Dane was very professional and was one of the few out of several roofers that we contacted that actually got back to us. He followed up several times and answered all my questions. The roofers were very professional and got the job done quickly. And cleaned up after they were done every day. When there was additional work that needed to be done Dane contacted me right away and sent me the change order. Very happy with the job and will be recommending them in the future.

WPD does great work! Their crews are efficient and know what they’re doing. Would recommend to anybody looking for a roof repair or replacement.

After our Kitchen flooded, I had no idea where to even start, and Western Pine took care of every detail and made the process easy. My new kitchen looks amazing and everything was done fast and professional. My kitchen is better than it ever was before.

We doubled the size of our kitchen and Western pine was there to make our dreams come true. We love spending time in our kitchen. When the children and grandchildren come over, it's the focal point.

I would recommend Western Pine development for any job big or small. My wife has never been happier with the house since our remodel.

So you go from Builders Beware and a statement that I am difficult to work with and that I owe money into an apology and playing the covid card. Why don't I publicly state what you could have done better, I don't feel a need to call you.
1) Don't lie to your clients!!!
2) Don't lie on your responses to bad reviews saying someone owes money (when paid in full)!!!
3) Don't ghosts your clients and not return calls!!!
4) Don't call for a meeting and not show!!!
5) Don't have family members be almost the only positive reviews on Google!!!
6) Manage your business well enough to not have your sub contractors work on a property when it has rented out, despite us blocking it out on dates you said you would work (and not show), this happened twice to us.
All of the above happened to me dealing with Western Pine Development, I have texts and emails to prove it, printed up and in a file.
I guess, from WPD's perspective, they should figure out a way to get rid of the complaints at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, or at least try to finish (correctly) those jobs.

It took Western Pine almost 9 months to pour a slab and build a stemwall. They kept blaming the county, but I found out later they just didn't pick up the plans despite multiple messages left for them. I was ghosted for a week a couple of times. Dave asked for a meeting and didn't show twice. They left my place all junked up, nothing was done on time and without my whining about it. Funny, 2 of the reviews are from Porters, owner of the company.
***EDIT***Your reply is laughable. I owe you no money. The only unpaid invoices you ever gave me reflected that I hadn't paid you anything. WPD was woefully slow on my project, Dane said "well don't have us pour the pad in the back", I said the pad was on the quote and I need that. Too bad you weren't able to charge more for something you already agreed to. That's not cheap, that's common sense. Never again will I use Western Pine Development!
