What a fantastic company to work with. I needed a complete bathroom remodel on an older home & Ben was up for the job. He removed cast iron tub and installed a walk in shower, replaced pipes, toilet, sink and floor. Even removed the old wallpaper. My bathroom looks great and I am very pleased. Ben & Jake were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend. Will use him again on future projects. Thank you so much.

My furnace went out on the coldest day of January 2025 i woke up to 35 degrees in house. Called bens he was there within an hour. Got my furnace up and running temporary. Explained my 27 year old furnace needed replaced. Gave me a quote came back following week and installed new furnace. Couldn't be happier with the service and quick response. Would gladly recommend bens to anyone I know. Thanks again great job.

I got my kitchen remodeled and they are very professional. My kitchen looks great and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend.

We had a plumbing issue over the weekend. My husband called several plumbers and all he got was either a voice mail or a lady who had no answers except that he would either have to wait till Monday or pay weekend hours of $500+ just to come over.

Well, he tried one more call and got Ben. Not only did he talk my husband how to clear the jam in the pipes, but saved him a $500+ fee.

Ben's suggestion cleared the pipes and advised him to do the same procedure once a year. Who does that? He's clearly an honest and knowledgeable person. Kudos to you sir.

We'll eventually have to replace the terra cotta, but that can wait till 2025.

My furnace stopped working after 20 years this past Sunday night. I called Ben's first thing Monday morning and he was at my house by 8am to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, I had gotten my money's worth out of my current unit. Ben replaced my furnace and had me up and running by Wednesday afternoon! At a more reasonable price than I had been quoted by other contractors. They're fair, honest, and very reasonable. I'd recommend to anyone!

I called Ben to unclog a drain, fix a toilet, look at my water heater and some other little things. He was very thorough in what he fxed and telling me what I need for my water heater. He was very honest and was very informative. I will definitely use him again.

Ben did an amazing job in fixing my dad's AC a few weeks ago and then a part in the furnace that was preventing the AC from blowing throughout the house. It's a old unit, so he went above and beyond in finding the part through the manufacture of the unit itself quickly. He's done work for my family throughout the years and has always done an excellent job. I wouldn't recommend anyone else when it comes to these type of things!

Ben and Zack remodeled my bathroom and did a fabulous job working with a small space. The company was easy to work with, made zero mess to clean up and finished the job in a timely manner!

We decided to have a tub removed and a walk in shower installed.
We read the reviews on Ben's Plumbing and saw that they offed what we were interested in.
We called and Ben came almost immediately to discuss options. Once we decide on what we wanted and what was best for our walk in shower. orderd what we needed for the job.
Once it was out time to be scheduled Ben and Zach came out and removed the old cast iron tub and was able to have someone there to get the scrap from it.
Zack worked hard and had the ceramic tile up in a few days as well as building a seat for inside the walk in .
Both Ben and Zach were very polite and respectful of our home ,they used drop cloths and always cleaned up after they were done.
Please understand that they are not a huge place that goes off advertising their work. So you may have to wait until it's your turn for the job. It's worth the wait. Plus it's always best to support local businesses.
My husband and and I are very satisfied with the work they put into it.

Ben did a WONDERFUL job and I could not recommend him more! Earlier this week he installed a new AC/furnace for my husband and I. Ben and Zach came out the day after I called, and despite being out of their normal area. They fixed my patched up and leaking pipes, up to code, no more leaks, noise, smells! They did not go over the estimate and they were friendly and knowledgeable.

We recently had Ben’s Plumbing build us a permanent roof and new deck. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and his and his workers professionalism. As the work was going on, we added items and they were very accommodating and worked with us on these additions. I would recommend using them for your home renovations. You will not be disappointed.

Ben and his assistant Zack provided services to connect a pool heater to my existing gas line. I can’t say enough good things about Ben’s work ethic, knowledge of requirements, honesty, pricing and professionalism. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and when he figured out a better less costly way to do it, even adjusted the price and saved me some cost! If only more contractors were like him, we wouldn’t have to read about all the rip-off artists out there! If there are any future projects for me that fall within his abilities he will be my first call!

My wife and I heartily recommend you consider hiring Ben’s Plumbing, Heating and Remodeling if you need major work done in your bathroom.

We were in a bind when we first contacted Ben. A year prior, we had started on a major bathroom remodeling (replace tub and shower using tile instead of tub surround, replace sink/vanity, add tile splashguard around sink, and replace storage cupboard and light). We bought a bathtub, several boxes of ceramic and glass tile, a vanity, faucets and all of the related equipment. However, after tearing out the old tub and surround, the original contractor was not able to complete the work, leaving us stranded. Additionally, the floor of the shower we were using in the basement as an alternative to the upstairs shower cracked near the drain, causing water damage. Luckily, for us, Ben (and his son) came to the rescue.

Initially, he was a little reluctant to pick up a project that someone else had started. However, seeing the situation we were in, he fortunately agreed to do the job.

He gave us an initial estimate and a timeframe for when he could start the work. He noted upfront that the estimate could change 15 to 20 percent, based on extras and unexpected things that come up during the course of the job, especially in an older home.

His projected timeframe to start the project pretty much hit right on, as did the overall cost of the work. He was able to work with the material already purchased to complete the main bathroom remodeling. He also was able to show us a variety of options to replace the basement shower surround, and place the order for the one we selected. In addition, he came up with great solutions when unexpected issues arose during the course of the overall project

Ben and his son are quality professionals and people. In today’s world of long lead-times for material and even longer lead-times to get a contractor, you can’t go wrong by reaching out to Ben.
One more thing. Some people whistle while they work. Ben sings while he works.

Fixed leaking water line to toilet and replaced an expansion tank on hot water tank. Quick, pleasant and reasonable. Will definitely use Ben in future.

I didn’t use his services but I was having an issue with my water heater. Called several plumbers, no response or they were to booked. The company that installed my water didn’t respond to my calls either. Ben called me back promptly, I didn’t even leave a voicemail, I explained to him my issue. He then told me what was probably wrong with it and what to do. When I got home I did what he said and it worked! What a Honest man. He could’ve charged me to come look at it and just took my money but he didn’t. I would definitely recommend him and would definitely call him to do work in the future if I have anymore issues.

In my 55 years, I have never written a review, but knew I needed to do one for Ben.

Ben and his assistant Zach, replaced my old claw foot tub with a new shower unit.

My house is old, most things were from the original build. Some things were updated 40 years ago, by family members. Which means not done correctly. Ben and Zach handled everything with a sense of humor and hummed their way through.

When the stress of the re-construction was showing on my face, they were quick to re-assure, make me laugh and confirm “it is our job to make difficulties look easy.”

From my very first contact with Ben, through the ordering process and the finished product, Ben was awesome. He kept me updated and explained things along the way. Total professionalism.

Excellent job on our bathroom. Did just what we wanted, very knowledgeable, experienced. Some other contractors hesitated about being able to do what we wanted. We are very happy with ths finished job. They were professional, well mannered, trust worthy and on time.

We had a furnace and ac installed in our new house. Ben was very professional and responsive. We had called several places and left messages and never got a response. Ben was the first to respond and gave us pricing options and a timeline. We also got another quote from a big company and the guy who came out was not very helpful. You could tell we were just another contract to him. Ben answered all of our questions, which took a few different phone calls and never once lost patience with us. Once we hired him and he came out he was very nice and tidy with the job. We were very satisfied and would recommend him for any hvac or any other work. We will definitely have him come back for any remodeling needs.

Ben is amazing the whole company is great remodeled my tub to a shower and the tile work is amazing and looks way better then I would of ever excepted. Great service very down to earth Bens wife was a wonderful help picking out tile that matched the design boarder I wanted overall great experience and fast and efficient.
