They were excellent contractors to work with. We had a full roof replacement on our craftsman home. They handled everything with our insurance company so we didn't have to and made sure all repairs were done to code. They were fully transparent about all extra items needed and dealt with the insurance company to get it covered. They were very responsive, and clear up front about cost and availability. Their team arrived at about 6:30am, prepped the house and worked until 830pm leaving our yard as clean as it was before they came. I would recommend Western Summit roofing any day of the week.

Western Summit Roofing has been nothing but superb to work with. With all the rain and hail that we’ve had this season, we were wanting to move fast with a new roof. They did all the leg work and contacted our insurance company and we had a new roof within two weeks. Will was great to work with, and he kept in good contact throughout the process. Edit: I see that Western Summit responded to my review. The reason they don't have a record of working with me was because the work was paid for by the seller of our house, not by me directly. I stand by my review.

Do not use this business. I have a one year old roof with improperly installed vent covers that blew off in the first wind storm. They didnt return phone calls until I filed a better business bureau complaint. Then called to say they are travelling in India and would be back in business in 6 months to a year. Ask yourself if these are the people you want providing the warranty on your roof? Awful business, sloppy product and terrible customer service.

Our experience with Will and Western Summit Roofing was exemplary. Will is a special person and contractor. He cares about his clients and the job. Our house went under contract about a week after sustaining damage from the hail storm of May 2017; we are so grateful that our insurance company recommended Will. Will dedicated himself to ensuring that the job was completed before closing and was available to us throughout the process. He made us feel like we were his only clients, though we know he was also handling many other jobs.
