Team was dispatched & here in less than an hour after we called for help with our flooded basement. We just had a radon system installed by Jr and Ken and could not be more pleased with the service. Jr was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our options and the process when he provided the quote. JR and Ken did an amazing job on my radon mitigation system. JR was very informative on the initial visit to make sure I was aware of my options. Upon installation JR worked with me on options to route the ventilation pipes. I’ve already measured a significant reduction in Radon!

Ken, Jr, and Ethan came out to install an ERV in my home today. They drove over an hour to do this because I could not find anyone else to do this for us locally. They were very respectful to my home and overall very kind. JR explained things thoroughly and made sure I understood that it was installed differently for radon and may get HVAC folks that question the installation method, so way to be proactive guys! The unit makes our small room more cluttered but for clean, healthy air it's a small price to pay. Thank you all for being good to us!

We contacted RCS for radon mitigation services.

They scheduled an appointment that fit our schedule, to assess our residence and provide a quote. JR arrived as scheduled, very professional and knowledgeable about radon mitigation services. All questions and solutions were discussed and we felt comfortable with the quote we received. We hired RCS to perform the installation.

JR and Ken arrived as scheduled to perform the installation, explained the steps of the process and asked if we had any questions or concerns. They promptly completed the installation with professionalism and care, and no disruption to our daily routine.

Prior to installing this system we had a reading of 14 pci/l, this morning our reading is 3.4 pci/l.

Our basement flooded from an outside water main break and they were here within 2 hours of being called helping to clean, move, and dry everything. They then spent 3 more days clearing out and cleaning all of the mud left behind. They offered several other services to lighten the load off of us and check for radon gases. Ken Ethan and Zek were professional through the whole experience, took care of all of our belongings, and double checked before moving or throwing anything away. They answered all of our questions and kept all of the estimated time frames given to us.

We had a water leak under our bathroom toilet recently. We called RCS for help and they showed up the next day. It was determined that since our house was built in 1956 the tile in the bathroom probably contained asbestos. After getting confirmation from an outside lab that is was asbestos, RCS had an outside company come in to remove the asbestos tile. In two days the old tile was removed and RCS installed new flooring and the plumber came in and put a new toilet in. Rich and Zeke did the work for RCS and they were excellent. Two very professional workers. I would recomment RCS very highly.

This was the best decision I made when calling RCS. I had a sewer backup in my finished basement. Ken, Zek & Rich went right to work. They were careful of my property, and explained everything they were doing. They worked quickly & effectively. I highly recommend this restoration service.

Woke up to our basement full of water and our insurance company recommended Restoration contracting services. They responded quickly with call back and Ken and Paul came out directly to assess the damage . They are very informative and easy to work with and able to start the process right away so no mold or further damage would set in.

Three days ago, we noticed that the carpeting in our downstairs game room was wet. I contacted RCS the next morning, and within an hour two of their employees were at our house. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a water heater issue) and set up fans and dehumidifiers in the game room and adjacent laundry room. They came back the next day to check on things, and then again this morning, when they removed the machines. Everything is fine now. I can't say enough about Ken and Paul. They were very professional and friendly, explaining everything to me as they worked. I give RCS and its employees the highest possible recommendation!

We were happy with the services provided by RCS in repairing our home. Zeke kept the team on track and was very accommodating to our schedule and concerns about what needed repaired. Rich, Gabe, Paul and Ken all helped the project to be completed to our satisfaction. We are happy with the final results and glad to have our home restored to it’s original condition.

My Radon levels were double the action limit and the lab recommended RCS. Junior came out to do an estimate and explained how a system worked. He answered all my questions and had an estimate back to me that same day. The estimate had the worst case scenario pricing on it with the standard pricing so I knew what the maximum cost of the project would be.

On install day, Junior and Gabe did a great job putting in the system. They let me know what was going on and cleaned up when they were done. I got an overview of what to look for to make sure the system was working and another kit to retest the levels.

The Radon levels dropped below the normal outdoor levels! I couldn't believe how well it works. If you have a Radon issue, RCS is a great company to work with.

As an insurance agent, I would recommend the services of RCS to all my clients. Coming into the office Monday morning to find water pouring in from the roof is not an ideal way to start a week. But the quick response and professional approach of RCS allowed us to keep the office running with minimal disruption. I hope I never need their help again, but if I do, I have full confidence in their service and I won't hesitate to call. Thank you to RCS and especially Gabe, Rich, Zeke and Paul.

This is the second time we've enlisted RCS for water mitigation, and the service provided on both occasions was truly five-star. Punctual (a rarity among contractors), efficient, clear in communication and explanations, and boasting excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. This time, Gabe, Richard, and Paul delivered excellent service over the course of the few days it took to dry floors, ceiling, and walls.

We hired RCS to install a Radon reduction system in our house. Junior & Gage were very professional, and had the system installed within a few hours. The pricing was fair and even though it was raining outside, they were very conscience and completed everything without tracking any dirt into the house and did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area. I would definitely recommend RCS to anyone needing their services.

I contacted RCS for radon abatement. Michael Bonura Jr. and Paul arrived at the time. They first took a few minutes to walk me through what they were going to do (step by step) and answered all my questions. The two were very professional, and their craftsmanship was to perfection. They cleaned the site area better than it was prior to their start. They took their time to explain the installed system, and a few follow up Instructions. If a friend were in need of one of their services, they would come highly recommended. They will definitely be my first call!

RCS repaired damages from a water leak in my basement. The repairs included drywall, trim and custom cabinetry. I’m very pleased with their work and want to commend Zeke, Rich, Paul, Gabe, Ken and Mike Sr. for their efforts. They truly restored my basement.

RCS arrived promptly after our call that we had a water pipe burst in our home. They cleaned up debris and mopped up excess water. They even took the trash with them for disposal. There was damage on 3 floors, and they quickly provided enough fans and dehumidifiers to dry floors, walls, ceilings and steps and to prevent any mold from forming.
Zeke and his crew of Ken, Paul, and Rich were all knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, and professional. The equipment ran for 4 days, which included a weekend day. Each day, prior to arriving to check on moisture and humidity levels, they would call and give an (accurate) time of arrival.
Their restoration process and service were first class, and I highly recommend calling them in a crisis.
We will soon have RCS help with the reconstruction of damages. I am confident we will receive the same level of service.

Finding an unexpected swamp in our basement has been stressful. But our experience with RCS has been anything but! The team came out very quickly, helped to locate the pipe that burst, turn off the water, remove water from the house, dry things out completely, remove damaged areas and protect the house going forward. Now they’re helping us prep for repairs. Throughout the process they were communicative about when they would be here and informative about what was going on, what they were doing, and what the next steps would be. We are so thankful for Ken, Gabe and Paul for all of their hard work!

RCS performed a clean, neat and effective radon mitigation install in my house. Junior put together a solution that minimized floor footprint and both he, Ken and Dani were kind, courteous and professional throughout the process. Mike Bonura Jr. came onsite to look at my basement and was extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding the radon mitigation process. He answered my numerous questions and was very patient with me as we discussed and determined the best layout for the system installation, both inside and outside. I received a written proposal, had an opportunity to ask a few more questions and then scheduled a time for services. Mike was also on the job and took additional time to review all placement locations for the system before starting the actual work. The job was completed within a single day. It is a very quiet system, both inside and out and my post testing levels were less than .6%. A very successful radon mitigation system for my home. I am quite satisfied.

Used this company before and won’t be using them again. Had a small water damage spot on a wall/ceiling. They’ve had different employees out over the last two weeks to complete the job. Some employees are great about cleaning up after themselves and wearing shoe coverings. Others leave a mess and walk all over your house in dirty shoes. Employee named Rich put his dirty paint equipment on my kids toy table and used our restroom without asking (I would not have minded if he would have asked but you shouldn’t wander around someone else’s home) and also walked on my carpet with his shoes on. Barely swept up leaving a mess for me to clean and did not mop dirty shoe prints off my hardwood floor before leaving today. Really unprofessional and did not treat my home with respect. I guess it depends on which employees get sent to your house. Beware!

Ken and Gabe were super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They explained the issue and repair in detail to help us understand better. They were very clean and even cleaned the floor since it was raining outside. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Mike Kiley and Kenny were fantastic! They did an amazing, thorough job cleaning my basement and removing and treating the mold. They were respectful of my property and belongings, communicated clearly throughout the process, and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves better than any other repair company I have ever used! Both Mike and Kenny were very professional and friendly. RCS was committed to ensuring the mold was gone and retested multiple times to be sure the job was done. They responded well to a miscommunication issue regarding covered services. Purchasing my new home in Pittsburg. There were high Radon levels and we were close to closing when we found out. I worked with Jr. at RCS who explained the process and insured that the problem could and would be resolved by RCS. And that is exactly what happened. I was out of state and Jr. provided test and service until the levels were reduced even better than I expected. I soooo appreciate folk who tell you the truth. Even better, when they do what they say. That is RCS (Restoration Contracting Services, Inc.) my new go too.

Clean up after a stolen vehicle hit and totaled 3 of ours on our residential street. Great response time. It was in February so there was snow. Pretty good removal of the debris but they said they would come back once the snow melted to pick up the remnants but never did. Paid by the insurance company.

Junior did a fantastic job of explaining, servicing and fixing the basement radon issue at the lowest possible intrusion leveraging what we already had as infrastructure.

Solved the problem and the updated reading was exponentially lower after his updates.

I contacted RCS for mold inspection and water leak cleanup. Boy, was I surprised when Ken showed up within 2 hours of my call! He was very professional and thorough with his explanation of the process. He was in constant contact to make sure I knew what was happening. My garage is dry, and I am sure I will be just as pleased when RCS returns to make the final repairs on my drywall.

I didn’t catch the name of the office staff I talked to when paying but they were friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend this company!

I was very pleased with the end results. The individuals that came out to my house were also very patient and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. With the brutal weather this winter, I had a situation where ice dams caused water to leak into my house in 2 rooms. We called RCS the night we noticed the leak and they were out the next morning to take care of the damage. Mike and Nathan were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing, took pictures and followed up promptly. They also came back each day to log moisture readings until both rooms were 100% dry. I would highly recommend RCS for any type of water damage restoration. Mike and Nathan were excellent.

Mike and Nate did a fantastic job helping us weather this stormy winter! We had water getting into our back room as our gutters were all iced up and Nate and Mike provided ice damming removal and drying out the back room. We really lucked out with landing on RCS- they were on time, professional and thorough. 10/10 would recommend and work with again!

Raw sewage in my basement was my worst nightmare as a germophobe. I called late at night and the phone was answered by a kind woman named Penny. The team (Ken and Zeke) were there first thing in the AM. They tirelessly cleaned for hours until I was satisfied with everything. Our home had interior water damage due to ice jams. The company immediately schedules is a appointment the same day. Mike and Nate arrived with a couple of hours.. they were very professional, respectful and accountable. I highly recommend this company.

We had a pipe break causing damage to our Kitchen ceiling. Our insurance company scheduled the repair work. Boy did we get lucky with Rich and Ken. First, we were scheduled for a day with the worst snow storm and they still came. They had to shovel the street and part of my driveway to get the vehicles parked. They also shoveled and swept the steps and porch so as not to track in any mess.
They did a fantastic job on the ceiling, you can not even tell there was ever any damage. Not only that, I think my kitchen and house were cleaner when they left then when they came.

Our newly built home had very high levels of radon. We decided to install a mitigation system from RCS and Mike Jr came out for a consult appt to see what system we needed then he came out with another worker who installed our system. We have since checked our radon levels multiple times and we no longer have radon in our home! The levels are below .015 which is practically nothing. We are very happy with the results and would recommend RCS!

I could not be happier with the services I got from RCS! We had some severe water damage due to an overflowing toilet (water and damage went to first floor and into the garage and basement). Mike came out within a few hours of me calling on a Sunday morning to setup drying equipment before too much damage was done. Mike and Kenny also came back regularly to check on how quickly everything was drying out so I wasn't stuck with the equipment/charges for longer than necessary. Heaven forbid I'm ever in the same boat again, I will not hesitate to call RCS! They are AMAZING!!

This company attempted to charge me for work that was never done. The work that they did do seemed very rushed and sloppy. They caused more damage to my home and did not fix it. They said they cut drywall out and never did. They said they treated for mold but when another company cut the walls they found extreme cases of mold. They only want quick insurance money and do not care about your home.
