vent right before we were going to have a big rain event, and now his crew is doing the new roof, and they are not only very pleasant and respectful, but are so skilled and such diligent workmen and now I found out the 3-man crew are three brothers--what a great team!!Thank you

Whatcom Roofing replaced my roof and added gutter guards last fall. After experiencing my roof for four seasons, I can attest to the excellent quality of their work. The crew was friendly and fast and were always happy to discuss the project with me. They stayed with the project until it was complete and left my house and yard very clean. Their bid was quite reasonable and they stayed within their bid. Overall, I am very satisfied and can recommend Whatcom Roofing without reservation.

Terry and his crew were great to work with from the initial inspection to the finishing touches on our new roof. I would highly recommend Whatcom Roofing to anyone.

Intially, we thought we just needed some small repairs to the roof on the house we purchased in late 2021. Terry came out and gave it a thorough look, and provided information and helpful options for either repair or replacement (the roof turned out to the house's original from 26 years ago). He was candid and answered every question as we'd never had to re-roof a house before. This roof was near the end of its life.

After getting five bids for a re-roof, we went with Whatcom Roofing. The combination of quality materials, a solid reputation, fair price, responsiveness and willingness to answer every manner of detailed question was perfect. The crew was extremely professional and cleaned up daily, noting and documenting anything unexpected.

All in all, we're very pleased and feel we can face our first full fall and winter in the house with confidence that the rain will stay outside, and the new roof will continue to look great.

No WONDER this company gets all 5 star ratings! Terry saved us from having to do anything to our roof by making to our distant rental home and telling us nothing new was needed afterall! He was SO Pleasant and Professional! Certainly we'll use this company again.

I'd love to be writing a 5 star review, but multiple attempts to contact the company for an estimate, both on their website and phone, have had no response. I can only wonder if they are still in business?

Update: Thanks to Whatcom Roofing for their reply. However, as my review states, I did utilize their website contact tool- with no response . It's all moot now as I did find another roofer who responded in hours and had the repair done the same day.

Whatcom Roofing came through for us with flying colors!!!! This roof was pretty much a disaster. WE had another company look at it and then just basically walked away from it..Whatcom Roofing took it on..in record time,,beat the rains..and we have a Beautiful TPO roof now!!

We had used Terry for some roof repair work so asked him to bid when we needed a new roof. His team just completed our whole re-roofing! Terry was easy to work with as he responded promptly, provided a complete bid and was more than happy to answer follow up questions. His onsite crew was crazy fast and pretty darn clean for a roof crew! We found a few odd nails here and there, but they were very conscience about cleaning up each day and did a thorough job when they wrapped up. They also arrived and departed on time.
We don't have plans for another roof any time soon, so I am thrilled to recommend Terry and the team at Whatcom Roofing.

I first used Whatcom roofing when I bought my house. I asked Terry to inspect the roof before I purchased the home. He came very promptly and insisted that there was no charge for the service. I subsequently used him for minor repairs to the roof. Many roofing contractors won't do this. When it came time fore a new roof, I called Terry. They did a very good job. I highly recommend using them.

We really appreciated how Terry oversaw the entire project (roofing and gutter replacement) and kept us informed throughout the process. He even went beyond the call of duty to find us shingles in a particular color. We would certainly recommend him. He's done several roofs in our neighborhood.

I chose to have Whatcom Roofing re-roof my home because of their fair bid and their excellent rating--I was not disappointed with my choice. The workmanship is excellent and the workers were always polite and professional. Every evening they left everything clean and tidy.. I received the bill today and there were no surprise charges. or mark=up that is so typical for most jobs. Just an honest, professional job. I have already decided to have Whatcom Roofing do my daughters house. I couldn't be more happy .

A little over a year ago we had Terry come out and do some patch work on our roof to get us by until we could do the whole roof. His communication was incredible, so when it came time to replace the whole roof, there was no doubt that I would be contacting Terry. Insurance got involved due to the wind storms, and Terry worked well with our insurance agent to get the cost near to nothing out of pocket for us.

Whatcom Roofing recently installed 3600 square feet of roofing for us. The weather was uncooperative, but the workers were here every day from sun up to after sun down. They did an awesome job! This is the second time Whatcom Roofing did roofing jobs for us. We had them install a metal roof on two buildings at our previous address, and this time they installed a combination of metal and shingles, plus three skylights. We had a new roof put on our house this fall. Whatcom Roofing was recommended by our realtor, and we enjoyed working with them very much. They kept us in the loop about start date, and were easy to reach for the estimate and for other logistics. The roofers were friendly and punctual. They cleaned up the site well once they were finished. We were impressed with how quick the whole job was. They came in right at estimate, and had warned us in advance about anything that might make the price go up from the estimate so we wouldn't be surprised. And the roof looks great! Whatcom Roofing is the one to call if you want repairs done right and done now!! Terry is responsive and like the fire brigade, shows up ASAP. He knows roofing and we learned a lot from him after he showed us what the previous roofer had done wrong! Did I also mention that he is a great detective? Found the source of our leak; told/showed us the mistakes our initial roofer had made to cause our problem and did the repairs. Real test was a heavy down pour this week and no more water through the roof....Once again, this is the roofer to call for a job that is done right the first time and backed by tremendous service......THANK YOU TERRY!!!!

Terry did a great job of replacing our old, tired skylights. They look great and were put to the test recently with a couple of big rain and wind storms. They passed with flying colors. I would certainly recommend Whatcom Roofing for skylight replacement.

Whatcom Roofing (Terry) was fantastic. Roof was was installed by Whatcom Roofing nearly 20 yrs ago. Had a mysterious leak around skylights. Terry Came out a couple times and located and repaired it. Hasn't leaked since. Fantastic service especially since the installation was 20 yrs ago!!!!! Thank you so much

Terry is a quality contractor and individual. Two years ago he put a membrane roof on my flat-roofed home that I am very happy with after having had multiple problems with an old torch down product. More recently, he immediately responded to some damage caused by a neighbor’s wayward parachute lantern that had burned through a small part of the surface. He is friendly, skilled, and responsive. Can’t beat Terry and Whatcom Roofing. Of that I am convinced!

Terry is an awesome guy he came right away and repaired my roof I can tell he is professional & friendly and takes pride in his work! The insurance company told me to have him cover with tarp to fix later but he said it will cost over 200.00 more to tarp and he could fix it now to save me money! Thank you so much Terry I feel blessed to have you fix my roof!! The cost was under my deductible so I did not have to make an insurance claim!

Several months ago I had some leaks in a triple wide manufactured roof. Terry came over and inspected it. The problems were from the shingles along the edges where the units were joined together on site. Terry gave me an estimate for re roofing and said that otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape(14 years on a 25 year roof) He showed me to fix the problems myself. After he left I thought it over and since I am not as spry as I used to be asked him to do the repairs/maintenance. H did so for a small sum and I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. I then asked him to put gutters on a 14'70' older mobile home which he did at a good price and with good workmanship. From my experience I recommend this company to all that need work done

Great roofer, very personable, got to us within two days of calling on him for a non-emergency job. Would (and have been) recommend him to everyone!
