We were lucky to find Parker, who unlike the other local businesses we contacted never even got back to us. He replied right away and was knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we were after and sent us a quote one hour later, which by the way was much less than the other quotes we got. In this day and age it is so refreshing to find someone that actually wants the work.

There was no hidden costs and they stood by their quote.
The crew was always punctual and ensured the roof and site was properly secured when they were done for the day.

Did not show up for the prebooked repair appointment for leaky roof issue, did not call either.
When my wife called Elliot, he kept repeating over and over and over... again what a small job we are and has difficulty in honoring the appointment, even with the prebooking.
Taves Roofing was able to help us within half an hour from calling them, Cory was amazing, respectful and actually properly diagnosed the true cause for the roof leak. We will give them priority with the new roof to be done.

Super thrilled with the product and service of this company. They installed a PVC product for my low sloop roof and were very quick and professional. I didn't have to manage them at all as they were quick and always left the work site clean.

This year we had to replace our roof, as expected this is a daunting task, we were nervous how much it would cost and in an older house you never know what could go wrong but Direct Roofing and their team did an outstanding job. They stuck to the budget ! And their quote was extremely competitive, when we did run into the odd extra cost because of the age of the house we were presented with options. These guys worked in extreme temperatures, showed up early and the whole team was an absolute pleasure. We really couldn’t recommend Direct Roofing anymore I’m so happy I came across them and I will use them in the future for metal installation on other parts of the house. If you’re considering using them I wouldn’t hesitate!

I contacted Direct Roofing to inquire about getting my roof, gutters, downspouts, and facia replaced / updated. The initial quote was very quick and comprehensive and it was clear Parker knew what he was doing. The work done on the roof, which was the whole meal deal, was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided including the follow up. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Repair service is good, after they came and repaired the roof on February 2022, no more leaks on roof so far.

Really disappointed in a local company like this to see a grey F150 speeding and swerving like a maniac and then on top of that flipping off other drivers.... real professional guys! Not the kind of characters you want in such an important business as waterproofing residential and commercial projects.....

Parker and Malcolm were great. I gave this company a call early morning, got a call back relatively soon after. Explained my issue to Parker who was very understanding and said they could be out within 2hrs. They were on time, and very professional. They quite quickly found the source of the leak and inspected other areas to ensure no other issues existed. All of this was done within their initial service charge so they are very cognizant and respectful of the time and billing. Would highly recommend for any roofing service you require. Thanks

We have a 47 yr old home and the roof was nearing it’s 2nd life span. After getting the run around by another roofing company I decided to give Direct Roofing a quick e-mail for a quote request.
The next day Elliot called and we arranged a date to meet. Elliot was on time, professional, answered all our questions and had a product/warranty package prepared to leave with us. That same day he followed up with a quote, which was competitive to other quotes we received.
The following week they completed our new PVC roof with new facia boards, downspout catchments and flashing. You couldn’t even tell that they were there. Clean up everyday, no debris left, and they made sure to cover our new deck to protect it.
Great team, exceptional workmanship and price exactly spot on.

My parents needed a new roof. I found Direct Roofing on google and became in contact with Elliott. Not only was Elliott's customer service exceptional, I did not feel pressured or stressed with such a big expense. Elliott was always very good at communicating with me and made sure I always knew what was going on with the replacement process. The crews that came on site to my parents house were hard working, professsional and very friendly. Elliott also made daily visits to make sure the project of replacing the roof went smoothly. The job was done in 3 days and we are so happy with the end result. Excellent company to work with. Reasonable price and good quality roofing and installation. We used them to remove cedar shakes and install asphalt shingles. Very responsive to an issue we had 6 months after installation (not due to workmanship, but rather a poor choice in roofing type for our roof), they replaced the roof within a few weeks! Would strongly recommend Direct roofing to others.

Best quality, service and price on the market. I loved that Elliot did a transition with his team on the day of the install and the team did an exceptional job. My neighbors to the left and right of me just had their roofs done by two different companies and didn't like the install. We are grateful for the job Direct Roofing did for us. I needed to get some metal roofing done and came across Direct roofing. After a quick email quote based off of sq-ft, I set up the time for them to come out and make the standing seam sheets to spec at my house with the longest being 23'. I sent them pics before so they were able to make up the flashings before hand so it was a one stop shop. They were fast, on time and very helpful when I had questions regarding my install. I was able to get this roof done for a fraction of what it would have cost me to get it installed by someone and it was super easy to do.

I phoned to make an appt to have my roof looked at . They said they would come in the next day or two and give me a quote , but they didn’t show up at all let alone give me a quote , not even a call to say they couldn’t make it .I phoned back and never received a response. There work is probably good ,I don’t know I didn’t hire them ,but people who don’t respond are frustrating.

BEWARE TEHY DON'T ANSWER YOUR CALLS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!
We used Direct Roofing to install a new roof 3 years ago. They did a good job installing the roof in a fairly timely fashion. They also installed new gutters and downspouts. The seals in the corners of the gutters started to leak in a few spots this spring. Since the gutters came with a 5 year warranty I called them in the spring to have someone come and replace the seals. This is a small job to do so it wouldn't take up much time. I called 3 times and each time they said they would have someone come out to fix the problem, No one ever showed up. I assumed they wee busy due to the summer season being the busy season for roofing but it would have been nice to have been told so. Anyways I waited until the fall to call again and they said someone would call me back. Even after I told them I had called 3 times before no one has bothered to call me back. So if you are thinking of using this company beware that if you have a problem they may never come and fix it.

The crew worked very hard and answered all my questions . The clean up was excellent and I am so happy with the end product. Highly recommend this company .

Direct Roofing came out on an early Saturday morning to fix the leak in the roof. While up there they checked out and fixed some issues and pointed out some problem areas. I decided to with Direct Roofing to replace the roof. Elliott was very professional, and had good suggestions. The crew came on time and worked very hard to get the roof done as quickly as possible. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that they cleaned up so well there wasn't any nails or debris around the house.
I am impressed with this company's competence and customer service.

Very quick to come to my house to visualize/ confirm the very small leak I had around my brick chimney. (1 day after leaving a message with their answering service and specifically stating it was NOT an emergency.)
Beware that some visits entail a $185.00 service fee depending on the circumstances.
I was told by them that lots of people just want an assessment of a leak and then will fix it themselves or go to C. List for a cheaper contractor.
I did get a verbal quote that took all of 10 minutes to determine .but it was beyond my budget so I gratefully declined.
I also easily got 2 other quotes for no charge/ sales pressure. I cant imagine getting the standard 2 to 3 quotes for a roofing repair and paying almost $ 200.00 each time as an inspection fee!
Other than that, beware their website implies they have 5 locations but was told they are just PO boxes (mailing addresses).,...interesting.
Update :
These multiple "mailing addresses" quickly disappeared off their web site after calling them out on it.

Fantastic crew ! they patched our leak on a Thursday, and finished re roofing our house over the weekend . They went above and beyond what was expected. Great job start to finish .

Professional and personable service from start to finish. Elliot thoroughly presented all information and gave us addresses of jobs he had previously done in order for us to make an informed decision on roof type and colour. There was no pressure to choose one roof over another. Our job was a relatively small one but we were assured that we would have a place in a line with all jobs, not be "fit in" between larger jobs, which can be the case. Our job was done sooner than we expected because the company took advantage of a clear break in the weather. The crew that completed the word was friendly, efficient and professional. They left the area cleaner than before they started. Elliot even offered to power wash our driveway, although the algae had nothing to do with their work. We are so pleased with the roof that we are having the company replace our gutters to better suit the new roof. Dealing with this company has been a positive experience.

In abbotsford we had wind storm last month and our skylight glass broke and flew off with the wind. I had my roof open and it was so windy and dusty plus there was a snow warning issued and it was past 3 pm on saturday when everybody is about to go home and relax .i called at few places but nobody wanted to do it as the wind was 100 km/hr. But he understood how important it was for me and he agreed to fix it in the evening. He told me that he was actually done for the day and was with his family . I really appreciate his professionalism and his kindness .

Direct Roofing were such a pleasure to deal with! We ordered metal roofing and flashing etc for our residential roof project in Vancouver and it was a great experience. Jared was friendly, polite, quick to respond and had helpful advice. They processed our order quickly and delivery went very smoothly, all for a reasonable price that was less than we would have paid ordering through one of the lumber supply stores. We would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!

Workmen were polite helpful and super efficient. Work started in sunny weather and last days were in constant rain. These gentleman only came off of the roof when the rain was torrential.
The gutters and property were cleaned after the work was completed.

The lead for our team went above and beyond the job making sure tarps were nailed down each night and communicating with us about timing and work hours and trying not to create inconvenience.
