Called four times and left messages letting them know I needed a quote for gutters and not even a call back. I understand if a business has too much work, and is busy, but not even a simple call in return to let a perspective customer know, is just lack of basic respect.

We originally called one company and they said they would be months out due to where we were located and they would call. After those weeks went by they never called or answered our emails that we sent. But luckily in the man time I found an ad for Whatcom Gutters and called right away! The gal that answered was so incrediably kind and said she could get us in fast. We were very excited to use this company based off the gal and her excellent customer service!! Unfortuantly the orginal company we called showed up while we weren’t home and put gutters up so we couldn’t use whatcom gutters anymore. But now we know— Call Whatcom Gutters FIRST. Thank you all for your help, it was greatly appreciated, and I apologize for wasting your time! If I could I’d rip the gutters down all over again so I could use you guys instead!

I have been working on a home addition the past 6 months and they are only the second contractor I have hired. My work is very high quality and I expect the same from others. The folks at Whatcom Gutter did a fine job - the installer was very professional, and made sure to give the gutter the proper pitch AND not look skewed in relation to my fascia board. I never got his name because the job went so quickly. The gals in the office were helpful when it came to choosing the right color and processing the payment. I would use them again for sure.

They came through in a pinch after two other local companies flaked out allowing us to close on our house as scheduled. I wish I had found this place first as they provided much better service, showed up when they said they were going to and the gutters look great. I highly recommend Whatcom Gutter & Construction Co. for anyone looking for new gutters.

Whatcom Gutter is a GREAT company to use on your biggest investment; your home. Office Manager is very professional, helpful, and friendly; she is great to work with. Gutter installation was done very professionally and looks great. Service is top notch and installation was complete on my home and shop in just a few days from the first time I called.
