We heard a loud noise but couldn’t see anything wrong until putting laundry away in ensuite and found it! A large piece of ceiling in shower came down, bringing us to the conclusion it was result of heavy rain and wind. We needed to find a roofer to come find problem on roof. Marc pulled one of his crew from a job to come see what caused our problem. They were here within 24 hours and had the problem fixed. I was pleased they were able to do a repair and not the whole roof. If it does need it down the way, we will be calling Peakmasters to do it. Thanks to Marc and his crew for the quick response.

Elmer and his crew were a pleasant and very hard working crew. Elmer was approachable to any questions/concerns I had about the job so that was appreciated.
Communication could be improved. Without any notice or message they just showed up one morning in October to do the roofing.
An important email regarding my questions about gutters was not responded to for a month (when I asked Marc about this at the job site he said that they would return in the summer to install a repair). I will update this review if they do return.
Some minor issues like 2 different styles of bath vents installed (1 plastic with a damper and 1 metal with no damper), some nails and screws leftover on driveway and had a minor water leak during the install.
Overall I am quite satisfied with Peakmasters roofing work and would recommend them.
